Berlin Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"My experience at this hotel was truly memorable. It was a truly wonderful hotel with a quiet space, a special lounge, a great location, and attention to detail in the renovation. To be honest, I was prepared for it to be a renovated prison, but it was a truly wonderful hotel. The breakfast also had the same items as those served in the bakery, and I went to buy some on my last day. I would like to stay here again."

"Overall, I am very satisfied. The service staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very rich. There is a subway station 2 minutes away on foot, and there are many department stores for shopping in about 10 minutes on foot."

"Food selection for breakfast is scant. With 19 euro breakfast, you should expect a breakfast buffet. I think the management doesnt care at all. Good luck with your business. The place is good but what drags you is the coldness of your services. Your reception is condescending, your food is cheap."

"Overall, I felt it was OK, mainly because it was close to the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. The front desk service felt a bit perfunctory. When I asked to add breakfast, they only said that I could go directly to the restaurant to settle the bill after check-out, 36€ per person. As a result, I ate two meals but was charged for four meals, totaling 344€. After several email negotiations, they agreed to settle the bill according to the restaurant registration and refunded 144€. I don't understand how this bill was calculated."

"I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna."

"The hotel is super. We had a very nice small apartment with bedroom, beautiful bathroom with bathtub and washing machine (Bosch Serie8!). The kitchen line is also very high quality. The wellness area with a small pool in the upper floor is very beautiful. The staff was always very nice, hifsy, premature and deserves a rugxhty thick praise! We have felt very well, liked to come back and have recommended it again. Only a shortage (but the hotel cannot do anything): there are no free parking in the surroundings."
