Evergrande Sea Castle Hotel

Qidong Evergrande Venice Resort
Wang Te, the steward of Evergrande Hotel, was very enthusiastic in his service. Two elderly people in my family took a self-guided high-speed rail trip to Qidong and stayed at the Evergrande Hotel. Butler Wang introduced a team driver to drive the two elderly people to many scenic spots in Qidong. It was comfortable and convenient. Like it👍

The view was fantastic. The room was small but practical. They did not have on-site laundry, which was not helpful since my group is moving from city to city.

Xu Zhuang Software Park/Xianlin University City
My family is on a business trip and I bring my baby to play I chose this hotel purely for the bathtub. The little one was really happy playing in the water~ We live in the south building, which is quite far from the front desk. We have to go around a lot. The facilities downstairs are not complete, they are all wedding companies. It is recommended to be well prepared when moving in with children.

Downtown Kunshan
The new hotel is close to Vientiane Plaza, just across the road. The parking is very convenient. There is a ground and a ba*****t. The sanitation of the guest rooms is very good. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good, and they will deal with the needs of the guests in a timely manner. Takeaway It was delivered by a robot, it was a great experience, and I will choose this hotel in the future
Suzhou Citadines Xinghai Apartment Hotel

West of Suzhou Industrial Park/Suchow Center
If you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me. 1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants. 2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind! 3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed. There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!! Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists. I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them. Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.
Atour Hotel Huaihai Street, Lion Mountain, Suzhou New District
4.8/52099 Reviews
Huqiu New Urban District/ Hanshan Temple
Not knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find. On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests. The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it! The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Tea and coffee are available along with a varied selection of fruit juices. The restaurant is airy, bright and clean. Plenty of seating is available. Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere. On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si. At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.
HENTIQUE PINECONE HOTEL

Tianmu Lake Scenic Area
The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

Train Station Area
The location is excellent and the environment is very good. The room was very clean and quiet at night, although the window outside the big bed room was walled, it would not feel stuffy. The hotel staff are very young and cute, the service attitude is particularly good, I hope not to raise the price, I will stay here in Nanjing later!
Jintian International Hotel

Loma Lake and Santai Montain Forest Park
To be honest, the hotel's hardware equipment is a bit old, but the software is the best one in many hotels! I never took the initiative to evaluate. This stay at Jintian International Hotel deeply touched my heart and made me feel at home for the first time. Before check-in, the hotel staff took the initiative to contact me and ask me what special requirements I have for the room orientation, the internal structure, intimately inform the weather situation, remind me to add more clothes, etc. Entering the lobby, the staff greeted warmly, took the initiative to help with the luggage, warm ginger brown sugar water when checking in, personally delivered to the room, etc., all of which made people warm. The room also sent fruit, snacks, drinks, etc., and the air conditioner was turned on in advance. It is worth mentioning that the room attendant also prepared a special bucket for me to soak my feet. The room was clean and tidy, and it was specially arranged. At first glance, I was very careful. There are souvenirs when checking out. I really can't express my gratitude to the hotel for this reception in language. I wish business prosperity!
