3 Stars Hotels in Castile and Leon, Spain

The location is great for seeing the town. You are on the doorstep of all of it and we had a good view from our room of the viaduct. It is near the bustops but this is not a problem and the triple glazing meant no noise in the room at night. There are a wealth of restaurants and bars within 2 mins walk (also a Burger King and McDonalds should you want). Parking - is very close. I did send an email to the hotel to enquire how it works but got no reply. You park in the public car park right outside the hotel and then the hotel give you a discount card, one for each night you stay. Take the card you got when you enter, present it at the payment station, then present your discount card. Then you will be allowed out. Welcome was efficient and friendly. The room is VERY tired. Our room faced the main road so we had a good view of Segovia. Bed, we asked for twin but got a double, too tired to bother changing rooms. The bed was firm, which we like but pillows were bolster style, which is not good for sharing. Luckily there was a spare in the cupboard so we could have one each. Fridge in the room which was useful. The decoration in the bedroom is dated and shabby but it is the bathroom which is from about 1950s and really needs to be updated. Shower over bath not very good and took a while for the water to come through but it functioned. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING through the wall (not a place for a honeymoon I would suggest). There is no rooftop bar which was one of the attractions but there was plenty to do elsewhere. There is no safe in the room and the air conditioning is so loud you can't really have it on and try to sleep. Overall if you want just a stop on travels this is OK but for no more than one night.

Good: large parking in the same building at an acceptable value; good breakfast of good quality but little variety. bad: the standard room is narrow with a comfortable double bed for two people. It is not so well located. At the time of going to the historic center, they are about 800m where there is nothing intermediate. For example restaurants. Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts ”colourful” characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.

Normalito para el precio de 125 por la noche. Ibamos con mi hijo de 9 meses, solicite cuna y nos pusieron un parque cuna bastante deteriorado y lo peor sin colchón, era una colchoneta super fina. La habitación de tamaño estaba bastante bien y la cama cómoda. tiene cosas ya con falta de cambiar y algo deterioradas pero en general bien El aire no enfriaba mucho y al estar la carretera al lado se escuchaban un poco los coches. La ubicación es normalita también lo bueno pilla cerca de un parque grande.

LocTion is fine. Sadly the hotel was not really up to a 3 star standard. Room was small, beds comfy enough but very noisy with squeaks every time you moved. Room didnt look like picture advertised. Out of window was a large extraction flume that covered any view of reat hotel. Generally the room was noisy from outside passers-by and cleaners in the am. The hotel is part of the nest door hostel so not sure if we were put in that sort of room or they all are like this. I have stayed in better hostel rooms. Laundry service not provided but you can use the hostels machines. Room was generally tired with fixtures around light switches hanging off and yellow water stains in bath tub.

We had planned to stay with our pet the weekend that appeared rainy and unpleasant with a storm warning and finally we decided not to go mainly because of how uncomfortable and annoying the rain is for our little dog. Even though we notified them on the same day as our scheduled arrival, they were very kind and understood the circumstance and since they were able to occupy our room with other clients, they did not charge us the amount of the room, thus minimizing the disappoin**ent of not having been able to visit León. 100% friendliness at all times. On the other hand, at the time of the reservation they were already very efficient in offering us the parking reservation and the online check-in. It will definitely be our accommodation when we can go.

The hotel is a place of charm , excellent quality gastronomy and close treatment to staff and owners , area to enjoy the nature from the door of the hotel . extraordinary taste and a pinky tone that love , undoubtedly a place to return again undoubtedly

I tried to speak to the manager, but he said there wouldn't be one. And suddenly, he was on holiday and we didn't have the right to speak to him anyway. The women from the breakfast service were making signs among themselves as if we were crazy. Mrs Monica deliberately bumps into the chair of my fellow travellers as they walk past and then looks belligerent instead of apologising. I have been travelling to Spain for years and I have never encountered such unfriendliness

There was a large parking area outside which was safe but also an underground secure car park which was 5.50 euros per 24 hours. Check in took a long time in the queue to be dealt with. There were 2 customers in front, both of whom were not straight forward to check in then the receptionist took a phone call and spent a long time answering questions from a potential customer, meanwhile we waited and waited and waited. This could certainly be improved. The room was basic but clean, plenty of space and good lighting. The bathroom was old and could really do with updating. The hairdryer was falling apart and the paint around the plughole in the bath was chipped. We paid for breakfast within our booking which was make our onward journey quick and easy. It was OK, the usual range of juice, cereal, cold meats, bread etc etc. I was a little worried when the breakfast card we received, mentioned that fresh fruit juice would cost extra. It was ok to get us going. This hotel is cheap and cheerful and absolutely perfect for the night.

The four stars are therefore not eligible. The cheap breakfast with € 6.50 was quite simple. The hot food or normal bread was not there, milk and butter I was looking forgivenly. The coffee full-automated beans used. Price mostly cheap.

This hotel is in a great location in Burgos. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the amazing cathedral and a multitude of bars, bustling squares and lovely restaurants. We stayed in a family room that was spacious, clean and well equipped. The Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss and there was no view from the window making the room a little dark. The breakfast was Ok but there were limited hot options and what was there (scrambled eggs) was cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is three star hotel and priced accordingly - expect a 3 star experience.

