Guest UserThis family trip was fantastic, and the family room was really great. The room was spacious and well-laid-out, perfect for families with children. The view from the window was a lovely garden landscape, with lush greenery and a quiet atmosphere. We could enjoy the courtyard scenery right from our room, and the night view was beautiful. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. What was most thoughtful was that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we couldn't make it back in time, and the front desk kindly arranged a late check-out for us. This saved us from rushing and made our trip much more relaxed. The service was warm and attentive, and we were very satisfied with everything. We'll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

QianmeiI brought my child to Xi'an after their college entrance exams. I was very satisfied with the room layout, cleanliness, and facilities. However, a small incident occurred during our stay that I found incomprehensible and made me very angry at the time. The hotel's response was incredibly fast, and their attitude towards resolving the issue was very proactive and sincere, not to mention extremely thoughtful and heartwarming. They successfully diffused all my anger. Although I still believe the incident shouldn't have happened, the hotel manager and the front desk ladies provided truly exceptional service! Therefore, if I bring my parents next time, I would likely choose this hotel again. I hope the hotel continues to improve!

XiaofayyyyThe interior design of the W Xi'an perfectly blends the W brand's vibe with Xi'an's unique charm. The room view is absolutely stunning, beautiful both day and night. The bathing experience was also great.
Vera kept in touch with me throughout my stay, responding promptly and providing excellent service. ❤️
To my surprise, the second-floor restaurant was collaborating with Yuxingji, so I got to enjoy crab roe noodles there – a taste from my memories! Though the crab vinegar seemed a little different from what I remember in Shanghai.
The Xi'an specialties at breakfast were delicious.
I tried the Orange Blossom and Tequila Sunrise at the bar; both were unexpectedly good and well-made. Highly recommend! For dessert, I had the Kumquat Pistachio, Orange Mousse, and a sparkling wine flavored one. They were all great value and very tasty.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Xi'an.

Guest UserWe went to Xi'an with the kids, and they wanted a bathtub and a pool. I, on the other hand, wanted a great location, close to the Grand Tang Mall, and a room over 50 square meters... We ended up choosing this hotel and were absolutely delighted! Upon check-in, they gave our two kids adorable raccoon plushies and a generous supply of fruits, snacks, and drinks. The hotel might be a bit older, but it feels luxurious and grand, not old at all. The bed was huge, and there were plenty of mirrors, which was great for getting ready. They said it was a kilometer from the Grand Tang Mall, but actually, you just step out and you're right at the tail end of it! That was a fantastic surprise! It was so convenient for dining and shopping!

Guest UserI had originally booked a homestay, but when I arrived, I found the address was wrong. So, I quickly looked for this hotel. I had booked a twin room, but upon check-in, the front desk staff (a young gentleman) kindly upgraded my room to a deluxe twin room. Since I was traveling with a child, a wider bed was more convenient, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The hotel environment is also great, and the room was clean and tidy; it's not huge, but perfectly adequate. They offer luggage storage, and even though the room faced the street, it was very quiet. The transportation is super convenient; a short walk down an alley to the left leads directly to Metro Line 6, and turning right brings you to Zhonglou Community, which is highly recommended by many bloggers and has plenty of food options. It's also very close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, so you can easily explore the surroundings with an evening stroll. The location is excellent. I would definitely book here again on my next visit to Xi'an; it was a very pleasant stay.

Guest UserOur overall stay was very pleasant, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to the front desk staff and Auntie Yan, the housekeeper on the 6th floor. With the continuous high temperatures in Xi'an, our room's daily supplies were used up quickly. After I briefly mentioned needing more bath towels to Auntie Yan, she quietly and proactively added two fresh towels to our room every day. When we ran into her before checking out, she greeted us warmly, offered us pre-prepared ice water, and reminded us to keep the air conditioning on. Her attention to detail and genuine sincerity made her service incredibly heartwarming, truly reflecting the warmth of the East House Hotel.
However, the hotel's breakfast restaurant experience could use some improvement. The auntie at the noodle station seemed to have a poor sense of hygiene; she used gloves that had handled raw eggs to directly touch the serving bowls. After receiving our bowls, we could clearly see residual raw egg whites. Her service attitude was also cold, even a bit impatient. I hope for a better experience on my next stay.

Guest UserI struck gold with this hotel on my trip to Xi'an, and I wholeheartedly recommend Alley.M Motel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Huimin Street Branch) to anyone visiting the city. First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. It's only 160 meters from Bell Tower Subway Station and just over 200 meters from the Bell Tower itself. Huimin Street and the Drum Tower are a mere ten-minute walk away, and it's also close to Sajinqiao for a morning market food adventure. The area is teeming with local delicacies like Roujiamo (meat burger) and Yangrou Paomo (pita bread soaked in lamb soup). After enjoying the city wall's night view, it's a pleasant stroll back to the hotel. Plus, it's incredibly convenient to take the subway to attractions like the Terracotta Army and the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. The hotel boasts a strong sense of design, and the public areas are perfect for photos. The rooms are clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, including a wet/dry separated bathroom and a fresh air system. The service is also very thoughtful; check-in was efficient, they proactively arranged a quiet room, helped with luggage, and even recommended local eateries. There's also a free laundry room, which is super friendly for tourists. The price is affordable, offering great value for money. I had a fantastic experience during my four-day stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an – you can't go wrong with it!

Guest UserLove love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

Guest UserI wholeheartedly recommend Yafu Hotel! The overall service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was gentle and kind, and the owner was incredibly hospitable, patiently answering all my travel questions.
I happened to check in during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel thoughtfully gave us festive small gifts. The floral sachet charm was super cute and really enhanced the festive atmosphere. There's a huge guide board for Hanfu scenic spots by the elevator, covered with beautiful ancient-style photos. Routes to places like Mount Hua, the North Station, Shaanxi History Museum, and the Bell Tower are clearly marked, so sisters planning to take Hanfu photos won't need to look up routes everywhere – it's incredibly convenient for getting around.
The room itself was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the natural light was excellent, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling solo or visiting Xi'an with friends, this place is a great fit. Both the value for money and service are top-notch, and I strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi'an!
