"I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!"

"The hotel's environment and hygiene were impeccable, and the well-thought-out layout made for a very comfortable stay. I accidentally left my prescription glasses in the room, and when I called for help, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and quickly assisted in locating them. Upon learning that I had already left the city, they kindly packaged the glasses and arranged for shipping, tracking the entire process. From the environment and cleanliness to the staff's service, everything was outstanding. There was no rigid, formulaic service; you could genuinely feel the sincerity in every interaction. My overall stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling."

"Airport shuttle service (Xi'an Xianyang Airport, requires 1-day advance booking): I originally booked the Atour hotel nearby, but after seeing the reviews for this place, I decisively chose it instead – and it didn't disappoint! It even offers free airport shuttle service. We stayed here for several nights; it's super close to the city center, and it's really convenient to take a taxi to all the attractions. The pick-up driver was excellent, finding us immediately upon exiting the airport! Superb! Cleanliness: Although it's been open for a few years, the room facilities are quite new. My son loves Ultraman, so we paid extra to upgrade to a themed room. The amenities were comprehensive, and there were complimentary fruits and snacks. Facilities: The room also had free drinks, including my son's favorite Wangzai milk. There's also a free laundry service – someone collects your clothes and then neatly folds them in a basket in your room when you return at the end of the day. Service: Everything from the airport pick-up to check-in was incredibly satisfying. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk, and then to our room, explaining all the hotel and room amenities along the way. I didn't have breakfast any of the days because I overslept, haha, but this hotel truly goes above and beyond with its service. I usually don't bother writing reviews! Now for the cons: The soundproofing in the room isn't great. Maybe I'm a light sleeper, but I could hear kids running in the hallway. The window also faces a main road, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a quieter room. It would be great if the room included some soap for washing underwear and cotton swabs (a toiletry kit) – I didn't see any! At check-out, Li Zi, Mu Zi, Tao Zi, and Xi Mi were all very enthusiastic! They even gave us local specialty souvenirs. All in all, I'm still very satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an. Highly recommend it to everyone!!!"

The self-service tea area is well-equipped, making it easy to boil water and make tea. ✅ **Service Experience:** The staff were friendly and gentle, and the check-in process was smooth without any delays. Overall, the environment is elegant and tranquil, the facilities are new and stylish, the location is excellent for easy travel, and it offers incredible value for money. Highly recommended!!!!"
