There are cute cats on the second floor to play with, but the check-in process was inconvenient—are you satisfied with that? Checking in was a bit unpleasant. The location is convenient with handrails nearby, and it's easy to catch a taxi. The room... there is also Joy City shopping mall nearby to explore, and a Hema Fresh supermarket too.

The hotel environment is pretty good. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The entire room features smart voice control, so you can tell 'Xiao Du' to turn on/off the lights or adjust the air conditioning. The bed was just the right firmness, the room was quiet, and drinks were complimentary. The front desk staff were also very attentive, making check-in efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in Nanshan!

We had an amazing stay this time! First of all, the ocean views from the hotel are unbeatable. We were lucky to have clear, sunny weather, and the sea and sky blended into a brilliant, crystal-clear blue! You can watch the sunrise right from your room's small balcony or take a walk down to the seawall. The hotel has an innovative design—the front desk is on the top floor, and the rooms cascade downwards, meaning every single room faces the ocean. Everywhere you look is a picturesque view, perfect for taking photos, and just completely relaxing. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful, and I loved it! I also brought two elderly family members who are in their 80s, and the young staff members took such attentive care of them over the two days. We had a wonderful time! A fantastic hotel that I highly recommend!

I know this hotel is undergoing renovations, and some packages for the new room types even include lounge access and five meals a day, which offers excellent value for money! First, regarding the room, the newly renovated style is minimalist and refined. The room feels very spacious and has excellent natural light. The bathroom amenities include Diptyque shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, which was a very pleasant touch. Next, concerning the dining, the five meals included afternoon tea, happy hour, evening dessert and drinks after check-in, and breakfast and lunch on the second day. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Although the food selection for happy hour wasn't extensive, it focused on quality over quantity. I didn't get to enjoy the late-night dessert session, but I learned that it was a chocolate-themed dessert night, and the themes are updated regularly. It's worth noting that no matter when you dine, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, I'd like to commend the hotel's service. All the staff I encountered during this stay were extremely polite and friendly. Especially Miss Sahar at the front desk, the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and she even followed up afterward to see if I needed any assistance. A male staff member in the lounge also provided very professional service, always greeting us with a warm smile every time we entered the lounge for a meal. Overall, my experience during this stay was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again after the full renovation!

Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

Her professionalism and warm service left a deep impression. Before checking in, she thoughtfully reminded me of travel注意事项. The check-in process was efficient and quick, with no tedious waiting, and her service was gentle and meticulous. During my stay, Xana did her best to accommodate my last-minute personalized requests, actively following up and patiently coordinating throughout, always maintaining a warm and friendly attitude. Unlike templated services, Xana is observant and genuinely attentive. She proactively checks on guests' experiences and promptly asks about their comfort. The hotel environment is high-end and elegant, the public areas are clean and tidy, and the guest rooms are well-designed, clean, and free of unpleasant odors. The toiletries are of high quality. It was a very rejuvenating stay, and I am grateful for Xana's dedicated efforts. Her sincere service truly embodies Marriott's high-end service standards. It deserves a five-star recommendation!

I highly recommend Shenzhen Youlin Youth Hostel! It's perfect for solo male travelers coming to Shenzhen for job hunting or a short trip. The location is very close to the subway, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. The community has strict security, and access is via a password lock, so you feel safe returning at night. The entire place is thoroughly cleaned, the bathroom has no odors, and the bedding is changed promptly, keeping the beds clean and fresh. Each bed has a blackout curtain, an independent power outlet, and a lockable cabinet, so you can draw the curtain for a private space and won't be disturbed. The common areas are equipped with a washing machine, hot water, tables, and chairs, making it easy for simple cooking or working. The owner is genuinely helpful and responds quickly to requests, even sharing tips on nearby commutes and good places to eat. Most of the other guests are quiet and reliable young people whose routines don't interfere with each other. The value for money is excellent, making it a top choice for short-term stays. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

Stayed here with a friend and it exceeded our expectations! The room was spotless with good natural light and consistent hot water. It's super convenient for dining and shopping downstairs, and transportation is a breeze. Great value for money for friends traveling together, and we had a very comfortable stay. We had a wonderful stay inside this room. The beds were comfy, the view is breathtaking. Our friends were on the 12th floor and us on the 21th (we had the best view) ! The room (suite) is gigantic, there is a washing machine and all amenities are brand new. Would 100% go back to this hotel again !!

During our trip to Hong Kong, we decided to hop over to Shenzhen for a 3-day getaway and stayed at Yunlu Serviced Apartments. The location was fantastic—close to Lo Wu Station and situated right above Dongmen Metro Station. Our room was spacious and equipped with a small kitchenette, including a washing machine and fridge-freezer (though there were no pots or utensils provided, so cooking wasn't an option). Breakfast was included and served on the 28th floor, offering incredible views of the city. We would definitely stay here again!
