I had a great stay at Hotel Soul with my parents. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the central area - everything is walkable! The decor is interesting, kind of Las Vegas design. The staff are friendly, professional and speak English well. My parents room had a faulty heater but the staff moved them to a bigger room nearby without any hassle. Very good value too - my room was huge! Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Will stay again next time I’m in Suzhou!

Pro: Hotel is new, spacious and located strategically in the city centre. If you would like to take instagrammable picture, this is the best choice!!! Con: Breakfast is not so good so do not really recommend included bf in pkg.

Location is great and within walking distance to Ping Jiang Street and Shuang Ta food building. It's easy to get transportation via didi app to travel to various unesco sites such as Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou museum, Master of the Nets etc. Accommodation is great. Staff asked if we prefer the room facing the bustling street or the residential area which was serene with birds chirping in the mornings. Hotel breakfast was sufficient and mainly local fare. No laundry service but hotel has a laundry room which is great! Service staff team are attentive; the chambermaid, laundry room lady and reception were very polite and service oriented. I'll return to this hotel again!

Staff are very attentive and the shuttle service to/from the airport is such a bonus. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great value for money for a late arrival/ early flight hotel. Breakfast is basic but has enough variety for everyone. There is a self service convenience store on the ground floor with lots of basic necessities.

Very good hotel which we booked last minute but was a wonderful choice. Near enough to walk to metro (10min) and very good noodles and bao stalls just right next to it. There were also supermarts nearby. Plus point is having 2 toilets, each for each room. To improve: not sure why there is a nespresson machine but no capsules. No teaspoons, no utensils. Just 2 little cups.

We love the place!! Cozy, convenient and chic! Free wonton supper every night. Food delivery to lobby, the staff will arrange the robot to deliver to your room. The connecting room is great for family. Thank you so much for the lovely souvenirs.

The view was fantastic. The room was small but practical. They did not have on-site laundry, which was not helpful since my group is moving from city to city.

Really love this hotel with such a nice view from the reception floors 20th floor to see the Shantang Street.Very convenient to all tourists attractions and near to the metro station.Super tasty breakfast.All staff is very friendly and helpful cos as our stays me and my husband was sick they even helped us to order food and medicine to our room.We also had free Hagen das ice cream coz due to the room we booked.Love their free dessert white funges and red dates sweet soup.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Willson Wang, he made a trip himself to find out the best route to get to hotel from metro station. He took a video of the route so I can follow it next time. Hotel breakfast has good variety, fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or vacation travelers.

Facilities: New Sanitation: Clean and tidy without odor Environment: It is very convenient to live in the Pingjiang Road scenic area. The riverside king-size bed room is great, and you can see the main river view outside when you open the curtains. Service: Provide butler-style service, gentle and kind.

Very good location, in the center of the old town, walking distance to Guangchien Street, easy access to subway system. I stayed three nights, very friendly and helpful staff, helped me getting around. I forgot to bring some of my pernal items that I left in my room, and I called them after two days of my departure, the staff immediately located my stuff and send them back to me via courier with n hour. They really impressed me. A big ”Thank you” to the hotel staff !

The room is larger than expected. Not only is the toilet and bathroom separated, but it also has a dressing room and a living room. I believe the room is close to 800 square feet, and the price-performance ratio is extremely high. If there is any improvement, the air circulation is very thin after turning on the heating, and there is not enough fresh air for sleeping at night! The hotel is very close to the train station, the view is very good, and you can watch the sunrise from the room in the morning. There are many restaurants in the nearby shopping mall on the ground floor. There are many choices for dining, and the prices are cheap. It is worth recommending!

The room is very quiet, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the bed is very comfortable. Really, the arrangements of switches and sockets are very reasonable. The key is that this is my first time staying here. It happened to be my birthday and I got an unexpected birthday gift. It was a surprise. Thank you to the hotel manager for his warmth. Great hotel location, very close to a shopping mall with many restaurants. Less than 2km from Chiang Kai Chek palace and bars. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable that my husband asked the mattress brand when we check out.🤣 great price with great services. Highly recommended.

Very clean place and snack right in the city of WuXi. It’s in a High rise commercial building. Like a mix development of condo. Beside it is the shopping mall. I was given level 40 giving me an eye level view of the city. The best thing is you can see sunrise when you wake up (see picture). Seeing sunrise while enjoying your coffee. Very high tech room, no cards for door, you are given pin. don’t need to worry about losing the room card. Overall I think this is very good for travellers of all type. Unless you are looking for 5 star hotel kind of service level. If not this is very good. One disadvantage is, there is only 4 lift serving so many floors or unit, if one of the lift breaks down then the waiting time for life can be long. Things to note: There is no signboard of this apartment shown at the building, you just alight at the building beside Sanyang plaza shopping centre and walk in the commercial tall building and go to level 29. That’s the check in location

We had a great and relaxing time at Atour. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a wonderful city view at night. The location is excellent, and it was easy for us to go anywhere in Wuxi.
