After a long day of travel, having a comforting supper instantly boosted my happiness. The hotel provides a thoughtful airport shuttle service, which is easy to book. The driver was punctual and responsible, saving me the hassle of finding a taxi and waiting in line at the airport, making travel incredibly stress-free. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable. The mattress had just the right firmness, the duvet was fluffy and soft, and the pillow perfectly supported my neck. I was able to relax and fall asleep quickly, enjoying a peaceful and sound night's rest. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm, polite, and attentive in every aspect. This hotel is perfect for both transit travelers and business trips. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xiamen.

The hotel gym is well-equipped. It's nice to pop in for a workout when I have some free time. There's also a laundry room right next door, so I can drop off my clothes there and then head back to my room after my workout. The facilities are pretty good, especially the front desk staff – the ladies there are very patient and helpful. This is my second stay, and overall, the experience has been great with excellent service. Highly recommend!

The hotel environment is impeccable, with spacious public areas and beautiful birdsong and flowers. Perched on a hill, I was woken up every morning around 5 or 6 by the chirping of various birds. It's about a 15-minute walk to Xiamen University and Putuo Temple, though it's uphill and a bit tiring, but taxis are quite convenient. The room was also very large, with a bedroom offering a distant view of the rooftops of Xiamen University. All in-room facilities were well-equipped. While I wouldn't delve too deeply into the cleanliness details, it was acceptable, but the sound of water running from the rooms above or next door was particularly noisy. The service was excellent, with prompt responses to all requests! Overall, I was satisfied, with one exception: the breakfast was too basic. It felt like it cost less than five yuan to make, truly the most perfunctory breakfast I've ever had in decades of staying at hotels. We ended up ordering takeout for the kids for both days, so I don't think it's worth booking a rate that includes breakfast. I'd like to offer a suggestion to the hotel: with such a great location and environment, it should strive for perfection by putting more thought into improving the breakfast. For tourists, a hearty breakfast is truly important. If a buffet isn't feasible due to cost-cutting, at least the set menu could be more varied, instead of just offering a bowl of congee and one or two pre-made buns every day, which is quite unappetizing.

On our last night in Xiamen, we chose to stay here. The front desk staff kindly upgraded our room for free. The beds were 1.35m wide, which is quite spacious for a twin room in Xiamen, making it ideal for families with children. Highly recommended.

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The building has quite a historical feel to it. It's located on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, which is a great location. After reading the description, I learned the hotel has over 90 years of history. We booked two rooms, each with a projector. The terrace, in particular, was beautiful and perfect for photos. My mom saved this hotel and plans to recommend it to her friends.

The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, which was especially handy for doing laundry during Chinese New Year, perfect for a long stay. Plus, there's a market right across the street, so dining and shopping are a breeze.

The facilities were complete, and all the daily necessities were well-stocked. The host was warm and thoughtful, providing many practical recommendations for local sightseeing and dining. The entire check-in process was smooth, and the experience was great. It's definitely worth staying here when visiting Xiamen!
