"This hotel is located in Wanda Apartments. I've stayed in other Wanda Apartments-style guesthouses in other cities before, but the facilities here are truly subpar. They initially gave me the wrong room, and the floor in that room was paved. Changing rooms involved going to a different building, which was quite tiring. The bathroom heater wouldn't turn on, the bathroom door handle was broken, the room facilities were old and worn, and even the curtains were broken. I regret not choosing a chain hotel; at least the facilities would be better. When I booked, the renovations looked recent, but it felt like it had been there for many years. By the way, I guess Wanda Apartments has a lot of guesthouses, so there's a lot of foot traffic. The only redeeming qualities were the provision of disposable towels and the decent customer service. I really can't find anything else to complain about."
