Find Condos in Xi'an

"Booked a family room, which was very spacious and well-equipped. The hotel has excellent play facilities, and my kids had a fantastic time. There's a cotton candy machine in the lobby where the children can make their own cotton candy. The front desk service was also great, especially Diego, who was very enthusiastic. Consistent with Ascott's usual high service standards."

"Facilities: The room had a light luxury style, a work area, a makeup mirror, and a washing machine—all the basic amenities were there. Surprisingly, other hotels didn't provide makeup remover, facial cleanser, conditioner, and hand soap; they were very attentive. The receptionist was also very friendly. Booking during the Spring Festival was expensive, so we booked separately for three people, but they still arranged for us to stay together—very thoughtful. This is one of the rooms, perfect for a girl who loves to pamper herself. The room is cleaned daily, and there are several sinks, each with its own designated area. Very convenient. My husband's room had a tatami room and a sofa, making dining very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with the booking. It's just a few minutes from the Taibai South Road subway station, very easy to find. The elevator requires you to take all the steps up and down, or press all the buttons simultaneously. Xi'an elevators are a bit different—they're a bit rigid, haha. You have to press the button for the elevator to go down first before going up. Overall, everything was great."

"I'm a big fan of Ascott, and this Citadines didn't disappoint. The room layout was well-designed, and everything was clean, with relatively new furniture and a spotless sofa. Breakfast served until 11 am was a huge plus, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The management is great too, very responsive to requests. It's really comfortable for a long stay."

"The hotel is very new with stylish decor. The facilities and amenities are modern and clean. It's not far from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just two bus stops from the south gate of Everbright City. We bought tickets for 'Xi'an Romance Park' through a reliable travel agency recommended by the lovely front desk staff. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The surrounding environment is very quiet. The house is full of rice appliances. It is very easy to use. The environment is also very good. There is no problem with the long stay. Many shops downstairs are just next to the subway. The high-speed rail station is very convenient and very suitable. Stay when traveling"

"Our stay at Tingting was more than we could have hoped for. The room was comfortable and clean, the location fantastic. But the highlight was their superb housekeeper, who went above and beyond. They sent us recommendations and would check in to see how our stay was going. They were amazing. Thank you so much Tingting!"

"I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!"

"This hotel truly puts in a lot of effort. My home is nearby, and my child had a day off before their high school entrance exam. The renovation work in our building started early in the morning, making a lot of noise. For the last day of their break, I wanted my child to be able to sleep in, so I booked this hotel. When checking in, the front desk staff learned that my child was about to take their exam. They said they'd send us a little something as a gesture. I thought it would just be some fruit or something similar. But when we returned to our room after getting some things from home, oh my goodness, it was incredibly heartwarming! There was a 'Zhuangyuan Gate' (a traditional good luck charm for academic success) sticker on the door, and they had sent fruit, fresh flowers, and a hand-drawn blessing card. They even thoughtfully provided an eye mask and earplugs. Most importantly, there were many good wishes for my child's exam hanging in the room. I was truly touched. We really felt the hotel's sincerity. Thank you to the hotel staff. I'm moved, and I hope my child can also achieve excellent results and get into their dream high school with your blessings. That would put our minds at ease. Thank you to the staff at Marriott Executive Apartments. On the day of check-out, the hotel lobby had a DIY sachet-making event for the Dragon Boat Festival. Many people were participating, and we also joined in the fun. It created a great festive atmosphere. The hotel is very well-managed, and we had a wonderful experience."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which was a bonus. However, there’s no daily housekeeping provided, and there is a delay with returning my 100 yuan deposit. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t offer any food options. But delivery services are available , so Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location was convenient for my travel plans, making it a decent choice overall."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, being just a few minutes' walk from both the train station and subway entrance, which makes transfers and catching transportation incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and thoughtful. The lobby even had chilled and room-temperature water available, which was a welcome refreshment during the summer. The room was clean and tidy, and overall, it offers great value for money. It's my top choice for a place to stay when traveling, and I'll definitely choose it again if I'm passing through. I truly recommend it to anyone who needs a convenient and comfortable place to stay!"
