Rooms are good enough to serve its purpose but space is just enough. Aircon is split type so they are quiet. Location is near airport and they offer good food menu.

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected comfort. The CR is very small and felt cramped. There was no complimentary bottled water or coffee provided. The room felt moist, which caused the floor to be slippery, and there was no floor mat available to help prevent slipping. In addition, the TV was not working during our stay, and the internet connection was very poor and unreliable. These are areas that could be improved to provide a safer and more comfortable experience for guests.

First time booking here and I was very impressed. Before booking, I inquired on-site and the frontdesk staff really helped me with my questions. When I secured my booking, I immediately received confirmation about it. They also allowed late check-ins because I could only go to the hotel after work. ROOM: Very clean and comfortable. BATHROOM/TOILET: Clean, has water heater, all fully functioning WIFI: Decent connection for watching movies and some games SECURITY: My room had 4 locks, made me feel very safe STAFF: Super friendly and helped me with my bag Overall, I will definitely book again soon. I highly recommend this hotel, I had a wonderful stay ♡

From the moment I stepped into the gates of Courtyard Hotel Pasay, I knew I was going to have a special and unforgettable stay. From the front desk, to the housekeepers, the service and attention they gave to me was above and beyond!! The courtyard's ambiance was so breathtaking! Imagine coming off of a long travel day, and stepping into a magical secret garden as your refuge. I'm a very Type A person, so I had high expectations, and the Courtyard Hotel did not disappoint. The cleanliness was impressive, and my room was perfectly cold from the AC, and my bed was truly inviting. I'm glad I have somewhere that I can come back to over and over again when I'm in the Philippines. A big thank you to the Courtyard Hotel family... The way you took care of me truly means the world. Sending my appreciation thus my utmost support for this hotel and my hostess (person I am transacting with) during my stay in Pasay. All the list of amenities are provided and if requesting for other item not included in the list, the hostess can readily and immediately provide for your convenience. The location is most convenient for me since I have a transaction at DLSU-M and other nearby places. The hotel is also squeky clean before we entered the room and everything is tidy and well-kept. If unit 3511 will be offered for my next booking, I'll definitely grab it. Well-done, SMDC GemstoneBR Coast Residences. Till we meet again!

The room was so tidy & clean. Highly recommended. Although if your hungry you need to order food, because they don't offer food downstairs. Suggesting to open their mini resto downstairs. So that their guests will no need to go out to look for food. Thanks

I recently stayed at Hotel Sogo, and I must say that my overall experience was pleasant and satisfying. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized the place was. The room was exceptionally clean, which gave me an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation after a long day of travel. The floors were spotless, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was tidy and well-sanitized — no traces of dirt or unpleasant odors at all. The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. They were very polite and accommodating whenever I requested for towels or extra toiletries. Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free. Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep, and the overall environment was quiet, which made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles and made sure that check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is also a big plus — very accessible to transportation, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s ideal for travelers who want a clean and affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Overall, I would describe my stay at Hotel Sogo as clean, safe, and comfortable. It’s a great choice for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize cleanliness and good service. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I need a quick and relaxing place to rest.

GGuest UserThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close. However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think. All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.

AaryxThe Studio 18 Residences, Pasig: Review Overall Rating: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7/10) Title: Great Location & Friendly Staff, But Needs a Little Polish When booking a long-term or quick business stay in the Ortigas area, finding a place that balances price, location, and comfort can be a real challenge. The Studio 18 Residences in Pasig is a solid contender that mostly succeeds, offering excellent value for money, but falls just shy of a perfect 10 due to some small, yet noticeable, inconsistencies in the facility and experience. This is a dependable choice—a true 7 out of 10. The Good: Location and Service Are Top-Tier The biggest strength of Studio 18 is its location. It's tucked away inside San Antonio Village, which is a quiet and secure gated community, giving you peace of mind in a busy city. Yet, you're only a short, manageable walk away from major hubs like SM Megamall, Capitol Commons, and Shangri-La Plaza. If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. Verdict: If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. It provides far better value than many nearby hotels. It’s not a luxury experience, but it’s a perfectly reliable home base in Pasig. A strong recommendation for budget-conscious business travelers and long-term stayers.

VVillasanti BuildersAs a guest in astrotel for almost 7months straight staying in the said hotel.. I.know and observe Most of the staff and managers they are approachable and kind. That's why I recommend to my friends and colleagues the Astrotel is the most convenient and safety place to stay the cleanliness is also observed the amenities are greatly appreciated strong wifi internet connection hot and natural water in shower. My guest has also observed that the room has no adequate hook for the used clothing and i suggest to put clothes hanger or hook on the wall for the convenient of the other guests who wants to stay. But totally Its highly recommended to travelers and friends. I really appreciate the kindness of staffs and managers like sir MJ, sir Mark Bernillo and sir Jon rie. Thank you for helping my guest.

RRhodee458I purchased this hotel room for my sister-in-law who had a next day flight and it was amazing. You call them to get picked up at the airport and they offer drop-off service too. The van used to bring you is a fancy Benz. Overall, a great experience!!! P.S. My 6-year old nephew said it looks like the hotel is made of gold🤭

JJohn Mungcal Sr.Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels. Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only. Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs. Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only
