Extremely satisfied! 1. I originally planned to check in and drop off our luggage before taking my child out, but my child fell asleep on the way 😂. A big thanks to Gemma for contacting housekeeping. Even though our reserved room wasn't ready at around 12 PM, she found another room for my child to rest in. I'm very grateful! We were also allowed a late check-out until 1:30 PM today. They truly tried their best to meet our needs when it was possible. 2. The front desk staff didn't constantly push for room upgrades, unlike what some other reviews mentioned. They didn't even bring it up once. 3. The room was very spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the large bathtub was, as always, my child's favorite. Photo 1 is the city view room used for resting, and the back is the sea view room.

This hotel is closest to Piano Wharf and not far from Sanqiutian Wharf. It's very close to the shore, yet tucked away in a quiet spot. On the way, you'll pass the Gulangyu Museum. My room was on the first floor and was well-decorated and very clean. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and less prone to traffic jams. The high-floor, first-line sea-view room offers a superb vista, with a unique charm looking out to Gulangyu Island in the distance. Special thanks to Cathy for her thoughtful arrangements and service. The room was very satisfying, making us feel right at home.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo Xiamen Haicang during our family trip to Xiamen, and it exceeded our expectations! Before coming, I was a bit worried about hygiene based on a few online reviews, but my actual experience put all those concerns to rest. The room cleaning was meticulous, and all the towels were individually sealed and odorless. The location is definitely the biggest highlight. It's close to the subway, and a short walk to the ferry terminal. This was super convenient for taking a boat to Gulangyu Island in the evening without having to hail a taxi with our luggage. It was also easy to get to Zhongshan Road for food. We chose an interior room, and the soundproofing was excellent; it was quiet at night, and the mattress was comfortable, which was great for resting with a child. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also offered luggage storage. The breakfast included local specialties like 'mianxian paste' and 'satay noodles'. Overall, it offers great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen!

I stayed in Xiamen for 4 days, and at the Wyndham for 2 of them. I'm glad I didn't extend my stay for the last two nights as I had originally planned. First of all, the room decor was acceptable, but I couldn't tolerate that it's marketed as a family-friendly hotel 🏨 yet doesn't provide bed rails. The kids' club facilities were also quite old, and they didn't even have the air conditioning on. Most importantly, the bedsheets and duvet covers had an odor. Even the new set they brought had an odor. For a hotel of this price, this is unacceptable. Other services were okay. The breakfast selection was also just average.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The room was clean, odor-free, and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The bathroom had great water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and my top choice for travel. Highly recommended! Plus, Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street is right downstairs.

We received excellent service throughout our stay. Alex at the from desk was especially helpful and even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a spacious sea-view room in the middle section of the hotel. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Bashi Food Street and Zhongshan Road. We had some trouble purchasing ferry tickets to Gulangyu Island online, the hotel staff Jimmy kindly helped us purchase the tickets. We really appreciated their warm and attentive service Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!. The Xiamen Pullman Shimao Hotel is quite good. The entire hotel is massive, and upon arrival, it feels like stepping into a French chateau. The hotel is divided into three areas: Xihai, Ruihai, and Yihai Town. This time, I stayed in Xihai. The hotel lobby is grand and impressive, with a magnificent dome. The staff were also good; they helped carry my luggage to the lobby as soon as I got out of the car. The front desk staff were efficient, and check-in was quick. In particular, a lady with glasses in the lobby provided excellent service; she was very helpful and explained everything in detail. She was probably a supervisor, though I didn't catch her name. The hotel room was spacious; as soon as I opened the door, the curtains automatically drew back, revealing a view of the ocean. The room was roomy, comfortable, clean, and tidy. The bathroom was also large, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub. The two sinks were particularly convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel is close to the sea, just a few minutes' walk to Rainbow Beach. The hotel offers both an indoor heated pool and an outdoor infinity pool to choose from. You can enjoy the beach or swim in the hotel's pools. There are also several children's play areas. Every corner of the hotel feels incredibly picturesque, especially Yihai Town, where every short walk reveals a new theme. It's fantastic for families with children and for ladies who love taking photos. The entire hotel is genuinely huge; I feel like I haven't even explored it all. I'll definitely come back to stay again, and next time I'll try Ruihai for a different experience. There was one minor issue: the hairdryer plug in the bathroom kept falling out and didn't stay securely. That needs to be addressed. Overall, the hotel is still very good. The Pullman is a hotel I would happily return to.

The hotel's location is excellent, directly across from London Docklands with a main road right outside, making taxis easily accessible. It's also just a 3-minute walk to Zhongshan Road No. 8 Market. The room was clean, the environment beautiful, and the facilities comprehensive and smart. You can control the lights and air conditioning with just a voice command to 'Xiao Du Xiao Du,' no need to get up.

Breakfast is rich and features local Fujian (Min-nan) specialties. The accompanying pool and gym facilities are comprehensive, offering great value for money. The surrounding area is quiet, and transportation is convenient, making it suitable for both leisure and business stays. Overall, the experience was satisfying and highly recommended.
