New Hotels in Xi'an

"Amidst the vibrant chaos of my Xi'an trip, the Four Points by Sheraton was absolutely my best choice. The room was impeccably clean, and the air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature before I even arrived, so stepping in felt incredibly refreshing and comfortable. The butler service was outstanding. Communication was always warm and prompt, and the information provided was accurate and high-quality. Housekeeping was especially timely. Following Lucky's recommendations, I visited many places, which significantly boosted my travel efficiency. A big thank you to Lucky for her thoughtful care. The Four Points by Sheraton rooms are very new. I recommend choosing an inner-facing room; they are quiet and offer a beautiful sky view from the window. All amenities worked perfectly. The complimentary apple juice was delicious, so I even asked Lucky for two more bottles. Kudos to all the staff; their 'three-meter greeting' (approaching guests to assist) was excellent. Most importantly, with such a great location, superb service, and fantastic rooms, the price was surprisingly affordable! I can confidently say that among all the hotels in Xi'an, this one offers the best value for money. Oh, and the lobby bar was excellent too! They really got into the World Cup spirit. It's a shame I had to leave a day early; if I'd stayed one more night, I definitely wouldn't have slept – I would have spent the evening at the lobby bar! In a word, choose Four Points by Sheraton; you won't regret it."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and well-lit, with great air conditioning and lighting. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were made of memory foam, which was very pleasant. The TV worked well and supported screen casting. The bathroom was also very clean, with good fixtures, toilet, and shower facilities. The front desk staff were very polite. Due to a change in our travel plans, we checked out a day earlier than booked, and it was even past 5 PM when we left. I was prepared not to get a refund and just head straight to the airport. However, the front desk staff proactively contacted me to remind me to adjust my booking on Ctrip for an early checkout, and they even refunded me for one night. If I had to make a suggestion, I felt the bath towels were a bit worn out and could use replacing with newer ones. Overall, considering the room rate, staying at this hotel was great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Xi'an."

"Hampton Xian Bell Tower is a wonderful place to spend a few days in Xian. It's in a great location for the metro access (3 lines within 6 - 8 mins walk), and numerous historic attractions (the city wall is only a 10 min bike ride away) and food markets are nearby. The rooms are super clear and are very well designed - with careful thought to the aesthetics; for instance, a protruding wall cuts the line of sight to the shower and bathroom, giving the feel of separation but not sacrificing openness. Meanwhile, the tech is superb - curtains close automatically when the room card is removed (and open automatically when the card is returned); the bedside light switches are motion sensitive, so even at night you don't have to fumble around switching on different lights trying to find the one you need; there are ample usb charging points, even embedded in the sofa arm; and the TV is voice controlled. Another plus is that the room is very quiet; well sound-proofed from street and room/corridor noise. The lobby is spacious and offers a local feel to the design. And they really take care of the little things, such as kid-friendly plates and utensils in the breakfast buffet. As for the buffet itself, it's very good, offering a wide range of choices, including western favourites as well as local specialties. Finally, the staff are friendly and helpful. A very good stay overall, and very good value for money."

"A very pleasant stay. The in-room amenities were complete, showing great attention to detail. The air conditioning was comfortable and ran quietly without disturbance. All room facilities were well-maintained and in good working order. The room always had fresh air, with no lingering odors, and excellent soundproofing created a tranquil living environment. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, with a rich and delicious variety of dishes, all to my liking. The staff were gentle and courteous, providing attentive and warm service that made me feel cared for. The overall environment was comfortable and inviting, and the service was heartwarming and到位, making it an unforgettable experience."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across the street from Wenchang Gate of the ancient city. Once you pass through Wenchang Gate, you're right at the Stele Forest. The Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the Muslim Quarter food street are all very close by within the ancient city."

