The pillows are the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced – extremely soft and flat, offering no support whatsoever. I woke up feeling exhausted after one night. However, the overall design style is cozy, and my child actually quite liked it. **Service:** The service was standard, with daily replenishment and cleaning. We received a welcome fruit, but nothing else special. It's quite rare these days for a hotel to charge a deposit during check-in, but the refund was processed quickly. I'm not sure why they even bother with a deposit."

"First off, both the room and bathroom are spacious, and all the facilities are brand new. However, since it's just been renovated, the smell is quite strong, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with babies. Secondly, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a king-sized bed room for two, but were initially given a family room. After discussing it, they said they'd switch us to a king room, and the front desk explicitly confirmed it would be a king bed this time. Yet, when we got up to the room, it was still a family room. On the second day, after checking out, I realized I left a piece of clothing in the hotel, and they contacted me about it. I told them I'd pick it up on my way to the high-speed rail station, and they confirmed it would be held at the front desk for me. But when I arrived, it hadn't even been brought down yet, and I had to wait again. Since I was rushing for my train, I had no choice but to have them mail it to me. For a newly opened hotel, their services really need to catch up."
