The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 👍🏻 The hotel offers a variety of activities, which are great for kids, and there's also a hot spring. We soaked in it every day during our stay to relieve fatigue. Electric shuttles are readily available throughout the grounds, and the rooms were very clean. Our family of seven stayed in an American-style villa—a four-story detached villa with four large bedrooms, which was more than enough for everyone. The elderly and children were very satisfied. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Because we had children, they disinfected the inside and outside of the pool in our room, saying that we must be clean and hygienic when we have children. I also specially picked vegetables for the children to feed the rabbits... Living in this B&B, I felt extremely comfortable and satisfied. The room was neat and clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep while enjoying the hot springs. Here, I found true relaxation and leisure. Because of this service, I will go there again if I have the opportunity...

MM641655****An excellent private hot spring experience! It's very convenient to get here from Xi'an, whether you drive or not. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway exit. The courtyard is decorated with great taste, and the whole environment is very quiet.
Before they filled the hot spring, two staff members came to disinfect and clean it. I was initially worried the pool wouldn't be big enough, but it was perfectly spacious for two people. They filled it around 5 PM, and we could soak until bedtime. You can heat it yourself or ask a staff member to do it; the water felt incredibly comfortable.
The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent. Plus, it's a dream for those who don't like to eat out! I feel like I had three meals in one day. There was afternoon tea upon check-in, and dinner, late-night snacks, and lunch could all be delivered to the room. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent. Finally, the staff truly deserve praise; everyone was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I plan to bring my family here again next time I'm on vacation.

XXiaobudianeryayaThe customer service was excellent, always responsive, and actively helped resolve any issues. I primarily came for the hot springs and was very satisfied with them. However, I wasn't happy with the room facilities. The family rooms are on the top floor, and the entire floor has poor ventilation. As soon as you step onto the floor, there's an unpleasant smell, and it's the same in the room. It smelled like furniture and carpet, so we opened the windows as soon as we arrived. Being street-facing, there was a lot of dust. The air conditioning was also very noisy. The facilities are old and not smart, making them quite inconvenient to use. The decor feels like it's from over a decade ago. I hope they upgrade the facilities, otherwise, I honestly wouldn't recommend staying here just for the hotel itself.

After soaking in the hot springs at night, you can step out and enjoy the night view, light show, and performances – the atmosphere is incredible! The service is attentive, and the environment is elegant. It's a one-stop shop for a relaxing getaway, and the experience was fantastic!

GGuest UserThe value for money is really good. There are many snacks around. It is close to the school and has everything you need. It is the best accommodation in Xi'an Jiaotong University. There are lotus flowers and various crops planted along the way to the school. It is backed by the Qinling Mountains and is natural and quiet. The snacks and snack shops are quite affordable and delicious. I am very satisfied.
