"The location was excellent, and having a convenience store nearby was very convenient. Even just strolling around the area allowed me to enjoy the unique streetscapes and culture of Kyoto, making it an ideal place for sightseeing. Although it was very hot the day I stayed, the lobby was cool and comfortable, allowing me to relax immediately upon arrival. The room was very clean, had a calm atmosphere, and was very comfortable. I think it's perfect for families or groups of friends. The access to food stalls and sightseeing was also good, allowing me to fully enjoy my Kyoto trip. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto in the future.　 I want to know what I want to know I love it ㅎㅎ I want to know what I want to know I want to know more about this I want to know what I want to know I'm in love with you ㅎㅎㅎㅎ"

"Here's a breakdown of my stay: **Location:** To get there, take bus 208 or 206 from Kyoto JR Station and alight at 'Hakubutsukan Sanjusangendo-mae' (Museum Sanjusangendo Front). It's about a ten-minute walk from there. **Price:** I paid HKD 1590 for two nights in a two-bedroom suite, which works out to HKD 265 per person per night. Excellent value for money, highly recommend booking this place. **Facilities:** The room was quite spacious, with enough room to open two 26-inch suitcases. The kitchen is cleverly tucked away under a counter, you just lift the countertop to access it. It's fully equipped, though the only downside is the lack of a full-length mirror. **Bathroom:** The bathroom isn't huge, but it has a separate wet and dry area. The bathtub allows you to control the water volume and temperature electronically for a soak. However, if you turn up the shower's water pressure, it starts running cold, so the water temperature can be a bit inconsistent. **Lobby:** The lobby is spacious and offers complimentary disposable toiletries. There are also two washing machines with detergent pods and a dryer function. The only drawback is that check-in times are limited, so be sure to check those details. Additionally, you can find a luggage delivery service at the guest services center, but that also has time restrictions."

"Excellent location, close to the Gion and Higashiyama districts' attractions – Kiyomizu-dera Temple is just a 20-minute walk away. The room was quite large for Japan, but not very well laid out: a long, narrow corridor, a huge shower, and a separate toilet for some reason. As a result, it was impossible to even open one suitcase in the 20 sq. m. space."

"The hotel accomodation is cramped so not ideal for long stays. (We stayed for 3 nights). but the beds are comfortable. Also, I’m an early morning  coffee person and unfortunately the kitchen area has no table or chairs to sit on, so drinking my coffee on my bed in the dark while everyone else is still sleeping was not ideal. Having at least a stool and a fold down table in the kitchen would be I good idea for future guests. Train stations are also bit far but there are buses just around the corner for easy transportation."

"The room is very beautiful and more spacious than most hotels, with great value for the price. I like how they furnished it in light tones, which makes the room feel brighter. Moreover, the view is amazing 👍 - you can wake up and see Kyoto Tower directly from your window. Note: This is a self-service hotel. Amenities such as cotton buds, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste sets, etc., are provided on the 1st floor."

"The room was quite big, as well as the bed, very comfortable. It had the washing machine, drier, the stove, sink, all the cooking utensils and a small refrigerator, which was a blessing. I think it could be closer to the transportation routes and center, but the location was ok still. Costs its mobey."

"Hotel was very pleasant. The room I booked has got a washing machine/dryer. It also comes with a collapsible bed mounted on the wall, perfect for kids or smaller size adults to sleep on. Room is huge compared to other places, size to price ration was definitely a plus. The only down side is the distance away from Kyoto Station, but is easily avoided with a bus ride (2 stops only) or a short walk of 10 mins. There isn't luggage service here, but you can search for ”Yamato luggage” on Google map. There's one pick up spot nearby, less than 5 mins away. Convenient store is also nearby, right beside the hotel. During raining days, hotel also provides umbrella. A very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Not many selection for dinner spots immediately at the neighborhood, need to walk a few hundred meters away. Fridge was huge, has a microwave and mini toaster oven."

"Highly recommended! This hotel is incredibly comfortable, very new, and spacious. The service is also very polite! The coffee machine downstairs offers free matcha lattes, which I made sure to drink every day!"