Можно посмотреть вечернее шоу фонтанов и гулять до ночи в Datang Everbright City (фонтаны, статуи, световые инсталяции и выступления артистов) , не беспокоясь, что метро закрывается рано или сложно поймать такси из-за толп людей. Вид из окна моей комнаты был на пагоду, это так замечательно, что знаковую достопримечательность города можно видеть постоянно. Удобно мне было добираться до других достопримечательностей - малой пагоды, стены и прочих. Администраторы хостела очень отзывчивые, помогают во всём, выручали несколько раз меня, преодолевают языковой барьер, обо всём можно договориться даже иностранцам. Постель идеальная - ортопедический матрас и подушка, постельное бельё высшего класса. Розетки и освещение удобные у кровати. Выдают тапочки и полотенце. Душ очень удобный, просторный, горячая вода с хорошим напором, гель и шампунь в наличии. Есть возможность налить холодной или горячей питьевой воды, приобрести у администратора снеки. По состоянию на начало мая 2026 года - хостел только недавно открылся, поэтому всё новое, чистое и очень приятно там находиться. Рекомендую этот хостел всем."

"The hotel facilities are excellent. It's conveniently located with great amenities nearby. The room was quiet, perfect for both working and relaxing, and spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, with professional and attentive service. Overall, it was incredibly clean, the service was superb, and the location was fantastic. "Traveling to Xi'an with three generations of my family, a total of six people, we stumbled upon this guesthouse nestled on the ruins of the Tang Dynasty Imperial Secretariat, and it was such a delightful surprise! We were completely immersed in the culture of the glorious Tang Dynasty Chang'an throughout our stay. It was comfortable and rich in heritage – definitely a full 10/10! They offer a wide variety of room types, including ancient-style themes like Qin-Han, Tang, Song, and traditional folk, each with its own unique flair. Some rooms even feature private hot springs, making for an incredibly atmospheric bathing experience. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom layout, perfectly suited for large families. With two 2.1-meter king beds plus a children's bunk bed (1.35m top bunk, 1.5m bottom bunk), our family of six had plenty of space to spread out, and there would have been ample room for an additional two or three relatives. The hardware configuration completely matches that of a high-end hotel. The entire house is fitted with Kohler bathroom fixtures, with a three-zone wet and dry separation and smart toilets – clean and luxurious. The bedding features 80-thread count high-density fabric, and the down comforters and pillows are so soft; after a day of traveling, lying down instantly melts away fatigue. With a whole-house fresh air system and central air conditioning, the temperature is constant and never stuffy year-round. The owner also provides unlimited mineral water, Xi'an Bingfeng soda, and various afternoon tea snacks throughout the day, allowing us to taste local specialties at any time, which was a very thoughtful touch. The decor is the biggest highlight. The entire building is built upon the cultural and historical heritage of the Tang Dynasty Imperial Secretariat, featuring a wealth of old timber and vintage wood carvings. The walls all have unique textures hand-polished by art academy teachers and students; every room, bathroom, and living room boasts different patterns, showing how much thought and effort went into it. Every step reveals a glimpse of Chang'an's millennia-old cultural lineage, and it's incredibly photogenic. The配套 services (amenities and services) were truly generous. There's a hearty complimentary breakfast every day, and they can even arrange complimentary lunch or dinner if needed. The location is absolutely superb, right within the city walls in the core area between the Bell and Drum Towers, very close to Xiaonanmen and the Muslim Quarter. It's just a few steps to hail a taxi, and the subway is a fifty-meter walk away. The owner also provides free parking, making shopping, transfers, and getting around incredibly convenient and worry-free. Next time I visit Xi'an, I will definitely stay here again. I'd love to try the Tang Dynasty-themed room with a private hot spring. I genuinely recommend it to families traveling together!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. It's only about a hundred meters from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, so you can go whenever you like. Grand Tang Lotus Garden, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Chang'an Twelve Hours, Shaanxi History Museum, and Joy City are all within walking distance. Since the roads around the hotel are often closed, choosing Four Points saves you a taxi fare, which is definitely worth it!"

"I arrived at the hotel in the morning and they were able to check me in right away. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I had questions during my stay, they patiently and thoroughly explained everything, and they were always quick to respond to my requests. The hotel environment was clean and quiet, and the overall service standard was very high. The facilities were also excellent, especially the laundry room which was super convenient. My stay was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel."
