"The hotel is very new with stylish decor. The facilities and amenities are modern and clean. It's not far from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just two bus stops from the south gate of Everbright City. We bought tickets for 'Xi'an Romance Park' through a reliable travel agency recommended by the lovely front desk staff. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This covers the second half of a longer 12 nights stay split across two bookings. My first review covered the first seven nights, which were excellent, so this is about what changed at the end. My last night fell apart. I'm somewhat tolerant of noise, so this isn't a light-sleeper complaint: someone checked into the room above and from late evening until after 2:30am it was nonstop heavy stomping, furniture dragging, banging, jumping, running, and actual screaming, sometimes sprinting in place like they were trying to come through the ceiling. I didn't call right away because I figured they'd settle down at bedtime, but the intensity only increased after midnight. It didn't let up until after 2:30am, and I had an early start. The real problem was that I couldn't get help. The listing doesn't promise English-speaking staff, but trip.com is the foreigner-friendly platform, so I'd assumed there'd be some overnight path to assistance. There wasn't. The front desk could only tell me ”don't speak English,” and when I escalated to trip.com around 2:30am, even they couldn't reach anyone. Being stuck with no way to call for help in the middle of the night was the one thing that genuinely soured the stay. Otherwise the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, even coming up to my room to help track down a misdelivered order, which there were a couple of these. One heads-up: the hotel's registered address in Alipay doesn't match its name, so deliveries WILL go astray. I'd happily return, but only with a top-floor room to avoid the overhead-noise problem."

"The overall experience was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and communication was smooth. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit."

"After playing in Xi'an for a few days, I stayed for a few days and the comfort was very good. Although the appearance of the homestay is not good, the room is still very good, like it. The service is also very good. The photos on the homestay on Trip.com are basically what you see and what you get."

"The hotel room was very spacious, fully equipped, clean, and hygienic, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel's environment and location are both excellent, with many dining options downstairs. My high-floor room was quiet, and the soundproofing was also very good. I almost always choose Citadines for my travels; it's high-end, professional, and has a great international standard."

"I completely forgot to take photos of the hotel, but it genuinely matched the descriptions and pictures online. The location is fantastic, being very close to the subway station. Right across the street, there's a Yonghui Supermarket, which was great for finding delicious and reasonably priced food items. There's also a multi-story food street (three or four floors!) directly opposite, offering an incredible variety of dining options. Getting to all the major attractions was super convenient; you could easily choose between the subway, bus, or even walking, depending on the distance."

"My son and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's an owner-run establishment, and the family is very friendly. It was very easy to reach the owner for assistance even before arrival, and he made sure our cooking area was set up as requested and helped with many other things during our stay.! I've included a photo of their fun welcome area! The location is amazing - so close to the city wall! Quiet, comfortable, safe. Thank you for a great stay!"

"I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!"

Setting aside the unchangeable corporate policies dictated by the hotel group's senior management, everything else that the hotel staff *can* adjust or improve upon is executed to the highest standard. Therefore, Black Elite and Gold Elite members can book with full confidence. It's clean and tidy, and you can even cook your own noodles or blanch some vegetables – small but perfectly formed. The front desk service is also top-notch, and I'd like to extend a special thanks and commendation to Manager Pan. He genuinely values customer feedback, and is professional, efficient, and enthusiastic in addressing and resolving issues promptly."

"I stayed in a hotel some time ago, oh, it was really great! As soon as I entered the room, my first impression was that it was clean and tidy. There was no dirt on the floor, and the bed was flat and neat, as if it had just been made for me. Everything in the room is arranged neatly and looks comfortable. Let’s talk about the cinema facilities, there’s really nothing to say! The big screen is super clear and the sound effects are great. When watching a movie, it feels like being in a real movie theater. It’s so fun! Also, the service here is so good that I was impressed. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic when checking in. During the few days I stayed, no matter what problems I encountered, I just told them and they would be solved immediately. They are always smiling and have a friendly attitude. Anyway, I am very satisfied with my stay here this time. If I have another chance in the future, I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends. This place is reliable!"
