Guest UserThis hotel is connected to Nagoya Hill shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping. There are many massage parlors, barbershops, and beauty salons nearby. After shopping, you can enjoy some relaxation there! The hotel breakfast is very rich, and the staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The price is reasonable, highly recommended!

Guest UserThe hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

Guest UserA centrally located hotel in the heart of Nagoya. Its environment is a little spoiled by the filthy drain just beneath the hotel. Neverteless, rooms are sparkling clean. Hotel staff were courteous and services prompt.

Anonymous UserRoom was spacious and clean. Location is convenient as it is walking distance to Grand Batam Mall and food places around. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom (and sometimes the room) have a very strong smoke smell even though I stayed in a non smoking room.

Guest UserRight in the city center, easy to get to Nagoya and shopping malls. Grab/taxi pickup was no problem. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Will definitely stay again.

Room was relatively clean except ants on the table. However the toilet was a little dirty. The sink kept getting clogged. Ac was great and cold. The lift is very slow.
