The landlord is very enthusiastic, the check-in guidelines are clear, the questions are answered in time, and the local food guide is intimate. Enjoy the mountain freely, and both adults and children can find their own unique adventure! In just a few days, we enjoyed the convenience of climbing the mountain with our eyes open or closed. And there's a truly amazing barista! The accommodations were also very comfortable and clean! It was a great place to bring our kids! Overall, it was pretty good. It's newly opened and very clean, and the location is easy to find. On the first floor, the tap water was yellow, probably due to a blockage. The room was very dry in winter, making it uncomfortable and so dry I couldn't sleep. The hotel breakfast was very average; there wasn't much to eat.

The room is very cost-effective and close to the highway exit, which is convenient for self-driving travel. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. Seeing that we are old and afraid of noise, she upgraded our room. The TV in the room is also very easy to operate. The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

The blankets, pillows, and linens were new. There was a large TV, air conditioning, a kettle, and a hairdryer. The internet was decent. Guests can enjoy a free bath complex nearby, including a sauna, two swimming pools, a relaxation room, and a washroom. Women are less fortunate; their section only has showers and a sauna. You can get a decent massage on the second floor for a fee. The hotel is conveniently located—almost in the historic center of the city, a 5-minute walk from the main attraction, the summer mountain residence of the Chinese emperors. There's private parking. There's a large shopping center with a food court nearby, including a Burger King and a Starbucks (good places to grab breakfast). There's a large grocery supermarket on the ground floor. If you're not too picky about amenities and only stay overnight, this is a good choice due to its low price.
