The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

Guest Room: Attention to Detail I stayed in a King Superior Room, approximately 30 square meters, with a well-thought-out layout: · Excellent bedding quality, with a mattress that was neither too soft nor too hard, providing an excellent sleep experience. · The workspace was equipped with an ergonomic office chair and a multi-port charging station. · The mini-fridge provided cold water. · The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, ample water pressure, and instant hot water. · Good soundproofing; I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. Dining and Facilities The breakfast selection was rich, with a good balance of Chinese and Western options. The freshly made noodles and the local specialty, 'Hulatang' (spicy soup), were particularly impressive (breakfast starts at 6:30 AM). Areas for Improvement While the overall experience was good, there's still room for improvement: 1. The in-room Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow during peak hours. 2. There are no shopping facilities nearby, making it inconvenient for shopping.

Come to Pingding Mountain to travel, choose a hotel near Wanda, the experience is far beyond expectations! The front desk service is super warm, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the intelligent guest control control lighting curtains are super convenient, the bathroom with dry and wet separation has no smell, and the toiletries are complete. The breakfast is rich in variety, hot dishes and cold dishes are available. Just a few minutes walk to Wanda Plaza, eating and shopping are super convenient, the price is affordable, next time you come to Pingdingshan, you will definitely stay here, I have recommended it to my friends!

The hotel's environment and hygiene are excellent. However, the male staff member at the front desk is truly unsuited for this job. During the Chinese New Year, I checked in with my child to a family room, which cost over 1,000 yuan per night, and we stayed for five nights. My friends, who were with me, had two double rooms, each costing over 700 yuan per night. After checking in, I asked if they could offer a complimentary breakfast for my child. He immediately said no, stating that my breakfast booking was for two people. I pointed out that there wasn't an option for three people when booking, to which he replied that breakfast was 58 yuan per person. He even mentioned that I was staying for five nights, implying that a longer stay didn't warrant an extra free breakfast. I then asked if he meant I should cut my stay short. Our family room for five nights cost over 5,000 yuan, while my friends' two rooms cost over 7,000 yuan. In the end, he still wouldn't budge on a complimentary breakfast for my child, only offering it for an additional 200 yuan for five nights, which had to be paid immediately. When I asked what would happen if we didn't eat it, he simply shrugged it off. I was quite annoyed at the time and didn't bother arguing further. Later, when I went out for dinner and registered my car license plate, I noticed that male staff member wasn't around. On a whim, I asked a female staff member, and she immediately and happily offered a complimentary breakfast without any hesitation. This guy was just so odd. If the price of the room had been really cheap, I wouldn't have bothered the staff, but I just don't understand what was going through this man's head. The hotel's reputation could easily be ruined by people like him.

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt calm and well organized. For the price, the value is excellent, and everything was handled properly during my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Convenient near airport location. We needed a place to stay before taking a train in the morning. We got in late and needed to wash some clothes we put the clothes in the washer and in the morning they were dry and folded up waiting for us. We lovely a great breakfast and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Very great price for all the amenities.
