Hotel is on Pishi Street, iconic cobbled stones street that is for shopping and photo taking. Hotel staff called the day before checking in, and pulled us into a wechat group that tells us the landmark to take car to, what to do if we drive, and some recommendations for food if we need. They also ask if we have a ETA so that they know and are ready for us. When we reached, their staff brought me to my room, helped me carry my box luggage up to the 2nd floor of the side alley. He helped me set up the aircon (it was originally set to heater mode) and also set up wifi. There is water provided in the fridge at lobby. Apparently the lobby will be locked after 10.30pm and have to access from small side glass door by keycard. Cute and furry cats in the lobby. They provided fruits on the 1st day of stay. Place is convenient and very clean. They provided facial products and even eye masks. Very well put together place and totally justify the price you pay. We just have to wechat them and they will immediately respond. Upon check out, the girl at the counter helped me bring down my heavy luggage again. I had some issues with the lock of the door the 2nd day and they immediately rectified it, and also switched me to a next door room. Thank you to the young chap and young girl at lobby for all the helpful help. Thank you for the lovely stay. Will recommend u to friends if they ask for recs.

The location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, and peacefully quiet, providing a super comfortable stay. Even though it's a comfort-level hotel, it offers five-star attentive service, making it incredible value for money! All the staff are warm, their service is meticulous and thoughtful, and their professionalism is top-notch. The breakfast buffet offers a rich and diverse selection of dishes, and the restaurant serves meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you don't have to go out looking for food, which is a huge convenience. During my stay, any issues I had were met with a prompt response and efficient resolution from the staff. Overall, the experience was absolutely perfect, and I genuinely highly recommend this place. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The service here is truly exceptional. They don't just meet your requests; they proactively offer suggestions from a guest's perspective. Any needs are promptly addressed. The front desk manager even personally paid for disposable bed sheets for a guest, and they were incredibly patient with elderly guests. The attention to detail is remarkable and definitely a huge plus.

I had a wonderful time traveling to Yangzhou, and I was very satisfied with my three-night stay at the Atour Hotel Yangzhou Slender West Lake Wenchang Middle Road Branch. The hotel is conveniently located near famous attractions such as Slender West Lake, Daming Temple, Ge Garden, He Garden, and the Grand Canal Museum. The hotel was clean and tidy, with meticulous attention to detail. My experience was better than many other five-star hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was even a complimentary late-night snack. The room was always stocked with bottled water and drinks. The mini-fridge and the clothesline in the bathroom were a big plus. The hotel staff were warm and polite, especially Nian Xinwen at the front desk. I was very satisfied and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

The room was spacious and parking was convenient. We came to Yangzhou for Huaiyang cuisine and the scenery. I'm especially grateful to the beautiful ladies and handsome guys at the front desk. The restaurant they recommended was exactly what we wanted. However, when I took a taxi, I didn't know why the platform was wrong. I was directed to a different hotel even though the navigation was correct. I probably paid a dozen yuan more, probably because of the platform. But overall, Yangzhou is still a very warm city.

Because I had made an appointment with the Grand Canal Museum, I booked a superior king-size room with a private hot spring on the 24th. I was very satisfied with the front desk service from the beginning of the check-in. The service awareness was very good, and a disposable hot spring bag was given. The room was OK, with smart guest control and no odor. It snowed heavily in Yangzhou in the morning when I arrived, and it was said that hail fell... In such a cold day, the air conditioning and heating effect are very good, but the private hot spring is on the balcony. It was a bit cold when the breeze blew when entering and exiting the water. Of course, I didn't feel cold at all when I was soaking. I was sweating all over.... The hot spring pool is a bathtub type, very clean, and the water discharge speed is OK, unlike some private hot spring pools I visited before, some of which are dirty inside. I hope to install a curtain or something to block the wind, otherwise children will easily catch a cold. The breakfast is also good, and the dishes are relatively rich in my opinion. Full marks, absolutely full marks

Staying at the Yangzhou Puyin Hotel was a comfortable and convenient experience overall. The hotel is located near Shita Temple, offering a quiet retreat amidst a lively area. With easy access to public transportation right outside, it's incredibly convenient to visit popular attractions like Ge Garden, He Garden, Slender West Lake, Wenchang Pavilion, and Dongguan Street, making sightseeing highly efficient. Dongguan Street boasts a wide variety of snacks, and the local specialty, Wensi Tofu Soup, is a must-try for its fresh and delicate flavor. The hotel breakfast offers a rich selection of authentic Yangzhou dishes, including shredded tofu in soup, Yangzhou fried rice, Yangchun noodles, and wontons, all with a genuine taste. Given its excellent location and smooth transportation links, this hotel is perfect for a short trip to Yangzhou, making it easy to explore attractions and enjoy local food. It offers great value for money and an excellent overall experience.

Environment: The environment at Changle Inn is beyond words. It's on par with any of the paid gardens in Yangzhou. The rooms here are split from individual courtyards. I arrived a bit late, and luckily there was a room available. The front desk staff was very thoughtful and upgraded my room type. Service: Since the inn is located on Dongguan Pedestrian Street, I wasn't sure where to tell the taxi to drop me off. I called the front desk, and they told me I could take a taxi to their private parking lot, and they would send a shuttle to pick us up, which would help us avoid the difficulty of dragging luggage on the cobblestone streets. What's even more impressive is that when I checked out today, I asked if they could also drop us off, and they readily agreed. Many hotels offer pick-up but not drop-off services, so this was excellent. Facilities: The rooms are a bit old, and the bed is hard. However, looking at the bathroom facilities, you can tell quality materials were used back in the day. Plus, there's individual floor heating, which pleasantly surprised me. Very good. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this stay. It's highly recommended.

Bring your family to Yangzhou to participate in the marathon, and experience the beauty of Yangzhou in March of fireworks! When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!

There were some issues when I extended my stay, which wasted quite a bit of time, but they were eventually resolved. The professionalism and service attitude of the front desk staff varied quite a bit. I reported a safety issue with the elevator three times before someone actually paid attention. Luckily, there was a professional manager on duty. The lobby and restrooms seem to have been recently renovated, but the carpets on each floor are quite old and need air freshener to mask the smell. Honestly, though, the overall stay was good. The room cleaning met standards, and the housekeeping and restaurant staff were polite and respectful to all guests. Drinking water was delivered promptly. The sausages, bacon, and Yangzhou fried rice at breakfast seemed to be made with sub-par ingredients and had a noticeable additive taste. However, the plain noodle stand and douhua (tofu pudding) used genuine ingredients and were quite good. The watermelon was also fresh, so no worries about getting sick. B1 seems to be outsourced; its environment and the professionalism of its staff currently don't meet Marriott's standards. Since they do bring in guests, I hope they can work together to improve.
