The staff were all very nice, good, n professional. They never missed to wish me good morning, thank you, and good night everyday. The staff also kept saying sorry sorry sorry when i came earlier than check in time. The hotel was very clean, complete amenities, and located in a quite strategic location. I will ever miss Sapporo and hotel Hashimoto forever. Terima kasih from Malaysia.

Magazines on the wall describe the owner as a member of the Antarctic Expedition, who visited Antarctica 53 times. After retiring, he opened this small hotel, hoping to attract more mountaineering enthusiasts to gather and chat about their experiences. The hotel's reception is connected to the bar, and every night, there's a crowd of people drinking, some of them mountaineering enthusiasts. There's also a wide selection of dishes. I took a photo of the first floor of the hotel to share. The room I stayed in was quite interesting, located in another building, so it didn't interfere with my rest. My room was small (I don't know if there are larger rooms, but I think there are some shared rooms, like youth hostel-style bunk beds). There were only two beds, nothing special, but the sheets and towels were spotlessly white and spotlessly clean. There's also a shared kitchen on the first floor near the bar, equipped with a microwave, hot water, and a washing machine. Staying in the hotel and traveling during the day is a good option. A short walk down the street leads to a crossroads filled with restaurants. What's even more interesting is that the waiters are all foreigners. I saw four or five of them, representing at least three nationalities. Two were young beauties, and two were handsome foreigners.
The location is convenient, 5 minutes walk from JR station. It feels like a family-style hotel. Grandpa and aunt are very friendly, and the public places are also carefully decorated.
. The room facilities are relatively old, but clean and comfortable! The breakfast is simple and delicious. There are many figures of Dragon Ball characters in the restaurant, which is very interesting!
This is a youth travel that is not large in scale, mainly closed bunk beds, very clean, everyone has a small table for easy writing, if you need to borrow a folding stool from the outside, the facilities are still very complete.
The service was very warm. I didn't speak Japanese. I also talked a lot with people with the translation software. The eldest sister at the front desk once taught bead calculations. I loved playing table tennis in my amateurs, haha. The next day, the eldest brother drove to the travel destination, thank you very much.
Continue to stay next time, it is necessary.
Guest house Hakodate Bay is super nice and well located it’s an easy walk over to the train station and the owner is super kind and friendly, he’ll even give some really good restaurant recommendations the rooms are a bit packed but well worth it. I highly recommend it for those on the go solo travelers, and if you’re a huge one piece fan there’s a picture frame in the stairwell that has a one piece puzzle fully put together and framed.

Good for staying for 1-2 nights. Some guests bring too big luggage and there’s no space much inside the room. The toilet is clean and overall are good just a bit expected more for the locker spaces.
The counter staff is very polite, you can send it early, the room is very clean, this family is very good, except that it is a bit far from today, there is no problem, there is also a supermarket nearby

I had a great time staying here alone. There are restaurants downstairs, making it easy to find food. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities were provided. I loved it.
Normally, when I stay at other hostels, they don't provide towels or other amenities, but this place had everything. The location is great; it's just a short walk from Sapporo train station. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I loved it!

エエゾシカ伝道師The staff at the inn were warm and moderate, and I was very comfortable.
While there were many non-smoking rooms, the companion who was a smoker was very happy.
In addition, the correspondence of the odor remaining in the room is also firm, and I think it can be comfortable.
It's a hot spring, but you can get the power of the source.
It is a hot spring of great satisfaction!

GGuest UserAs a ryokan I believe is run by a family, you would expect they will by offering good service rather than lots of facilities. This is exactly the case. I want to commend the owner, Mr. Tsuchiya, because without his help, my excursion to Lake Toyoni would not be as smooth. After discussing my concerns in the risk of missing the bus on the way back, he agreed to drive me to Lake Toyoni early in the morning, so I would have plenty of time to spend at Lake Toyoni, and minimized the chance I would miss the only scheduled bus back. Indeed, I did get to the bus stop ahead of time and caught the bus. I bought some snacks from a local bakery for his help. Not sure if he liked it or not, but hopefully yes.
In terms of facilities, I was surprised to find there is an onsen there. To be honest, it's more like a hot bath, but that is still nice to have. Also, you will have to drag your luggage to 2nd floor, as obviously, there won't be an elevator. The only complaint I would have is the wifi, which is dodgy at best. Just continue to use your own data if you want to avoid frustrations.
Cleanliness is ok, given only three people run the whole place, including cleaning and cooking. Bathrooms are shared, and I have no problem with the cleanliness. The place is old, so don't expect too much.
In summary, their service is top-notch; everything else is what you would expect of a ryokan.
GGuest UserThe location was great, only a 5-minute walk from Maruyama-koen Station. The room felt nice and was very clean. It had a kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and electric stove. There were also two sinks, which was perfect for the four of us. Wi-Fi was available, and there's a supermarket nearby.
However, upon arrival, there was a sign for the front desk on the 3rd floor, and when I got into the elevator, it wouldn't move without a 3-digit code. I didn't know about this, and I'm not sure if I was informed of it beforehand. It caused some hassle during check-in, which is self-service. I eventually had to call to complete the check-in process.
GGuest UserVery, very satisfied with a family of four. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We stayed in hotels all the way. Although there were three beds, it was still crowded. When we came here, everyone had a separate bed and the quality of the bed was also very good. It was the first time for two children to stay here. I am very happy about the youth hostel. The distance between people here is very close. There is 7 Eleven across the street. I can buy a bunch of meals from the supermarket and heat them in the kitchen. It is not great and save a lot of money. We used to have thousands of Chinese dinners every day. A family of four has decided to stay in a youth hostel from now on, haha

GGuest UserIt's really good. I highly recommend this hotel. It's a 2-minute walk from the ski resort. It's very clean and new. The breakfast is very warm. I can really stay here again for one night.
VVSTExtremely great stay! We stayed here for five nights. We would highly recommend Plat hostel Keikyu to all friends and family members. It's so clean and comfortable. We booked a twin bed room and we slept soundly throughout the five nights because it's quiet and pleasant. It is also located nearby Hosui Susukino subway station, yes, 150m away and just two minutes walk. Easy and convenient to explore Susukino as well as other attractions in Sapporo.
This hostel also has a clean and well-equipped kitchen and dining area for in-house guests.
The counter staff are all friendly and helpful, too.
If we come again, we will definitely choose to stay here again.
Thank you very much.
GGuest UserLocated at the end of the Jozankei route from Sapporo. For someone like me who travels this area for work, this is a great value and affordable option. It has all the basic amenities and is better than a capsule hotel. Free parking. There's a first-floor cafe. Shared showers, restrooms, and refrigerators. ^^
GGuest UserThis hostel is super chill, I think it's the best one I've stayed at so far. First off, it's incredibly well-equipped; bath towels, toiletries, pajamas – you name it, they have it. The hostel uses a dual-elevator system to separate guests from visitors, which effectively prevents visitors with wet shoes from affecting the cleanliness of the guest elevators. There's also a free sauna on the 4th floor, which is really relaxing. Overall, I think this hostel deserves a full five-star rating, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting Sapporo.
