"The location is fantastic! You can walk to the Bell and Drum Towers. The entrance to Metro Line 6 is just a few steps from the hotel exit, and taxis are easily accessible. There are tons of restaurants around the hotel, and many stay open late. The hotel's breakfast buffet is quite good; I'd recommend booking a room with breakfast included. The service is excellent, the facilities are new, and the cleanliness is satisfactory. Highly recommend!"

"Overall, it was pretty good. Just a heads up, please don't overwork your staff, especially on check-in days. The front desk clerk seemed dazed and out of it, and outright rejected all my requests without a second thought. It was a stark contrast to the Rujia Inn near Sanxiao a few days prior, where the front desk service was excellent. On the positive side, the room was very warm and genuinely clean; I couldn't find a single flaw with the environment. The only minor issue was the TV, I'm not sure what was wrong, but I could only watch satellite channels. A special shout-out to the breakfast though – the wontons and buns were freshly made, and the wontons were quite tasty. The front desk clerk at check-out was very polite."

"This is my second stay here, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's right across from the city wall, very close to Yongning Gate, making it super convenient for getting around. The room is spacious with a great layout, and the bedding is comfortable. Plus, it's pet-friendly! Hotel staff Xiaoluo and Xiaoshi were incredibly attentive and enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions and help with anything we needed. Many thanks to them! 🙏 The only minor disappointment this time was the breakfast; I felt the taste wasn't as good as before, especially the stir-fries which lacked flavor. I hope they can improve that."

"The hotel is brand new with really beautiful decor, and the location is super convenient, right next to the Grand Tang Mall and a shopping center. The staff are mostly young, very efficient and reliable, polite, and enthusiastic. The front desk even offers luggage and package storage, which is a huge plus. Staying for a week, the laundry and drying facilities were incredibly convenient!"

"This hotel booking was such a pleasant surprise! The moment I walked in, a staff member offered me a piping hot cup of black tea, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient and friendly during check-in, patiently answering all my questions and even kindly upgrading my room – immediate good impression! The room itself was absolutely flawless: the floor was so clean it shined, the bed was perfectly made, and the bathroom had no odors whatsoever. Plus, every staff member I encountered, from the hallway to the elevator, greeted me with a warm and natural smile. It felt so welcoming and comfortable, just like being at home. "Although I booked the wrong hotel (two Atour hotels just 100 meters apart), I ended up at the newer one that opened last year. The room had the typical Atour style – simple yet sophisticated, always clean and comfortable, which is why I choose Atour. Even though this new hotel is right next to a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet, not noisy at all. It's also closer to the City Wall and Stele Forest, making it more convenient for sightseeing after checking in. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of options, and the food tasted great too. In terms of transportation, it's not far from Metro Lines 2 and 4, making it a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. Service: I have to give a huge shout-out to the enthusiastic front desk staff; they made me feel truly at home, which was wonderful."

"My stay at Longshouyuan Intercity Hotel was absolutely fantastic, a full five-star recommendation! The location is unbeatable: It's just a short walk from the subway station, making it super convenient to get to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the Grand Tang Everbright City. Impression City Mall and a night market are right downstairs, so shopping and dining are no problem. The service was incredibly warm: As soon as I walked in, the front desk offered me warm water, which was a lovely touch. They also proactively helped me with my luggage to my room – these small details really made a difference! The room was comfortable: Clean and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light. The biggest surprise was the soundproofing – despite the bustling traffic outside, the room was as quiet as another world, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The bedding was soft, and the toiletries were from the Australian brand APPELLES, adding a touch of luxury. The breakfast was abundant: A rich variety, with delicious desserts and local snacks. To get this kind of experience at such a price point, it's incredibly good value for money! Next time I'm in Xi'an, Longshouyuan Intercity will definitely be my first choice!"
