"That was a pleasure to stay in there. Place was easy to find and the tips how to check-in and check-out were clear. Room was clean and comfortable, there were a lot of space, big beds, nice bathroom. And what is important: best shampoo I have ever used, truly. I really enjoyed staying in there and for sure will come back one day."

"Here's a breakdown of my stay: **Location:** To get there, take bus 208 or 206 from Kyoto JR Station and alight at 'Hakubutsukan Sanjusangendo-mae' (Museum Sanjusangendo Front). It's about a ten-minute walk from there. **Price:** I paid HKD 1590 for two nights in a two-bedroom suite, which works out to HKD 265 per person per night. Excellent value for money, highly recommend booking this place. **Facilities:** The room was quite spacious, with enough room to open two 26-inch suitcases. The kitchen is cleverly tucked away under a counter, you just lift the countertop to access it. It's fully equipped, though the only downside is the lack of a full-length mirror. **Bathroom:** The bathroom isn't huge, but it has a separate wet and dry area. The bathtub allows you to control the water volume and temperature electronically for a soak. However, if you turn up the shower's water pressure, it starts running cold, so the water temperature can be a bit inconsistent. **Lobby:** The lobby is spacious and offers complimentary disposable toiletries. There are also two washing machines with detergent pods and a dryer function. The only drawback is that check-in times are limited, so be sure to check those details. Additionally, you can find a luggage delivery service at the guest services center, but that also has time restrictions."

"Great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Also,I forgot my hair straightener after checkout, but the reception quickly helped me find it. Really thankful for their help!"

"The hotel accomodation is cramped so not ideal for long stays. (We stayed for 3 nights). but the beds are comfortable. Also, I’m an early morning  coffee person and unfortunately the kitchen area has no table or chairs to sit on, so drinking my coffee on my bed in the dark while everyone else is still sleeping was not ideal. Having at least a stool and a fold down table in the kitchen would be I good idea for future guests. Train stations are also bit far but there are buses just around the corner for easy transportation."

"It was a nice hotel to stay and we had a lovely balcony room which we cherished. The room has no daily room services so the room cleanliness is up to you. They have the required tools to keep it clean but after back to back days of 14/15 hours outside trying to make the most of your days in Japan you will most likely not think about cleaning your hotel room! Staff are friendly and try their best to help. They said there was no iron but then the next day I saw an iron set with the staff on the reception so not sure if there was a miscommunication with my request preciously, which was annoying but not the end of the world. They do have free to use washing machines for your laundry just make sure you fully understand the instructions on the machine before using as I managed to make a normal wash into 9 hours of wash and dry and worrying about my clothes 😂😂 Oops! If you are a first time tourist to Kyoto the location will make it very difficult for you to make the most of your day as you will be rushing back to make the last bus as the train lines are not amazing in this location. But if your looking for more chilled out peaceful local life there are lots of great local restaurants to attend and I would highly recommend take a look at 2254 hotel & lounge for a very aesthetically pleasing coffee and relax cafe work vibe. There are no bar or drink services in Dash Living Gojo but you have very close by a 7/11 and Lawsons. Overall enjoyed the room and the atmosphere of the location but it’s probably not ideal if you are planning a very intense tourist heavy itinerary for Kyoto."

"The room was quite big, as well as the bed, very comfortable. It had the washing machine, drier, the stove, sink, all the cooking utensils and a small refrigerator, which was a blessing. I think it could be closer to the transportation routes and center, but the location was ok still. Costs its mobey."

"A very good hotel, quite well located and quiet. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The only downside was the fluctuating internet connection during our stay. The welcome was warm with thoughtful touches for the guest. I highly recommend this hotel if you're coming to Kyoto!"

"The price was reasonable, the location was great (there was a convenience store nearby), the room's interior was clean, and it was nice that the bathroom and toilet were separate, and there was a separate bedroom. I would like to stay there again."

"OMG! By far the best hotel while in Japan! Super clean, nice staff great location and peacefully quiet. Hotel is just 1 min away from family mart and a few bustop away from Kyoto Station. Just 2/3 bustops away to Kyoto Train Station. The view from our room was great and they provide us with enough toiletries and complete bedding set for a family of 4. Will sure to stay at the same hotel should we come to Kyoto."
