The rooms are spacious with a large desk, making it super convenient for work. The lighting was also ideal for focusing on tasks. The comfortable bedding guaranteed a great night's sleep, so I woke up completely refreshed and energized the next day. Breakfast offered freshly brewed coffee and hot food. While the selection wasn't huge, it was high-quality and filling, which saved a lot of time. The hotel's close proximity to my business location – just a 5-minute taxi ride – made my commute incredibly efficient. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful, even assisting with document printing. Their service is both professional and thoughtful – absolutely perfect for business travelers!

Connected to the mall at level 6, so convenient access to dining and shopping. Corridors are very dark. **Rooms & Comfort** Rooms are true to photos. Beds are firm but surprisingly comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets provided. Fair warning though—this property is really more of a service apartment than a hotel, so manage expectations accordingly. **Cleanliness Issues** This is the main concern. Housekeeping mops the floor daily, but the water appears dirty and the floors end up grimier than before. If you're traveling with a child (as we were), you'll need to clean the floor yourself—and housekeeping will undo your work the next day. Frustrating cycle. **Breakfast & Food** Skip the hotel breakfast package—it's just delivery that you could order yourself. Better options are walking distance away. McDonald's is only 3 minutes on foot. **Service** Service is minimal to nonexistent. Asked about getting a local phone number for deliveries and the front desk was unwilling to help. Taobao/package deliveries get dumped in a communal basket with no sorting—you have to search through yourself. **Condition & Maintenance** Advertised as newly renovated in 2025, but visible wear and tear suggests low-quality renovation work. Concerns about long-term durability without proper maintenance. **Summary** Good for budget travelers who don't expect hotel amenities and don't mind doing some housekeeping yourself. The location and price are solid, but the cleanliness and service gaps are real issues.

The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos). **Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep. Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time.

The staff upgraded our room type from a partial sea view to a full sea view. It was indeed very good on the fifth floor, but since we were out early and back late, we didn't get to properly enjoy the sea or see the sunrise and sunset. Service: Very good, the staff member was quite polite. However, I hope that for consecutive stays, they would automatically replenish water, toothpaste, and other daily necessities. On the first day, if we didn't ask, they wouldn't replenish them automatically.
