"Great location very easy checking in and explanation in getting to our capsule was very clear. The toilets and showers were mostly clean and I did see cleaners in there through out the day. I took a lock with me for when I was not in the capsule and was happy to use it so we could leave our bags and feel secure. The bed was comfortable and clean and with plug socket and cable section a fan for circulation and light everything you need."

"The hotel's location is quite good, close to the British Museum, a 5-minute walk to the subway, and about a 15-minute walk to St Pancras International Station. There's a supermarket nearby, as well as Chinese restaurants, Starbucks, and bakeries. So, I'm very satisfied with the location. Regarding the room, to be honest, there are a few triple rooms, and the room isn't small. However, there was no air conditioning. I called and was told they could send a fan, but it never arrived after two calls. They were very polite, but no action was taken. Also, there were no slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes, which is quite normal. Overall, it's fine for an overnight stay."

"I had an excellent stay at Holiday in London Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. "Don't exit T4, it's just a parking lot out there. The hotel is right across but you can't walk directly, you need to use the link bridge. The rooms are numerous but a bit old. There were a lot of guests checking in, so booking in advance would get you a better deal. Breakfast starts really early, around 5 or 6 AM. Also, although there's a free train to T2, it's quite a distance. Be careful not to take the wrong train for T5 or T4; check the signs or ask for directions. You get a direct view of the runway and planes from the window."

"If you're staying here, you'll find the price reasonable, under 10,000 baht per night, especially since it's in Zone 2. Most places further in are over 10,000 baht. The hotel is clean and the service is standard. We requested two connecting suites for our daughters, and they had a sofa that converted into a bed. The furniture might look a bit dated because the hotel is old, but many things are clean and new. I liked the new Nespresso capsule coffee machine with complimentary large capsules. The tea here is also good. The bathroom has a bathtub with good water pressure, and the shampoo and conditioner smell nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's a bit old and the mattress isn't very soft. But overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"Booked a one-night stay with my three kids before an early flight from T2. The location is excellent—there's a bus stop right outside that connects to Hounslow West station, making it super easy to take the Piccadilly Line into central London for an afternoon of sightseeing. The room was spotless and perfectly suited for four people. Staff were brilliant, and the hotel had a peaceful, relaxing vibe. Plus, it was just a 10-minute taxi ride to Terminal 2 the next morning. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back!"

"Location: Next to Russell Square, very close to the British Museum and Euston Station. It's about a 20-minute walk to Chinatown, which is quite convenient. I booked a double room on Trip.com, and to my surprise, I was given a room on the seventh floor. Then I was told there was a dedicated elevator for the seventh floor, which immediately raised a red flag. When I took the elevator, I realized it was an added-on lift, and you had to manually open the door at the top. The seventh floor is an extension the hotel built, as you can see in photo 2. London in August was very hot, and the room was incredibly stuffy, with only a small fan provided. Since it was peak tourist season in London during the summer, I paid over 900 yuan, and breakfast wasn't included. The room's facilities were quite old, and I found a lot of black hairs and dirt on the duvet cover. I had to call staff to change it. If possible, try to avoid rooms on the seventh floor. I don't know what the rooms on other floors are like, but if the price is over 1000 yuan, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The hotel offers free luggage storage."

"On my first night, everything in my room was fine except for a problem with the air conditioning. It kept making a very strange and incredibly loud noise, which prevented me from sleeping properly. The next morning, I had to go to the front desk to switch rooms, but then I had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in again. Honestly, the new room wasn't as good as the first one. It felt a bit old and the bathroom's exhaust fan constantly smelled of smoke. To top it off, the fire alarm went off at 11:00 PM that night – everything was just so bizarre. Plus, the third floor was very noisy, and I'm not sure why; it seemed like the staff were living there. The lighting in my room was also faulty, flickering between dim and bright. The pictures are of my first room, which looked much newer and brighter."

I had a quiet room where nobody disturbed me, so I was able to rest very well. The room was properly cleaned and hygiene was well maintained. Everything was neat and clean—the washroom, bedsheets, carpet, and even the room itself smelled fresh and pleasant. Overall, if anyone wants to explore London, Acton Travel Lodge is a very good place to stay. No matter how long you plan to stay, I would recommend choosing Acton."
