SSteven P WongOverall, the experience was great, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioner malfunctioned around 11 PM, with water leaking out and soaking part of the room. Although the technician managed to fix the issue promptly, the disturbance in the middle of the night created an unpleasant experience after a long and tiring day in Batam.

SSumi BeenThe hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike.

DDelon AngFirst time to Batam, hotel location is next to the mall which you may get what you need from mall and shops nearby. The hotel breakfast had variations choice and good. Overall the experience staying in this hotel was great. There is a swimming pool at Level 2 and and massage center inside hotel with reasonable price. If you are coming over follow those youtuber and online recommendations, you are a bit remote and need to go by car. This place may be good for business traveller but for backpacker or light traveller, you may choose to stay near the attractions where you can reach within walking distance.

AAnonymous UserWe booked this hotel apartment, as it has 2 bedrooms with 2 King sized beds, a balcony, huge space, bedroom toilet with bathtub, and the other main toilet with shower glass. Space is huge, there's also daily cleaning. Hotel comes with filtered water (important as tap water is unsafe for drinking or even brushing teeth), included breakfast with huge variety catering to all ages and tastes including porridge, noodles, rice, deserts, fruits, bread, cakes, coffee/tea, egg stations, pancakes, etc, and an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool (currently under refurbishment). Room comes with a some cooking equipment (basic), full sized refrigerator, coffee, bathroom essentials like toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, hairdryer, etc. Service is excellent, all smiles, request for replacement of filtered water tub when finished, request for high floor and late check-out were all granted without fuss. Location is perfect, easy to Grab, mostly around IDR10000 to 20000 (less than SGD2), to most of the places and restaurants. Although surrounding the hotel there's nothing interesting, the hotel itself does have a good restaurant, plus another Korean restaurant, cafe, massage, etc. Definitely will be back here.

SSTMTMThe staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention to Mr. Rangga from the restaurant, who was attentive and always took the time to check that everything was going well. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a decent variety of options available. The only area for improvement would be the lifts. As the property is still undergoing some finishing works, I hope the lift service will continue to improve in the future

MMei Sin Maxine TengI spent 2 nights at this hotel and the location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of everything, so major points there. But the bathroom
 that’s where things fell apart. The showerhead holder was broken, which made every shower an awkward juggling act. And the “frosted” glass? It doesn’t actually blur anything out. If you’re showering, anyone on the bed has a front-row seat. Seriously, why even install a glass panel if it offers zero privacy? The towels didn’t help either — yellowed and oddly dark, they didn’t exactly scream “fresh and clean.” Aside from those misses, the room itself was decent enough, and the staff were a genuine highlight. Kind, helpful, always with a smile. Great location, lovely people
 just maybe pack your own towel and shower with the lights off.

Staff cleaned the room daily. Environment: The room was filled with a scent, which I personally didn't care for. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy. On the first night, I had a splitting headache and had to buy painkillers from across the street just to get some sleep. Light sleepers might find this quite challenging. Service: The staff were very pleasant, polite, and efficient.

GGuest UserThe room layout is fantastic but maybe due to low occupancy, very strong mouldy smell. Room is old, hair dryer not working and bathroom not able to drain properly (very very slow as if anytime will flood) Staff service is very good, chg a room for us after our feedback immediately with no questions asked but won't book the second time unfortunately. Location is good, just behind A2 food court and Batam City Sq shopping.
