Guest UserThe room amenities are fully equipped; the mini-fridge has a good selection of drinks and tea, and the fresh fruit tea in the lobby bar is also very refreshing. I particularly loved the pomegranate trees on the third-floor terrace; they perfectly complement the Xi'an atmosphere, instantly bringing to mind scenes from 'One and Only.' The hotel's back exit provides direct access to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, which is very convenient for evening strolls to the Grand Tang Mall. The breakfast spread is also quite extensive, and the coffee, in particular, is very rich and smooth. Throughout my stay, I truly felt at home.

YishenghongchenyimengAs a long-standing five-star hotel, its location is absolutely superb. You step right out onto Longshouyuan Station of Metro Line 2, and you truly appreciate this convenience when you're dragging your tired self back from a day out. Secondly, their service philosophy is excellent. On our first day, we arrived at 2 PM, and our room wasn't quite ready. The lobby staff, seeing us with our whole family, immediately arranged for five executive lounge afternoon teas, giving us a place to rest and recharge. The family room is incredibly spacious, so at night, two families could easily gather for dinner without feeling cramped at all. The daily housekeeping was also prompt and meticulous. The pool is quite child-friendly and good for beginners, staying open until 10 PM, which provides plenty of time. The hotel is close to a supermarket and Daming Palace National Heritage Park, making it incredibly good value for money during peak season. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

Guest UserI arrived around 9 AM and the hotel was kind enough to let me check in early, which was great service. They have shared laundry facilities with washers and dryers. The location is super convenient for getting around, whether it's for dining out or catching a taxi. It's a good value for the price, especially since I was mostly out exploring and just needed a place to sleep. Overall, I'd say it's pretty good value for money.

Guest UserWhenever I come to Xi'an, staying at the W Hotel has become an unshakeable tradition. Once my itinerary is confirmed, I habitually reach out to Winnie beforehand. Over time, we've become friends.
Whenever I ask for recommendations on local food or sightseeing routes, her suggestions are always incredibly practical. She doesn't just parrot generic influencer guides; she shares many great spots that only locals frequent, helping me avoid many tourist traps and saving me a ton of time on research.
The entire trip, from the initial communication to checking in at the hotel, was smooth and pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. What truly touched me was Winnie's genuine and thoughtful attitude; it's more than just procedural service, she genuinely cares about her guests.
It's this warmth that makes me choose this place first every time I visit Xi'an. The next time I come to Xi'an, I'll still choose the W Xi'an and will definitely contact Winnie in advance. I sincerely recommend it to all friends traveling to Xi'an!

Guest UserThe hotel's environment, service, and hygiene were all excellent. I especially want to thank the front desk staff and manager. Due to a companion being unable to stay, we needed to cancel a room, and then I accidentally canceled the wrong room type while fumbling with my phone. I couldn't modify it on Ctrip, but they helped me resolve it promptly by upgrading our room type for free and adding complimentary breakfast. They truly solved all our problems, and I'm very grateful.

Guest UserThe location is excellent, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. Downstairs, near Zhonglou Community, there are many popular online shops, including a multi-concept noodle shop and a mung bean cake store. On the roadside in front of Zhonglou Community, there's a place selling spicy soup and beef pancakes for breakfast, which tasted great. The hotel's coffee is quite good, but the breakfast selection was limited with not much fresh pastry or other options, only the egg fried rice was decent. The bathroom lighting is too bright; it needs a softer option. The two upward-facing spotlights by the bedside tables are a nice design, but they're not very practical as it's easy to hit your hand when turning them on or off at night. Overall, Jinjiang's brands pay attention to details, and the toiletries and disposable teacups all come individually packaged, which is good. Xi Dajie (West Street) is just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for a stroll after 11:00 PM to enjoy the cool air.

Guest UserStaying at Dongshe Hotel is a must when visiting Xi'an! The location is superb, close to the Bell and Drum Tower and the subway, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and enjoying local cuisine. The rooms are spotless, offering a great stay experience. Breakfast is rich and varied, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, with plenty of local specialties available; there's even a complimentary afternoon tea. The hotel also provides free laundry facilities, which is a huge plus for long trips. Excellent value for money – I highly recommend it to all travelers.

Guest UserThe hotel's facade isn't very grand and looks a bit unassuming from the outside, but once you step inside, you discover many rooms that are quite spacious. The facilities are mostly comprehensive – the smart robot and TV casting are excellent. It would be even more perfect if there were a mini-fridge. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was fantastic; they were always friendly and attentive to our requests. The hotel breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options that changed daily. Plus, there's a free airport pick-up service, which I was very happy with!

Guest UserLove love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

Guest UserI wholeheartedly recommend Yafu Hotel! The overall service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was gentle and kind, and the owner was incredibly hospitable, patiently answering all my travel questions.
I happened to check in during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel thoughtfully gave us festive small gifts. The floral sachet charm was super cute and really enhanced the festive atmosphere. There's a huge guide board for Hanfu scenic spots by the elevator, covered with beautiful ancient-style photos. Routes to places like Mount Hua, the North Station, Shaanxi History Museum, and the Bell Tower are clearly marked, so sisters planning to take Hanfu photos won't need to look up routes everywhere – it's incredibly convenient for getting around.
The room itself was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the natural light was excellent, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling solo or visiting Xi'an with friends, this place is a great fit. Both the value for money and service are top-notch, and I strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi'an!
