Tahiti Airport Motel

The hotel's address is just above the small slope opposite Faa'a Airport. It's really steep. We have two big suitcases, a small suitcase, two backpacks, three or four bags, and we don't know how to move them. Too much baggage is really not recommended to live here. There is a sea-Chinese restaurant near the hotel, and you will have a super-satisfaction before returning home. Hotel health is still very clean, suitable for early morning flights and do not want to be too tossed.

Huge room but space not used efficiently. Bathtub was not properly secured. And shower was inside bathtub. The toilet bidet has to be turned off else it will leak. Location was right in front of the ferry terminal.

Loved loved loved this place - Interiors in white..spacious ...doors can be slid open to accommodate the lovely weather and scenery that this hotel has the privilege to have at this location - excellent pool , great drinks and food at the bar! The tropical cololred fish that come up right by the walkway at low tide and every morning and night ..a private beach, wonderful music, great service! The kindness and generosity of the staff was icing on the cake...Yes I'm in san francisco..but I truly left my heart at Cooks Bay in Moorea! Thank you to Brian, Melea, Maria, Gladys, Silvanu!! You made this trip extra special! The hotel is located very close to Maharepa the little commercial center of Moorea - very convenient for picking up food stuff, or needs at the supermarket. Allo Pizza ,,delicious french polynesian twists on the pizza ..so close to the hotel! The jetty for picks ups for whalewatching, snorkelling and island tours land and sea is very conveniently located right near the hotel..you can just walk to the jetty and take your boat to the tour. The decor is beautiful - the price just right!... I would give this place 10 stars!

My husband and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and found it delightful. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and extremely kind when our checked in luggage was delayed at the airport. I read the reviews prior to staying here and one or two stated that the decor in the rooms is dated. I really have to disagree - this gives the impression that it looks tired, but the furniture and decor is all in extremely good condition and spotlessly clean. The bed is the most comfortable we have ever slept in! We enjoyed some delicious meals in the restaurant which appeared to be very popular with local people for a special evening out. We particularly loved the grounds of the hotel - they are beautiful with lush vegetation and are very well maintained. If you do not like the black sand on the beach, then the hotel's swimming pool is the perfect alternative. I would thoroughly recommmend this hotel and the lovely people who work to make it a special place.

If you’re wanting a spot where you’re solely using it to recharge (sleep/nap) and go back out to explore, this is perfect. It’s in a good location and right across the street from the ferry if you’re looking to visit other islands. I booked a single room, no windows, with a queen size bed. Having never stayed in a place like this, I was skeptical of the shared restrooms space but the staff is constantly cleaning this space. I never saw a restroom in bad shape. It also has a place for dinner on the 7th floor and a Reeftop Bar on the 8th floor. On top of the amenities it offers, the staff here are super helpful and friendly. I was slight worried about traveling here solo with the language barrier but they were definitely some of the friendliest people I met while here.
