My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of warmth and comfort. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries, which was very reassuring. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious, catering to different tastes. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxation or business travel. What truly stood out to me was the professional and attentive service team. Whether it was bringing water, cleaning the room, or answering questions, I felt valued and cared for. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city. I would also highly recommend it to friends and family.

The location is very good, we reached many places on foot. I loved having technological fixtures in the bathroom, the room was spotless and organised. There was an iron, ironing board, hair dryer in the room, I would be happier if there was a mini fridge. In addition to the English breakfast, there were also healthy options that appealed to many people, you can order pizza etc. when you are hungry in the evening. It was also great that he left in front of the shuttles to Stanstad airport.

Excellent beds, room and service. Whole family enjoyed the stay and fresh, healthy breakfast was a big highlight for us all. Staff were kind and helpful. One offered fresh lemon slices for hot drinks because one of the children had a runny nose. This was very much appreciated. Ladies Only timings for pool and gym would be much appreciated in future! Children were shocked to find a grown man undressed walking around the changing rooms. This is unacceptable and hotel staff should take care to avoid these problems by adding signage for appropriate dress code in a family friendly hotel.

Fantastic location! Plus, the room was a spacious suite. Even though the lighting wasn't the best, it did have two small windows. The welcome fruit was a nice touch, and there was even a bottle of red wine – definitely felt like a special occasion. And the breakfast was delicious too. Worth it!

This was the first hotel for our family's UK trip. After much deliberation, we chose this Holiday Inn Express which is quite close to the city center. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, buses, and trains. The hotel maintained the consistent quality of the Holiday Inn brand. We were also lucky enough to snag a group deal that included parking and some meals. A special thank you goes to Christina, a kind and patient lady who speaks Chinese. Due to the high demand for rooms on the weekend and our first-time use of a Ctrip hotel group coupon, the check-in process was a bit convoluted, but the final outcome was very satisfying. Our family left London happily to begin the next leg of our journey. BTW, we encountered many odd Indian guests; whether it was in the cramped elevator or at the popular breakfast buffet, they all exuded a strange confidence, as if they owned the place. I wonder who gave them that idea 🤔🤔🤔

I arrived around 9 AM and was able to check in early to an upgraded room, which was a nice surprise. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk from Ilford station, so it's convenient even with luggage. You can easily access Heathrow, Paddington, and Liverpool Street via the direct Elizabeth Line (which has air conditioning), and King's Cross & St Pancras is also easily reachable. I think this is an especially great choice if you're mainly exploring East London. As it's a budget hotel, the room was a bit small, which is to be expected, but it had all the essential amenities.

It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's very convenient for me because it's close to the Co-op and Park Royal Station. There is also a lovely Greek restaurant nearby. The area is quiet, safe, and perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 

Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, offering free luggage storage which was perfect for my last day before catching a flight. Facilities: The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the coffee was delicious. Environment: There are plenty of places to eat and shop around, from large supermarkets to smaller ones. I even found a Chipotle open late for a late-night snack! 🥳 It's within walking distance of the Natural History Museum and super close to the subway station, which was incredibly convenient.

This is a 'decent' hotel. Yes, that's the word. The facilities aren't brand new, but the mattress in the room is still comfortable, the towels are still soft, the toilet paper is still thick, and the hygiene standards are consistently good. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast, meeting the expected standards for a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a wealthy area of London with very convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. And the price, especially during the off-season, offers fantastic value for money. Backed by the Millennium Hotels Group and Singaporean capital, it's surprisingly good – the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice! Plus, guests get discount coupons! If I had to summarize in one sentence, I'd say this is a well-managed, old-fashioned but not outdated hotel.

Special notes for conveniently entering this location: (1) Make sure to set GPS to a Walking Route, if on foot (2) the entrance code must be types into a (tiny) keypad on the front door handle (that's surprisingly hard to see at night); (3) the lockers on the left of the entrance can take some force to open. Because there are no staff on site, and because it is hard to reach by car (being behind Brick Lane) these points will make the first visit less stressful. But once inside, it's clean and quite comfortable. The tables and even the pods are more spacious than I'd expected. Also, it didn't feel crowded at all. I'll probably use it again (now that I'm confident in how to find and enter the building).
