"This hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Longshouyuan Metro Station, making getting around a breeze. My stay this time was excellent. The room was really spacious and open, very comfortable to live in. I especially have to praise the bathtub – it was clean and roomy, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. Service was truly great. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm and attentive, which made me feel very welcome. The Qishan Saozi noodles for breakfast were particularly delicious, and the Roujiamo (Chinese burger) was a unique specialty; I had them both days. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an!"

"We booked a family room, and it was incredibly spacious for three people. It had a separate toilet and a separate shower, and everything was spotlessly clean. The service was also very thoughtful. On the 4th floor, there are free self-service washing machines and dryers, which is really convenient. There's also a gym, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Although the hotel is on a street, it's a small road so it's not noisy at all. Overall, we were very satisfied. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Xi'an."

"Coming to Xi'an for Chinese New Year, choosing the Sheraton was definitely the right call. The front desk manager gave us complimentary breakfast upon check-in, which meant we could wake up naturally and then enjoy our meal – huge thanks for that! The breakfast spread offered a fantastic variety of Xi'an specialties: 'sauteed noodles,' sour soup dumplings, buckwheat noodles, cold noodles (liangpi), and roujiamo (Chinese hamburger)… The taste was on par with what you'd find at local restaurants, so we could try other foods outside the hotel. The suite was perfect for a larger family, with two separate and comfortable rooms. It was also great for when relatives and friends came to visit. The hotel's location is convenient, not far from the city center and several attractions. Taxis are easy to catch, and the Tummen area wasn't congested at all. The service was truly five-star; every staff member was warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. The day after we left Xi'an, it started snowing heavily. I regret not staying two more days to experience Chang'an (Xi'an) covered in snow."

"Overall, it was pretty good. Just a heads up, please don't overwork your staff, especially on check-in days. The front desk clerk seemed dazed and out of it, and outright rejected all my requests without a second thought. It was a stark contrast to the Rujia Inn near Sanxiao a few days prior, where the front desk service was excellent. On the positive side, the room was very warm and genuinely clean; I couldn't find a single flaw with the environment. The only minor issue was the TV, I'm not sure what was wrong, but I could only watch satellite channels. A special shout-out to the breakfast though – the wontons and buns were freshly made, and the wontons were quite tasty. The front desk clerk at check-out was very polite."

"We stayed at Yiguo for four nights. The B&B is right next to the Muslim Quarter. I can't quite distinguish the specific street names, but if you turn left and right, it would probably take an hour to walk through it all. There are countless small shops, very lively, and also very legitimate cultural and creative shops that are identical to those in the museum, and of course, priced the same. If you want a quality experience, just follow the food guide provided by the host. We stayed in Xi'an for five days, but couldn't try all the restaurants on the food guide. We'll have to wait until next time, and we'll definitely stay at Yiguo again. Although the streets outside are bustling, the room itself is incredibly quiet, not a single杂音. Both my child and I love peace and quiet. We didn't even see the host much during our stay. The room has a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine – everything you could need. If you don't have time to go out for breakfast in the morning, you can buy food in the evening, put it in the fridge, and just heat it up in the microwave in the morning, which is very convenient. As for toiletries, you don't need to bring much yourself: facial cleanser, sunscreen, disposable bath towels, tissues, makeup remover wipes, and makeup remover. Not to mention shampoo and shower gel, all of which are good brands, so you can completely trust them. I regretted packing my suitcase so full. I saw others had posted pictures of these things in their reviews, so I didn't focus on taking my own. Initially, I was worried about not having enough water, so I bought water and milk from the supermarket myself. But then I found out that bottled water was endlessly supplied at the B&B. It's completely different from other hotels where you have to ask for bottles one by one. Regarding hygiene, it was spotless, not even a single hair on the floor. We have cats and dogs at home, and we can't achieve this level of cleanliness, so I was quite surprised. There were many thoughtful touches in the room. We absolutely loved the decor, so I took a few photos. If we come to Xi'an again, we will definitely return to Yiguo. After we came back, friends who asked about our trip were all recommended to stay at Yiguo. We travel many times a year, but this is the first time we've stayed in a room that felt so much like home – clean, elegant, and with the convenience of delicious food just outside the door, or easy access to transportation to go further afield. Both transportation and dining are extremely convenient. If you also like peace and quiet, good food, convenient transportation, and a home-like feeling, you can try staying here. And most importantly, make sure to carefully read the host's guide! It's definitely a bonus for your trip."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center, very close to the Bell Tower. There are also plenty of local eateries nearby, making it perfect for sightseeing. The hotel staff provides exceptional and professional service. The facilities are decent, and everything is clean and tidy. It's a quiet oasis despite being in a bustling area."

"The hotel is perfectly situated right at the foot of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, directly across the street from this 1300-year-old ancient tower. Just a few minutes' walk downstairs, and you're immersed in the vibrant Tang Dynasty spectacle of the Grand Tang Everbright City. There's no contrived hustle and bustle; upon entering the lobby, you're enveloped in a refined New Chinese elegance. Wooden carvings and Tang Dynasty elements are subtly displayed, and even the air carries a sense of ancient charm. Breakfast is served in the G-floor restaurant, offering a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made Roujiamo (meat burger) has a crispy exterior and soft, tender filling. The Shaanxi-style Pao Mo (bread soaked in lamb/beef broth) is authentic and flavorful. They also offer freshly prepared Eggs Benedict and fresh fruit. The hotel even has its own Qujiang Art Museum, which guests can visit for free. The guest rooms continue Westin's signature 'renewal' design, with solid red oak furniture paired with stone bathrooms, exuding a premium feel. I particularly want to highlight the 'Heavenly Bed,' with a custom pillow menu offering 7 pillow choices. The firmness perfectly supports the shoulders and neck, ensuring a dreamless sleep until morning."

"I booked three rooms for this trip. We initially stayed in a room with a terrace, which was very spacious and well-equipped. Upon check-in, the staff even offered complimentary fruit. Seeing that we had a child with us, they thoughtfully provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes. When we checked out, they gave us a shadow puppet as a gift. The water in the room was complimentary, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!"

"I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful. I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!"

You can shop around metro area - local market, bars, mini marts Hotel staff is nice Room is so-so, cleaning could be better It feels like workers hotel, there is some smells of cigarette-cabbage mix in the corridors Didn’t eat at the mini restaurant and do not regret that After better research i found that you can find better location with similar price. Everywhere you can reach by metro so why not to stay in the city - for a next time 🙂"
