The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and it is also quite large. The disadvantage is that although the bathroom has a partition, there is no door. It is a bit awkward for two people to live in and the other person to go to the toilet. It would be better if there was another table or counter in the room. There is no place to put the water cup, and the water can only be boiled in the bathroom, which is not very good. In addition, there is no drinking cup provided. The shower head is not very useful, and the water flow is not very large. The breakfast is average, only millet porridge (no soy milk, milk, coffee), with some small flower rolls, small buns, etc. The homestay has lunch, dinner, etc., and you can order. The taste is OK, but the price is expensive. Example: A bowl of ordinary steamed rice costs 5 yuan, and no bowls and plates are provided. You must buy simple bowls and chopsticks for dining, and a set of single charges costs 2 yuan (a bowl of rice is higher than that of a five-star hotel). At night, the lights outside the courtyard are on for a long time. The curtains on one side of the room are simple and do not block the light. Figure 1 shows the translucent curtain.

GGuest UserOverall, it was pretty good. It's newly opened and very clean, and the location is easy to find. On the first floor, the tap water was yellow, probably due to a blockage. The room was very dry in winter, making it uncomfortable and so dry I couldn't sleep. The hotel breakfast was very average; there wasn't much to eat.

GGuest UserThis was the last stop on my road trip back to Beijing from Inner Mongolia. I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip the night before. It was very American-style, with a complimentary horse-riding service for the children. We also had a boat trip on the grass sea where we happened to see the sunset, which was truly beautiful. The hostess was very welcoming, and the food in the hotel's own restaurant was also very good. Since I ate too much meat in Inner Mongolia, I didn't try the grilled lamb chops here. I'll definitely try it next time I have the chance.

QQianqianxiyuI recently visited the Chengde Mountain Resort and stayed at the Guanrong Holiday Hotel. The experience was fantastic, and I had to share my thoughts. Location and Transportation: The hotel is perfectly situated, right next to the Mountain Resort and not far from Erxianju Commercial Street. It's very convenient for exploring the Mountain Resort, dining, and shopping on the commercial street. Taxis and driving are both convenient. Parking is available, but there are currently no charging stations. Hotel Facilities: The bedding was soft and comfortable, with the mattress and pillows having the perfect firmness, allowing for a good night's sleep. There is a public restroom on the first floor. The breakfast selection was quite good, with basic fare like bread, fried dough sticks, coffee, milk, and soy milk, as well as some simple stir-fries and fried rice, which basically satisfied my breakfast needs. Service: I received a free room upgrade, and the hotel staff were warm and friendly. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and attentiveness were evident in every aspect. The front desk staff handled the process quickly and efficiently, and they also proactively provided information about nearby tourist attractions and transportation. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel. If you're visiting the Chengde Mountain Resort, this is a great choice.

GGuest UserThe location is better, next to the half tiger line, it is very convenient to Bailitian Road and Yunzhong Grassland. Especially you can drive a few minutes towards the Yunzhong Grassland, you can find a mountain bag that is convenient to climb, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset. The room is relatively clean and you can see the mountain view. Now the outdoor temperature difference is large, but the room has sufficient heating and hot water. Parking is also convenient for eating, and the service attitude is good! The picture is the room photo when you check in, and the hotel that is far from the hill bag opposite, mountain view, sunset photo ...

While there are blinds to block it, I went to the third floor and took a look, and it's quite see-through! So everyone staying here should be mindful of their privacy, especially women. In the fifth and sixth pictures, there's probably animal hair, like dog hair. Don't sit on the sofa in the room. The colorful pillows are for small animals to lie on and sleep on. I woke up late this morning and didn't have breakfast, so the host kept it for me. Great!

GGary Ong Wei KiatAbsolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️
