"I came here for Phoenix Legend's concert. Monica from guest relations called me in advance to help arrange my room. She answered all my questions and paid great attention to every detail. The room had a fantastic 180-degree panoramic window view, and the layout was quite good. The bathtub was perfectly angled for watching TV, and the TV's sound could be adjusted from the speaker above the tub. In the afternoon, I ordered some takeout and wanted to throw out the trash myself. When I was leaving, I happened to run into the housekeeping staff, and she took the trash bag directly from me. When I returned, I found my room had been tidied up again, and turndown service was provided. It was very thoughtful. There's a dedicated elevator to the guest rooms, and you need to swipe your card to access your floor, which made me feel very secure. The hotel breakfast also offered a wide variety and was delicious. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel!"

"This is more than a hotel. It is a sanctuary in the middle of bustling Xi'an. We were always welcomed with a warm smile by the staff daily. The hotel was tastefully designed and exuded warmth and calmness. The clever use of earthly colours and heavy accent on the usage of timber created an inviting atmosphere. The usage of lightings to highlight certain objects while casting shadows around said objects created an impression of an art gallery. One word to describe this hotel.... LOVELY!!! The butler service in servicing breakfast, afternoon tea and supper was highly appreciated. One added bonus for me was that I was able to photograph Bell Tower in peace and luxury at the top open deck. Highly recommended this hotel for relaxation and also photographing Bell Tower"

"Our stay this time was incredibly comfortable! The room was completely odor-free, the vanity and bathroom were spotless, and all the staff members were very polite and quick to respond to requests. They paid great attention to detail. It's truly perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure! The hostess at the restaurant was so kind to our child, who absolutely loved it. Both the dining and the room were excellent. We'll definitely be back!"

"We were traveling to Xining and made a stop in Xi'an to visit the impressive Qin historical sites, which is why we stayed here. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering direct access to both the high-speed rail station and highway exits via the city's ring road. This ensures quick, traffic-free travel, making it perfect for a self-driving stopover. The room was, as always, impeccably clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was also excellent. We plan to stay here again on our return journey."

"Getting a king room for under 400 RMB during the summer was excellent value. The breakfast spread was very generous, and both kids and adults absolutely loved it. The private hot spring in the Loft room was good overall, though the stairs leading to it were quite steep and looked a bit dangerous. The private hot spring pool itself isn't huge; it can get crowded with just three people. However, the edges are smoothly finished, which made us feel safe letting the kids play. I've stayed at private hot springs in Shijingli three times now, and this place offers the best value by far. I'll definitely be returning."

"Cleanliness: Really good. Even though there are many corners in the room, I didn't see a speck of dust. Environment: Super, super great. The gym, swimming pool, breakfast restaurant, Italian restaurant, afternoon tea, and lounge are all so beautiful. Anywhere you take a picture looks very well-designed. To find a hotel like this for around 1000 is really worth it. Service: The butler's attitude was the best I've ever encountered! Thanks to Vivian for letting us check out late so we could comfortably go for a swim, haha. There are also many staff members everywhere you look."

Every weekend, I like to stay at a hotel to relax, swim, and get a good night's sleep in an environment different from home. I highly recommend the Hyatt in Chanba. It's incredibly well-designed, blending the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty with modern style, perfectly showcasing the timeless beauty of Xi'an."
