The hygiene and service were excellent, and the location was super convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, and across the street is Xue Shi Street, a food street with tons of dining options and easy access to delivery. It's also within walking distance of Yipu Garden, Huanxiu Mountain Villa, and Baon Temple. Plus, it's a pet-friendly hotel! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou.

Room environment: I stayed in a superior single room, which was decorated in a modern and simple style, giving me a warm and comfortable feeling. Bed and sleep: The bed was soft and comfortable, and the high-quality mattress and pillows ensured that I had a good sleep every night. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the daily housekeeping service was also in place. Both the floor and the bathroom maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

The staff are all incredibly polite, especially the front desk agent. He upgraded our room and, seeing that we were a family of three, thoughtfully added an extra set of toiletries and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. When the robot delivery was slow, someone personally expedited our order, which was just incredibly thoughtful. The hotel breakfast is very extensive and tasty, with fresh food and a pleasant dining environment. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for its value for money, ambiance, facilities, and service!

The facilities are brand new and highly intelligent; there's no need for traditional key cards as you can simply use facial recognition to open your door, which saves a lot of hassle. The room also features voice control, and the screen mirroring is very convenient with high clarity and great sound for watching movies. The staff are warm and attentive, truly commendable. It's also a pet-friendly hotel, so I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Sanyang Plaza, and Fuxing Road nearby is full of delicious food. The subway station isn't far either. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, including smart toilets, offering incredible value for money. The service attitude is great, making it a perfect hotel for travelers.

This time I went to Nantong on a business trip. This hotel left a deep impression on me. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the service is considerate, and the breakfast is also rich. There is AEON shopping mall nearby, which is within walking distance. It is very convenient to eat. There is also a Hema mini downstairs. It will still be my first choice next time I go to Nantong.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right in the heart of Nanjing's bustling downtown, with major shopping malls just downstairs and the night market a short walk away. To the south, just two blocks over, you'll find the Fenfulu snack street, and museums and attractions are easily accessible. The front desk upgraded my room and the complimentary fruit was very fresh. The hotel offers great views of the city lights, and the staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming.

Overall, it was a good stay. The environment is small and beautiful, very close to NanChang Street. There are snack shops downstairs, making it convenient and full of local life. Everything was quite good. The staff at the front desk, both gentlemen and ladies, were very enthusiastic and even reminded me when I left some clothes behind. The only thing I'd point out is that there are two QR codes for the partner parking lot. It would be helpful to remind guests beforehand or have them scan the correct one at the front desk, as scanning the wrong one requires inputting a phone number and verification code, which is a hassle.

Our River View room offered absolutely fantastic views, with a panoramic vista of Langshan Mountain and the Yangtze River. The location is superb, being very close to both shopping malls and Nantong University. The facilities were excellent and well-equipped, including a microwave which was very convenient for heating up food in the evenings. Overall, the room was clean and tidy.
