It's my first time to checked in with this hotel, but I got sad and frightened because when I checked the pillows on my room,I saw a blood on my pillow,it's really disgusting, so I call the front desk and tell him about the blood on the pillow. And he tells that he'll gonna ask the housekeeping to change it for me.This should be taking care of because in the first place, housekeeping can check it because they change pillows every room when they clean. They couldn't say that they didn't saw it,because the blood on the pillow was big,I think its a kind of laziness, because with their laziness, the hotel was seen things that would bear from the customers to go back again to their hotels.I think it was new,but why housekeeping don't do their job as good as to gove the people checking in feels comfortable and could would keep their minds that this hotel is capable to recommend to friends and relatives.I hope the management should take actions on this and be alert on their housekeeping because of their laziness, the hotels guests will get fewer and fewer.Thank you.
The biggest highlight is the location. It’s right across from NAIA Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila bridge, which made arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Being within Newport World Resorts also meant easy access to restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options without needing to travel far. The room was clean and well-maintained. It’s not very spacious, but it had everything needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Service was efficient and polite. Staff were helpful, especially with check-in and basic requests. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay, layover, or business trip, especially if proximity to the airport is a priority.
Good place and safe . An excellent customer service very helpful for a person whose flight is too early in the morning to request for Rhianna’s breakfast to be packed . Perfect swimming pool for senior and kids are separated. Thanks and highly recommended why? Breakfast buffet is perfect so many selection .
Try it and you will be satisfied!
My 4 night there was so great, if you book there make sure to get the higher floor the sunrise and the sunset was so great, the swimming pool thats amazing always clean.
The front guard I don't know his name but he is the one who accommodate me when I first arrived the he is so welcoming, not like the other guard hahaha
Location to PITX (and thus, airport) is so convenient. Pool is nice, just check the times its operating. (Same as with the Gym) As for the room, its mostly nice apart from the TV being all-mandarin (use a dongle if you want youtube!), Wifi randomly dropping at times (and the 5G band being extremely unreliable), aircon remote randomly not working, some paint job being chipped away at the far side of the room beside the balcony, and the shower ceiling randomly having a temporary cardboard job.
Service was nice, though I highly recommend buying some airtime to your number, as you either need that or doing the whole song and dance of going to the lobby and back up, and as with me having others in my journey meant that I always ask the security to tap his card to get back to my floor. Speaking of security, there’s a baggage scanner installed near the elevator lobby, so be mindful of that.
I chose the option with no food, so we went instead to a hot pot restaurant at the ground floor. There’s also some parking outside.
City Center Executive is part of the whole Imperial Plaza Residences complex, so on top of everything that I mentioned in this review, be extra mindful of the residents and try not to bother them.
The hotel is located in a commercial area, with a mall on the lower four floors, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The environment is excellent, and the service is also good. The rooftop pool is very clean, and in the evening, you can enjoy the breeze and have a drink up there.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the hotel was. Every area—from the lobby to my room—was spotless and inviting. What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone greeted me with genuine smiles, was attentive to my needs, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their professionalism and kindness created a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again.
I was satisfied with my stay in these apartments: convenient location to the SM Asia shopping center, very clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available, also a guarded area, a wonderful swimming pool with recreation areas.

Everything works fine except the room availability, which is subject to admin limited capacity to accommodate requests. Appreciate that some rooms are not available. It happens. It would be nice to set expectations before guests arrive or even before they book the room. This way they may be able to strategise and consider the possibilities. The photos are helpful as well. This I and other guests depend on heavily. My case is that non, smoking with window room is non-negotiable due to health restrictions. Thanks to the staff for understanding and assisting during the stay.
Family and friends group trip, the hotel was great. The reception staff were super helpful, carrying our bags to the room at check-in and collecting them from the room at check-out. It's ten minutes from the airport and has a good location; just a minute's walk to restaurants, McDonald's, and a pharmacy. I recommend it.

Location: 4.5/5
Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee.
Value: 4/5
Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee.
Room: 3/5
The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music.
Cleanliness: 5/5
Bathroom was neat and well-maintained.
Service: 5/5
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Facilities: 5/5
Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda.
Final Take:
Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.

Had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Highly recommended, and I would happily stay here again. 😊I have already actually recommended it to my brother. He stayed for 3 days. Heid in the picture.
GGuest UserGreat value for money, highly recommended! The air conditioning unit is a bit old and noisy. The only downside is that because it's such great value, the hotel is often fully booked, so there's always a long wait for the elevator. They provide toothbrushes and even a microwave.

,unstable connection in wifi is the problem.
DDarla MaeMy nieces loved the place. Big , clean and spacious room. However the place is far from the mall which is fine. They have enjoyed Netflix. Overall. Experience is great 👍
GGuest UserStayed at lyf Malate Manila for a night and it exceeded expectations in the heart of Malate’s buzzing scene. The location on Malvar corner Vasquez Street is unbeatable—steps from Robinsons Place Manila mall for food courts, shops, and easy access to Rizal Park, Manila Bay Beach, and the LRT.
JJ.G.P.A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep.
Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys.
Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.
