"Traveling to Yangzhou with my family, I chose Yangzhou Yingbin Hotel Building 18 on a friend's recommendation. I was truly surprised and impressed by the high level of service in China's hotel industry and the exceptional quality of the staff. Our three-day, two-night stay made my family and me feel right at home. A big thank you to all the staff at Guanfangyuan, Building 18, for their understanding and thoughtful care! We received welcome fruits on arrival and a parting gift when we left. The hotel even knew it was a special occasion and decorated my parents' room, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room felt not just clean, but incredibly comforting. The entire hotel, rather than just being a hotel, is more accurately described as an exquisite and unique garden. Of course, there were a few minor flaws, but these were easily overlooked given the overall excellent experience. If these small details could be perfected, I believe Yangzhou Yingbin Hotel would be the only choice for every visitor to Yangzhou. My family and I will definitely choose Yangzhou Yingbin Hotel again whenever we visit Yangzhou!"

"Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped. We booked a twin room and came to Yangzhou with our child. The front desk even proactively told us we could push the beds together. Cleanliness: Excellent cleanliness, one of the best for a hotel in this price range. There's also a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes, which is super important given the weather in Yangzhou. Environment: Good sound insulation, and the double curtains offer both privacy and light. There's also a small table in the room. Picture 2 shows us eating Yangzhou duck on the hotel's small table. We also ordered takeout, and they delivered it directly to our room, which we really appreciate 💕. The background of picture 3 is the bathroom. Coming out of the bathroom, there's a clothes hanging closet ➡️ mirror ➡️ clothes folding closet. Service: Full marks for service. Although we didn't book a Hanfu photoshoot or have ice cream, we had a very pleasant stay 😋. Additional notes: The location here is excellent. There are dim sum restaurants right outside, and it's very close to Caiyi Lane and Dongguan Street. Another note: Don't eat at those places in Caiyi Lane that ask if you want to eat; they're terrible. We tried two places, and they were so bad 🤧. In the end, we found a pretty good 138-yuan four-person meal deal on Douyin. Although it was a high-volume place, it tasted much better than those hawkers. Picture 4 is the meal."

"This was my first time visiting Yangzhou, coming from the north, and I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel on my first day. Emma, our housekeeper, called me a day in advance to confirm my check-in details. On the day of check-in, the room was perfectly prepared, with the baby crib, bed rails, and toiletries all set up. The air conditioning was also turned on beforehand, which was incredibly thoughtful. There's also a small garden behind the hotel, perfect for a refreshing morning stroll."

"I can honestly say this hotel was the biggest surprise for me in all of Yangzhou. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one offered the most outstanding service! It's not just the 'Haidilao of hotels,' it's more like the 'Pang Dong Lai of hotels' – truly sincere, with great accommodations and pretty good food too. It's a shame I only stayed one night; because of this hotel, I definitely want to visit Yangzhou again! I didn't arrive until after 2 AM last night, but the security guard at the entrance had a smile on his face the entire time and even jogged to help. These little details really hit home. He helped with our luggage, and the front desk lady, seeing there were three of us, even gave us an extra breakfast – truly amazing! They also left some small fruits. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, only this one left such a deep impression."

"Now I understand why this hotel's reviews were so overwhelmingly positive! After so many years in operation, it truly lives up to its consistent 4.8 high rating and price. Yangzhou is a wonderful city, and this hotel, located right next to Dongguan Ancient Ferry and Dongguan Street, serves as a fantastic introduction for first-time visitors – it really makes a statement for the city. The service is excellent! The front desk was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, polite, and even warm. I sprained my ankle, and they had ice packs and Yunnan Baiyao (a traditional Chinese medicine) readily available. Even the cleaning staff and the uncle directing cars at the entrance exuded enthusiastic smiles and professionalism."

"This hotel was fantastic! My husband even praised my choice, saying we slept so comfortably and soundly, even better than at home, thanks to how quiet it was at night. The landlady was incredibly warm and friendly, patiently helping us with our itinerary, making reservations, and recommending delicious local food – she was just so kind. The hotel is located in the heart of Yangzhou's old town city center, making it super convenient to get everywhere. We could walk to He Garden, Ge Garden, Dongguan Street, and Pishi Street. It was incredibly convenient! No wonder Doubao highly recommended it; it's genuinely excellent value for money. Highly recommend!"

"An absolutely wonderful stay for the whole family! 😊 Firstly, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat while being incredibly well-located right next to Slender West Lake, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. 😊 Secondly, they offer a thoughtful travel photography service ❤️, including two complimentary retouched photos, which was a very nice touch. The service was also excellent; they even upgraded our room, and the price was reasonable, which made us feel truly cared for! Our food deliveries were brought to our room by a robot, which was quick and very considerate. So, we were extremely satisfied with our four-night stay and are grateful to all the hotel staff '͜'. We're also thankful for the beautiful scenery and delicious food in Yangzhou. We will definitely choose Yebojunting Hotel again next time we visit! "There were some issues when I extended my stay, which wasted quite a bit of time, but they were eventually resolved. The professionalism and service attitude of the front desk staff varied quite a bit. I reported a safety issue with the elevator three times before someone actually paid attention. Luckily, there was a professional manager on duty. The lobby and restrooms seem to have been recently renovated, but the carpets on each floor are quite old and need air freshener to mask the smell. Honestly, though, the overall stay was good. The room cleaning met standards, and the housekeeping and restaurant staff were polite and respectful to all guests. Drinking water was delivered promptly. The sausages, bacon, and Yangzhou fried rice at breakfast seemed to be made with sub-par ingredients and had a noticeable additive taste. However, the plain noodle stand and douhua (tofu pudding) used genuine ingredients and were quite good. The watermelon was also fresh, so no worries about getting sick. B1 seems to be outsourced; its environment and the professionalism of its staff currently don't meet Marriott's standards. Since they do bring in guests, I hope they can work together to improve."
