TTaninaz1. The remark of parking charge is unclear in trip.com. A little bit disappointed when the reception said that we have to pay. 2. The tab water has a chlorine smell somehow. Not that good to drink directly. 3. Good location, nice room, very clean, good service on site.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a bit old, but its location is a big plus – super convenient for shopping! The bed was comfy and soft, and the in-room facilities were well-equipped. No one offered to help with luggage, and the hotel has two entrances, but the staff didn't tell me which one was easier for catching a ride. When I came back by taxi, they didn't open the door for me, but when my friends dropped me off, they were very enthusiastic, opened the car door, and greeted us!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

**Heavenly1*Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. Miss Heavenly 🪽 You’ve been Heavenly Connected

GGuest UserI had a great stay at this Holiday Express! It's right in the heart of Melbourne, super close to the train station, and within walking distance to all the major attractions. That really made our day. There's a fantastic selection of food nearby, the service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Rrealyee1102After returning from the Great Ocean Road, I stayed here again. It's a hotel-style apartment with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options. It's also very close to Chinatown. There's a tram stop right downstairs, and you can take the 96 to South Melbourne. It's close to the church, train station, and shopping center, and not far from Queen Victoria Market. Plus, Melbourne's public transport is free in the city center. The apartment isn't huge, but it's new and you can cook, although I didn't. Great value for money.

GGuest UserThis is an older five-star hotel with decent service. Its location is similar to Tsim Sha Tsui East in Hong Kong – quiet, with many famous shops, bars, and Western restaurants nearby. However, you'll notice a lot of tourists around when you step outside. The breakfast is pretty good and acceptable, offering standard fare like bread, eggs, coffee, cheese, ham, and fruit – all the daily essentials. The main drawback is that the hotel is too close to the two adjacent buildings. There are very few rooms with a view; most rooms get little to no sunlight throughout the day and require the curtains to be drawn almost constantly. The bathroom is particularly bad. The shower screen only covers half the area, so water inevitably splashes all over the floor, making it a mess. This means you often have to use bath towels to dry the floor, leading to constantly wet carpets and very dirty towels in the long run.

MMunmunbunHad a great time here and we didn’t want to leave! How i wish i could’ve remembered all the names of the staff from reception, housekeeping and even the restaurant as they’ve all been amazing to us. Though, our request for a higher floor wasn’t accommodated ,they have been very attentive and i really appreciate their little surprise for my daughter’s birthday. We also had an incident and had to evacuate which scared my daughter but i’m glad no one is hurt and it was none of anyone’s control. One of the wheels of the bed frame was also missing and it almost caused an injury, the staff had offered to change rooms which is really nice of her but we’d just rather be willing to wait for the person that can fix it than cause more hassle to everyone if we changed room. Can’t wait to go back! Hopefully the hotel will be maintained well because its gorgeous!

GGuest UserIt would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.
