The hotel service was incredibly warm and attentive. Knowing it was my child's birthday, they thoughtfully decorated the room and even prepared a large cake! The fruits in the room and the beverages in the mini-bar were top-notch. The large soaking tub in the room was amazing—the water felt so relaxing, and sure enough, our skin felt silky smooth afterwards! Not only did they provide a private car to take us to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance and dining, but the breakfast at the restaurant was also exceptionally delicious. From the taste to the presentation, everything was first-class, and you could truly feel the genuine care and dedication put into everything they do. I just casually mentioned that the apples in the lobby smelled amazing, and when we got into the car, the butler handed us a bag of them as a send-off. My child was planning to buy a doll at Huaqing Palace, and the receptionist at the front desk happened to notice, proactively asked about it, and actually gave her one as a gift! We only stayed for one night due to limited time, but we received so much kindness and care—we are truly grateful! It was such a blessing to wrap up our holiday here. Thank you for giving us so many wonderful memories!

Guest UserChose this Sheraton for our trip to Xi'an. Initially, I only booked it for its proximity to the subway, but the service turned out to be a delightful surprise. There was a minor issue during our stay, but after speaking with Guest Relations, it was handled with genuine sincerity rather than just being brushed off. The room was meticulously cleaned, making it feel very comfortable and secure. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted good too. You could really tell the staff genuinely cared about doing a good job, rather than just going through the motions. A very comfortable stay, highly recommended to friends visiting Xi'an.

Guest UserBeautiful boutique hotel hidden on the last 3 floors on a high building at the center of the walled city. Very convenient and very quiet. Nice rooftop with swimming pool, bar, view point on the bell tower. Room was elegantly design and spacious. The service is amazing, very efficient yet patiente and talored to your needs. The staffed recommended us great restaurants and show. Joy served us a very nice cocktail at the bar. Food was delicious and lots of complementary snacks and drinks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that come to Xi'an. Wonderful!

Katherine KRThis hotel’s location is great. Cleaning service is good. We arrived after 2 am and found the room’s AC was not working. It was very hot in the room. We were told maintenance would fix it when they came in. We were told it was fixed. It was not. Let them 2nd time. The maintenance lady (not very friendly) said about main switch was turned off and she switched it back on. It was not fixed. To make the long story short. We were offered to move to another room on our last day. We refused. That was crazy. They finally fixed on our last day. There is absolutely no follow-up and mind you I do speak mandarin. They put us upstairs that we (2 seniors) had to climb up and down slippery wood stairs (they have a warning note on the wall in Chinese only. Their washer/dryer combo - we didn’t know we had to wait for it to cool off before we could open its door. A simple instruction on the wall in both Chinese and English would have helped.
This is by far a hotel that I will not return and definitely NOT recommend. Lack of customer services is bad for hotel business.

Choosing the right hotel in Xi'an really saves so much effort! ECHAR Hotel is just like a thoughtful local guide in Xi'an. It's just a few steps away from Yongxingfang, and very close to the Ancient City Wall. The breakfast features piping hot Qihua noodles and Saonian noodles—authentic Shaanxi flavors that are absolutely irresistible! You can also try on Hanfu for free; dressing up and stepping out to explore the ancient city creates an incredible vibe. The front desk can even help with luggage delivery, so you don't have to drag heavy bags around while sightseeing. It's such a relief! Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc.
The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. Guest UserFantastic stay! The room is spacious with a well-designed three-way separate wet and dry bathroom, and the facilities are very well-maintained. It was extremely comfortable. Although I initially thought the color scheme wasn't really my style, it actually felt very harmonious once inside.
The location is also top-notch. The city wall is right outside the doorstep—perfect for renting a bike and riding along the top. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it's just a little over a ten-minute walk to the Forest of Stone Tablets Museum.

Fantastic hotel with spacious rooms. The pillows and bed were very comfortable, which is the best thing you can ask for as a traveler. I was originally going to book a hotel near the Datang Everbright City, but after checking the prices and reviews, I decided on this one. It's very close to the elevated highway on the second day and not far from the Everbright City either. Their breakfast, in particular, is genuinely amazing. Renaissance has always been a top-tier hotel brand, and even though they were acquired by Marriott, they’ve maintained their high standards of service and quality. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The room photos look exactly like the promotional pictures, so I won't bother uploading more.

Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near my child's school, has a great atmosphere, and offers a wide variety of breakfast options. We've stayed here before for exam prep during junior high, and for the Gaokao (college entrance exam), we booked a room directly. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They even upgraded our room specifically for the Gaokao candidate and provided welcome fruits, earplugs, eye masks, and other small gifts. When my child was tired from studying at night, they even offered a late-night bowl of noodles. We were extremely satisfied with our three-day stay!
