GGuest UserOur stay at the Yangzhou Slender West Lake Hanjintang Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is superb, right by the south gate of Slender West Lake, making sightseeing incredibly convenient.
The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Upon arrival, they proactively helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. They also gave us detailed recommendations for nearby attractions and local specialty foods, saving us a lot of planning hassle – perfect for a relaxing, 'lie-flat' style vacation.
The room's amenities were outstanding, featuring a smart toilet, a Dyson hairdryer, and even a capsule coffee machine, which was a delightful surprise for coffee lovers. The room also came with a Xiao Du smart voice system, allowing us to control the lights and curtains from bed, offering a truly smart stay experience. Moreover, the room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless, making our stay exceptionally comfortable.
The hotel's facilities are also very comprehensive. On the first floor, there's a small children's play area, so traveling with kids isn't a problem for entertainment. There's also a gym, perfectly adequate for a simple workout, and a free laundry room, significantly enhancing the convenience of our stay.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay; the experience was outstanding. We will definitely bring our family back to enjoy this comfort again!

SSophieLoves2TravelOne of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in the Eco-Tech New City of Yangzhou, surrounded by a great natural environment and fresh air. The staff, especially Cookie, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They even gave my child some famous and much-loved Yangzhou University yogurt. We were assigned a high-floor room with excellent views. During check-in, they proactively provided extra toothbrushes, slippers, and bottled water. My first impression of this hotel was fantastic! Definitely worth five stars!

WWawabujianleWhat a surprise, upgraded to a business room! It's convenient to take the kids to the Grand Canal Museum. The hotel is very new, modernly decorated, and equipped with a swimming pool. The kids had a lot of fun~ I got up early in the morning and took a walk around the Peninsula Park in the north. It's a comfortable four-kilometer range! Although the surrounding area is close to the viaduct, you can't hear the noise inside, it's still warm and comfortable!
The breakfast category is a little less, and it's not enough for a picky kid... There is no other meat except grilled chicken sausage, which is a bit embarrassing~
The wonton is good, the meat buns and three-diced buns are also delicious. In short, it's a good choice, and there are surprises. I'm really happy!

WWenyuanffffFacilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. I especially loved the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, and even two robot coffee vouchers! Although it's not the official guesthouse, you can use many of its facilities. I enjoyed a great swim in the 50m spring water pool, which was super refreshing!

Environment: Located right by Slender West Lake, the environment is absolutely stunning!
Service: The front desk staff, both ladies and gentlemen, were friendly and enthusiastic!
Yangzhou Slender West Lake Hot Spring or Hongqiaofang Hot Spring (choose 1 of 2): I absolutely love it! Last time I stayed, I chose Hongqiaofang. This time, with more time, I opted for Slender West Lake Hot Spring, and it totally rivals those in Japan! Excellent value for money.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

GGuest UserOur family had a wonderful trip to Yangzhou in March, and the Crowne Plaza Yangzhou was perfectly located in the bustling Guangling District, making it super convenient to get around. The hotel management seemed professional, and our stay was pleasant. Parking was easy, and although some of the facilities showed their age, it was clear that cleanliness and service were top-notch. The swimming pool, sauna, and gym were all great. The only minor drawback was that the complimentary tickets for the Zhuyu Zoo were limited to two per room, regardless of the number of guests. This meant some of our family couldn't go for free, which felt inefficient and probably hurt the hotel's intended marketing impact.

MM38044****This National Day, I brought my child to Yizheng for a baseball game and my stay was excellent. The room was very clean, the bedding comfortable, and the facilities were new. The hotel staff were very friendly, and parking was convenient and free. Right below the hotel is a decent-sized park, and there's a large shopping mall nearby, which is super convenient. Plus, the Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor was a pleasant surprise; it offered great value for money and authentic Huaiyang cuisine. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yizheng.
