Spa Hotels in Luang Prabang

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures online – very exquisite and comfortable. The hotel's shuttle service is excellent. They're always ready to take you out and pick you up, and the vehicles are spotless. WeChat responses were prompt and they fulfilled every request, which was fantastic. The bath towels in the room were fragrant, so I didn't even need to use the disposable towels I brought. The unlimited à la carte breakfast was exquisite and delicious! We had so much every day! There were bedtime sweets every evening, and even cookies when we checked out. I stayed at Le Sen for three nights, and on the day we checked out, we went to Mont Karar. Our whole family wanted to go back to Le Sen! Because every corner of Le Sen was clean, fragrant, filled with smiles, and they responded to our needs promptly. My child said that for all future travels, they only want to stay at hotels like Le Sen – exquisite with excellent service. If I ever come back to Luang Prabang, Le Sen will be my only choice!

This hotel feels so much like a vacation getaway, it's definitely in my top 10 favorites! The decor is incredibly charming, and staying amidst vast rice paddies truly makes it feel like a different world compared to outside the hotel.

This hotel was in one word: phenomenal! I literally haven’t stayed in a place this good in years. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. There is a super well equipped and clean gym, with all the right equipment and a speaker and aircon. The garden is so pretty. The pool is small but not too small, and refreshing. They provide glass bottles and water taps rather than handing out plastic bottles. The breakfast is so good, with eggs made on demand and barista level coffees. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner and we had an amazing club sandwich poolside. The location is fantastic, walking distance from all the sights and restaurants. But most of all it was the service, especially from Nin at reception. They were so kind. Go stay here, you won’t regret it.

This hotel is simply fantastic, and what's really great is the stunning view from the restaurant. You can enjoy not only a delicious breakfast but also a magnificent panorama. There's a large swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. The hotel is located on a hill, offering views of both the mountains and the city. The only downside is that it's not in the city center, meaning you'll need to take a taxi for about 10 minutes to reach the attractions and the promenade, but this isn't a major issue. The rooms are excellent, and they even have baths with mountain views. Some rooms even come with a private pool. You can also borrow bicycles for free to explore the city! I think this is one of the best options in town.

A Dream Stay in Luang Prabang 🌿✨ My recent stay in Luang Prabang was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt surrounded by tranquility and natural beauty. The lush tropical gardens, peaceful swimming pool, and charming traditional architecture created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The room was comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared with fresh fruit, drinking water, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying the greenery around the property made every morning special. What truly stood out was the peaceful ambiance. Despite being close to the attractions of Luang Prabang, the hotel felt like a hidden oasis away from the crowds. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. If you’re looking for a place that combines authentic Lao charm, comfort, and serenity, this is truly a dream hotel. I left with wonderful memories and would gladly return on my next visit to Luang Prabang.

The hotel feel so peaceful and calming. The exterior and interior of the building is outstanding with very beautiful collections displayed in the lobby area. Feels like you're going back to the colonial era. Not too many choices for the breakfast, but they're all delicious. All the staffs were very helpful and they speak english well. Thanks for the pleasant memories, will surely go back in the future.

Really enjoyed our one night stay  . Location is excellent off main market street and nice and quiet . Easy to get to but not suitable for travelers with a lot of luggage as no vehicle access in small walkway however easy if you have backpack or light luggage. Access however by tuktuk ok. Room clean and beautiful with amazing hot large shower.  The manager so helpful and attentive with  a good local knowledge. Breakfast choices great and fresh especially the ‘warm french bread’. Will return again next trip to this amazing little town . A Gem.

Absolutely the right choice to travel to Luang Prabang for a long weekend. We fell in love with it and it was wonderful to stay at the hotel. Excellent care and consideration. They really did go above and beyond to help. The staff were walk and welcoming. Thank you!

You come to this hotel to stay at the Explorer Tents. They really are a one-of-a-kind accommodation experience. Air-conditioning in the tents is very powerful, so no problem at all. The toilet area is outside but it's the glamping experience. There are two pools, one at the spa which is just magical and one Main infinity pool. There is a sauna at the spa centre, all free for use. There is a so-called beach where you can actually stand at the banks of the Namkhan River. There are other outdoor activities dotted around. The breakfast options are small but should be enough to satisfy. The location is very secluded, so when you do get to the hotel, you won't be coming out to the old Town, despite having free shuttle services. I opted to book a transfer with the hotel to the airport as I didn't want to risk missing my flight, with no LOCA cars willing to enter this area. I stayed at Explorer Tent No. 2

The hotel is a bit of a distance from the Luang Prabang night market street, about 2 kilometers. I walk pretty fast, so it takes me about 20 minutes to get there. Walking back in the morning, the streetlights are quite dim and there are very few pedestrians. However, once I arrived, checked in, and opened the door, I saw a swimming pool and a bar, with a direct river view room right opposite. It’s a great spot to just sit and daydream. Maybe it wasn't peak season in Luang Prabang, as it was just me and one foreigner. He was living there long-term and even learning Chinese. We didn't interact much. I slept very well and left the next day. The room interior and bedding were pretty standard. The river view opposite was indeed very nice.
