This hotel is super convenient, located just about 10 meters from the airport's arrival exit, right next to Gate 2. The hotel sign is very clear. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic; they offered me a bottle of mineral water, and after checking me in, they even had me change into sanitized plastic slippers. They personally escorted me to my room and opened the door for me. The room itself was exceptionally clean and quite spacious, with soft lighting. It had free Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets, and it was very quiet. There was even breakfast available when I checked out in the morning.

My stay here was a truly pleasant surprise. Check-in was super quick and efficient. I quickly dropped off my bags, had a look around the room – which was perfectly fine – and then headed straight out to do some shopping. In the evening, I came back and had a fantastic, undisturbed night's sleep in a comfy bed. This made my entire stay feel incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.

Highly recommend! The room offers unbeatable value for its price, and they even provide free parking, which is a huge bonus. The location is fantastic, right next to Xiamen University, with plenty of local snack options nearby. It's also very close to the beach, Xiamen University, Nanputuo Temple, and Zengcuo'an. The ferry terminal for Gulangyu Island is just a 20-minute drive away. Shared bikes are readily available in the vicinity, and cycling along the Huanhai Road (coastal road) is a truly pleasant experience. Don't miss the Ginger Duck at a nearby restaurant; it's incredibly delicious and unbelievably cheap, offering amazing value for money!

The location is great, close to the airport yet surprisingly quiet. It's easy to get around by taxi or subway. The hotel itself has a luxurious yet cozy feel, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The projector is a nice touch – super comfy for watching shows while relaxing in bed. The common areas are tidy and impressive, and the service is absolutely top-notch. The front desk staff are gentle and attentive, proactively helping with luggage and answering questions, providing thoughtful service throughout our stay. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's very clean, has excellent soundproofing, and the service is spot on. Perfect for couples or a relaxing short stay!

A Mistake, and Immensely Grateful: This Hotel Showed Me How the Warmth of Service Can Melt All Rules A few days ago, I made a frustrating mistake – in my haste, I booked my hotel stay a whole week too early. When I realized my error, my heart sank. Off-peak season might have allowed for some flexibility, but it was conference season, rooms were scarce, and the thought of high price differences and 'non-refundable' clauses loomed like two mountains over me. I braced myself, feeling almost resigned to paying a penalty, and called the hotel's front desk. A gentle-voiced lady answered. After listening to my embarrassed explanation, she showed no impatience. Instead, she softly reassured me: 'Sir, please don't worry, let's figure this out together.' She didn't immediately reject me based on policy but asked for my correct check-in date and requested I wait a moment. During the few minutes I waited, I could clearly hear faint keyboard tapping and hushed communication on the other end of the line. Soon, she came back and gave me an almost unbelievable answer: 'Mr. Wang, we've checked the room availability. Luckily, we still have the same room type available for your new dates. We will process this date modification for you free of charge, with no price difference or amendment fees.' I was stunned and instinctively confirmed, 'Really? I don't need to pay any difference?' She confirmed again and meticulously verified my new booking details, her tone consistently calm and professional. The entire modification process was efficiently completed within five minutes, and after hanging up, a booking update email confirming the new dates was already sitting quietly in my inbox. At that moment, what welled up in me was more than just the relief of a resolved problem. In an era often filled with cold terms and conditions and 'the hotel reserves the right of final interpretation,' this experience felt incredibly precious. The hotel could have refused based on policy or demanded a reasonable change fee, but they chose a more empathetic approach. This 'beyond expectation' service actually returned to the core essence of the service industry: consideration and care for people. It not only resolved a date error but also assuaged the guest's anxiety and embarrassment caused by their own oversight. This experience firmly convinced me that the value of an excellent hotel lies not merely in luxurious hardware or a prime location, but in this humanistic spirit integrated into daily operations. It makes guests feel respected and valued as individuals, rather than cold order numbers. This flexibility and goodwill, based on trust, is far more touching than any expensive decoration and will undoubtedly be my primary reason for choosing them in the future. The ambiance of this guesthouse is truly wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean, and upon entering, you immediately feel comfortable and refreshed. All the amenities are incredibly well-appointed! The view from the window was also quite pleasing. The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming. I'd definitely come back to stay here if I get the chance – it was a truly excellent experience!

The hotel service was great. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded my room to a higher category for free. SM Plaza is conveniently located just a few hundred meters away. The hotel is incredibly close to the metro station; it only took me a few minutes to walk from the exit to the hotel. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, I noticed a park nearby and made a point to take a stroll there the following day.

The room was clean and tidy, with clothes drying on the rooftop. The owner was very friendly and considerate. Our child got their clothes wet playing at the beach and needed a shower and a change of clothes, so they checked us in early. The location is great, with convenient restaurants nearby and close to the beach. However, the location was a bit inaccurate. I entered the address the owner gave me and ordered takeout three times, but the delivery driver couldn't find it twice.

Was confused as to how to get to the hotel as it is not a whole building for the hotel, instead mixed inside the apartment building. Was arrived by DiDi at night and it was freezing cold, with luggages at hand, and called the property however the person didn’t speak english. After using the message function then the translation can helped us communicate better, and the person in charge came outside of the building to pick me up and helped me with my luggages. Room was spacious with the view of sea in some distance can be seen. Only stayed 1 night during transit so I cannot review any further. There was free airport drop off provided, which helped. Overall I would be staying here again the next time I’m having a transit at Fuzhou.
