Temporary homestay, no thunder, very good, the homestay is in a high-end community by the sea, the window is the vast sea, lying in bed can watch the sunrise, but unfortunately I live on the cloudy day. . . . . The hardware conditions of the new homestay are good, the bathtub is really too huge hahaha can swim. . . The boss is very enthusiastic, because the lady has a fever and has no physical strength to walk, so she specially tried to pick us up (it was about one kilometer away when she walked there). The price is not expensive, you can come here if you want to find a cost-effective hotel or homestay near Rainbow Beach.

Facilities: The showerhead has a very weak water pressure. Cleanliness: The tables are generally dusty, and the blankets and pillows are not very clean. Environment: Average. There's no elevator, so you have to climb stairs, which is tiring to carry luggage up. Service: Average. Not very enthusiastic.

Our stay was truly amazing — if the full score is 100, I would honestly give it 200! The room was exceptionally clean, and the host personally checked everything again even after the cleaning lady finished. The host was warm, generous, and always attentive. During check-in, she even shared helpful travel tips and recommended places to visit, which made our trip so much easier. Every day, they asked whether we needed room cleaning or a cup of coffee, which made us feel very well taken care of. The flowers and garden were personally maintained by the host, so the environment was beautiful and welcoming. The location was also incredibly convenient — just downstairs, there were plenty of food options, and even late at night, we could easily walk out for supper. Overall, from the location to cleanliness to the host’s hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!

The location is excellent, just a 5-10 minute walk to Huangcuo Beach, and there are many snack shops nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite. The family-friendly room type was a big hit with the kids, especially the slide, which looks safe despite its curves. The room itself is quite new, and you can tell a lot of thought went into some of the details. The owner is also very welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience. If I had to pick out some minor flaws, the bathtub was a bit high, which made it tricky for kids to get in and out, and the soundproofing on the door wasn't great – you could hear conversations from outside late at night. But these were minor issues, and overall, it was very good.

Loved this hotel super close to the beach and incredibly dog friendly. One of the reviews talked about a long uphill walk from the parking to the hotel so we were really worried, but decided to book after all because we really liked the room and the closeness to a quiet beach for my dog. On the day of check in I was contacted by the hotel to confirm that I was checking in, traveling with a dog and needed parking. I was sent a location for the parking to navigate to, which was quite easy. When I struggled with finding a parking spot, the staff came out to help me find one and assist with bringing the suitcases to the hotel, which was a very short 5 minute walk we didn’t have to worry about at all. The staff then waited for us to settle in and showed us the way to the beach. We were impressed by his English and helpful attitude. The room was beautiful with amazing views and the access to the beach was amazing and easy to find.

It's just as everyone said – the room is clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene, making for a comfortable stay! Downstairs, you can find a variety of delicious foods, which is super convenient! A big thanks to the customer service for their warm and thoughtful service, and to the owner for upgrading my room! Thumbs up to you all! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The stay was good overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. A few small things could be improved, but it was still a pleasant experience

The room's mattress was very comfortable, the toilet was smart, and there was a smart 'Xiao Du' assistant. The room overall had a great design aesthetic, and getting around was very convenient with a subway station right nearby. There are also many dining options within 500 meters of the hotel. For this price, staying at such a hotel is excellent.

Getting to Gulangyu Island is incredibly convenient, with the Dongdu Ferry Terminal just a two-minute walk over the pedestrian bridge. It's less than 5 km from Zhongshan Road, and a bus stop is right next to the hotel, making overall transportation very accessible. My room faced the main road, but the soundproofing was excellent, so it wasn't noisy at all. The hotel offers a good variety of breakfast options, and the dining environment was lovely (I even forgot to take pictures!). The cocktails were delicious and refreshingly cold, not too strong – perhaps they were careful not to overpour, as each small glass was only about 120ml. For me, it was a bit small, gone in just two sips! 😂😂 The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally polite and spoke very gently. It's suitable for solo travelers or those driving, as there's a parking lot. Excellent value for money! I initially booked just one night to try it out but ended up extending for another night.

Choosing E-Shang Hotel for our Xiamen trip was perfect! It's right next to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, so we could easily walk to explore the old arcade streets and try all sorts of local snacks. The room was clean and cozy, and the mattress was so soft – we slept really well. The hotel facilities are also complete.