The hotel is really good, but the floor in the room is made of wood. If it touches you, like we were on the first floor, the noise upstairs is very annoying. Also in our case, we arrived at 5:00 am after the event, and at 9:00 am the cleaning staff made so much noise and made so many noises and noises that we had no choice but to Able to get dressed and leave without rest after informing them in person. Spotlessly clean hotel in the Center of the city with friendly service from reception and the house staff. Very quirky hotel just a minute or two walk from the old town with its plethora of bars and restaurants and fantastic architecture. Art Deco reception and hallways and similar in the rooms. Very secure underground car park just a few meters from the hotel with spaces dedicated to hotel residents. Unfortunately no lift in the car park and it’s 3 flights of stairs to street level. Would definitely stay here again. On a separate note if you want a drink in a friendly little bar the Taverner Celtic Center is just a short walk away.

The room is small, very clean, the 4th floor, the outside view is good, the service and in place, including breakfast, very close to the city center, travel is very convenient, the room is tight on weekends, no renewal

This hotel has a great staff and quite helpful. The room is nice but the bathroom is extremely small and hard to use. Thus is the biggest issue with the place. Good value for your money if you’re looking at a clean place. I would stay again. About 1 km from the church.

This hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area in Valle de Sedano, near a waterfall. The hotel itself is quaint and rustic. The staff are very nice and friendly. The younger staff, the young men, speak English, which is really appreciated as it’s not always the case in Spain, and not all of us speak Spanish. The room we were given was a bit smaller than the photos, but still comfortable. The ceilings are low on the top floors, so watch your head. The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that there is no parking possible nearby as it it up on a hill with very narrow uphill streets to get there. You have to leave your car at the bottom of the hill outside the village and climb up by foot to the top. Yes, their website stipulates this but not on the Trip.com website. As my husband is a civil handicapped person, we were exceptionally able to arrange to leave our car near the hotel for our short stay, but it was REALLY exceptional. If you are handicapped or mobility reduced, you shouldn’t stay there, unfortunately. Anyway, the drive up to and down from the hotel on those unbelievably narrow maze of streets is really too stressful. I don’t recommend it. But if you are otherwise young and fit, I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, amazing scenery, good food and friendly staff.

A small and central apartment, as it was next to the streets Toro and Zamora, near the shops, the Carrefour Market, cafeterias and a few steps from the Plaza Mayor. Since 2013 I have been staying at this hotel during four weeks (second week of May - first week of June) a year. Since my first time here, I have felt like being at home. All personnel are very welcoming and do everything they can to help you enjoy your stay. Their offer full breakfast with great hot and cold options; and you can enjoy it while contemplating one of the most beautiful views over Plaza Mayor (main square). Furthermore, location is unbeatable. Overall, I love staying here year after year; I already consider them part of my extended family!

Hotel en pleno centro histórico de León a 5 min de la catedral, murallas romanas y zona de bares de la ciudad. Habitaciones súper cucas con un toque rural que me ha encantado , camas amplías y muy cómodas. Perfecto para qued**** unos días solo o en pareja. Tienen servicio de desayuno tipo buffet de 7y30 a 11:15 bastante completo Las recepcionistas, un amor, en especial Paula ayudando a todas las dudas o sitios que visitar de la ciudad Volveré😊

Once the services provided by the reception staff and the restaurant were launched, the situation at the Paris Spa Hotel was very gratifying. The spa is the only good spa, but I don’t know if the rooms are exactly the same, but it needs to be remodeled in the bathroom. The bathtub has been worn badly over the years, not because of dirt. Mattresses that are hard for me should be viscoelastic

We stayed in the hotel portion of the complex not the ”Albergue” side. Clean, modern hotel. Easy walk to bus or train station (we walked from the train station). Close to restaurants and sights. We were doing the Camino de Santiago and received our rented electric bicycles at Hospederia Monastica Pax. They have a court yard in back where we received and stored our bikes until we were ready to start riding. This option was obviously very important in our choosing this hotel. A good option for a restaurant would be ”Los Cazurros” in Plaza San Martin. An easy 10 min walk as you make your way to the ”Plaza Mayor”. Nice large stairs and hallways. Decent sized room and bathroom. Large tiled shower with glass door. Liquid soap and shampoo provided (even toothbrush/ toothpaste/ comb/ shave kit!!). Very quiet at night. We had window facing back that can be opened to let fresh air in (No screen as is common in Europe). A/C worked very well, we were amazed at how silent it was. We chose not to have the Breakfast at 15 Euros as we found it too expensive. We found a place that opens EARLY for coffee and croissants at about 49 Calle la Rua. There were no other places open in the immediate vicinity for an early coffee. We recommend and would definitely repeat again.

The hotel seems nice when you enter but when leaving the ground floor all is really old and my room was awful. It was a single room and it was way to small. Even the bathroom was really uncomfortable. To close the door you had to change the place of the bin, when seated in the toilet the knees were touching the tub (and I and not tall at all). The room was in the second floor facing the back and the window was to a small closed space with no ventilation. There was always a strange smell that was really noticeable when entering the room. On the plus side, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was standard. The staff did not seem really nice or proficient (specially when approached in English).

From the moment I walked in the door during my Camino, Carmen at the front desk was brilliant. My room was not ready but she made me feel at home and she has been a great help in providing information about the local area, restaurants, etc. The hotel itself is very nice with spacious rooms and a great bathroom. Just what I needed after a week on the Camino. Highly recommended.
