3-Star Hotels in Irkutsk, Russia

The room wasn't big, but it was very centrally located. The shawarma downstairs was amazing, and we were lucky enough to see a spectacular sunset. We asked them to pack breakfast, and the huge amount was a lifesaver; we relied on those biscuits for the next few days.

We were passing through and stayed for a full day without an overnight stay, as we had a late-night flight. The hotel is ideally located. It's simple, but it's easy enough to charge your phone, use a kettle, and has a TV. We booked a twin room, but only because it was the cheapest at 1800 rubles. It's practically next to Shanghai Market, 7 minutes from the central market. The nearest shopping centers are 200 meters away. We ate at the Yurt Cafe, and it's been delicious twice, especially the eggplant salad. The only negative about the hotel is that it was a little chilly, but that's because the heating hasn't been turned on yet, but we could have asked for a heater, but we didn't. The receptionist was very nice. Polite and friendly. You can buy noodles and drinks inside the hotel. For tea. Even though it was Monday in the area, it was impossible to rent a room or apartment for less than 2500 rubles through regular sites. And here, for 1800 rubles + the website discount. The price is a gift. We had no problems checking in. We usually used this app in Thailand for a week, and this is our first experience using it in Russia. We're very happy. 👍

The hotel's layout and rooms are in the old Stalinist style. We stayed in a top-floor city-view room with panoramic views of Irkutsk. It was a bit small but had a bathtub, and the breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is very close to the ”Green Line” sightseeing route to Irkutsk; the city walk along the river is just outside the hotel. It's also very convenient to get to the train station and airport.

Hotel is very simple. Single room is connected to a double room and two rooms one toilet and shower. The room is clean, there is a teapot, TV. There was no sub-size. On the first floor there is a refrigerator and microwave. It was allowed to settle earlier.

The breakfast was very good and the service was very warm and thoughtful. The front desk helped to book a taxi. It was close to the law school of the university. The environment was clean and tidy. The surroundings were quiet and there were long-term rentals.

The hotel service was excellent: 1. Knowing we had an early morning flight the next day, they packed us lunch boxes. 2. Residence registration was very smooth. 3. They enthusiastically helped us arrange a ride to the airport, which cost just over 500 rubles. 4. Although the front desk's English was limited, they proactively tried to communicate. Other amenities were also good: 1. The breakfast buffet offered eight hot dishes, other cold dishes, fruit, and drinks. 2. The restaurant isn't large, but the breakfast buffet is open until 11:00 AM, which is very convenient. 3. The decor and amenities are a bit dated, but the room has a sun-lit corner where you can enjoy tea while basking in the sun. 4. It's within walking distance of both Lenin Street and Karl-Marx Street.

The location is very good, the pink building of the main building is a landmark of Lizhen, and the minibus station is downstairs, and the transportation is convenient. If you live in an attached building, it is a little cheaper, health can be, the bed in the twin room is a narrow bed... If the room is on the front, you can still see the lake view. The breakfast and other rights are the same. His buffet breakfast has many varieties and good quality. ～

It's not very close to the lake, so a lake-view room isn't necessary. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and there's a swimming pool. The restaurant has a nice view and the food is pretty good, but it's too expensive—four times the price of what you'd find on the island.
