Best hotel that i've ever stayed in term of service. The people work at the front deck are so nice. They helped me & my grandma a lot from booking tickets to sightseeing area to booking taxi. Due to them, our trip went smoothly & my grandma had have a great time there. Thank you very much for your help 🥰.

The 24-hour shuttle service to and from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport was extremely convenient. Even for a very late-night arrival, a business car was available for pick-up. The room was spotless and very quiet. I particularly appreciated the dedicated car service directly to the airport when I checked out at noon. Additionally, there's a snack street just a short walk from the hotel, which was another great convenience.

The hotel's Chinese trendy style is immersive and incredibly comfortable, creating a fantastic ambiance. It's especially welcoming after a long day of business travel. Breakfast is served until 10 AM, accommodating guests with different morning schedules. The front desk staff are always smiling and make you feel right at home.

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

This hotel was by far the most comfortable stay of our trip. It was clean and tidy, and the room had a very harmonious feel. The bathroom was spacious, and our king room even had a small desk. They also provided plenty of bottled water. Breakfast was quite ample; the noodles 🍜 with the meat sauce were delicious 😋. I particularly liked that the pillows in the room were clearly distinguishable as soft or firm.

Come to Pingding Mountain to travel, choose a hotel near Wanda, the experience is far beyond expectations! The front desk service is super warm, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the intelligent guest control control lighting curtains are super convenient, the bathroom with dry and wet separation has no smell, and the toiletries are complete. The breakfast is rich in variety, hot dishes and cold dishes are available. Just a few minutes walk to Wanda Plaza, eating and shopping are super convenient, the price is affordable, next time you come to Pingdingshan, you will definitely stay here, I have recommended it to my friends!

Highly recommend the Mercure Luoyang Kaiyuan Avenue! Its central location on Kaiyuan Avenue, close to the Municipal Government and the High-Speed Rail Station, makes it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The rooms are spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and feature new, well-functioning facilities with excellent soundproofing for a quiet stay. The service is warm, attentive, and prompt. Breakfast offers a rich variety, including local snacks and Western dishes – I was very satisfied. It's about a 15-minute drive to the Longmen Grottoes, making sightseeing super convenient. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and the value for money is outstanding. Full marks, I highly recommend it!

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room was quiet at night, allowing for good rest. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful whenever I had questions. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. The hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and daily necessities, which made getting around very easy. I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt calm and well organized. For the price, the value is excellent, and everything was handled properly during my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Convenient near airport location. We needed a place to stay before taking a train in the morning. We got in late and needed to wash some clothes we put the clothes in the washer and in the morning they were dry and folded up waiting for us. We lovely a great breakfast and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Very great price for all the amenities.
