"Great hotel to stay in with the Onsen at Level 1! We enjoyed our 4 day 3 nights stay and was given the highest floor and a corner room! Thank you to the staff team for the pleasant hospitality service. One thing is that the room blinds were a bit dusty. Other than that, all is perfect! We had a car hence parking was easy at the hotel however charges were pretty expensive if we just wanted to come back to hotel for 1 hr or so and not sure if it’s within the hotel’s control but we had budgeted for it. The hotel has a daily parking coupons as well which helped if we stayed overnight and longer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!"

"We stayed at Hotel Gracery Kyoto for two nights and overall had a very comfortable stay. The hotel has two sections, and we stayed in the South building. The room was very clean, and the space was used efficiently, which is typical for Japan. The bathroom layout was a bit unusual. The toilet and shower are separate, which is convenient, but the toilet cubicle itself is extremely small. The shower is positioned in an odd space between the bath and what seems to be the shower floor, and the shower head cannot be adjusted up or down. That said, the water pressure and temperature were excellent, which made up for the layout. Bottled water was provided on the first day, which was appreciated. The TV, however, was very limited with only Japanese channels and no access to Netflix or other streaming services. The location is excellent. The hotel is right by Nishiki Market and surrounded by shops and restaurants, with multiple subway lines nearby. There are also many fantastic local restaurants in the area, which we highly recommend, especially when the market gets overwhelmingly busy. The hotel provides a wide range of amenities in the lobby, including face wash, toner, lotion, razors, combs and mouthwash. While convenient, the large amount of individually packaged items does not feel particularly environmentally friendly. We checked out the breakfast one morning but decided not to purchase it as it was 2750 yen per person, and there are plenty of better and more affordable options nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we also appreciated that the hotel offers free umbrella use on rainy days, which was a thoughtful touch. One downside was the room cleaning timing. We left early in the morning and only returned after 3pm, but the room was still being cleaned when we got back. We were asked to wait around 30 minutes, which was quite inconvenient after a long day when we wanted to rest, shower and freshen up before heading out again. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel with a few minor design quirks and service timing issues, but still a very pleasant stay."

"Had a perfect stay at Tennen Osaka Onsen during our Kyoto trip. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable while still retaining some traditional Japanese elements in the room design, which gives it a unique and authentic atmosphere. The water pressure was excellent, and the complimentary onsen facilities were fantastic, with several different pools available to enjoy. One of the highlights was the generous complimentary offerings, including free-flow ramen and ice cream, which were a lovely bonus after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast deserves special mention — it was absolutely outstanding. There was a huge variety of choices, all freshly prepared and delicious. The staff continuously refilled the food, ensuring everything remained fresh throughout service. The quality of the ingredients was impressive, and guests could enjoy unlimited freshly fried tempura and fresh seafood poke bowls, which felt more like a premium restaurant experience than a hotel breakfast. Overall, an exceptional stay with excellent facilities, amazing food, and great value. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kyoto."

"We had a good experience in this hotel. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom is nice, the space is small but comfortable. You can store your luggage under the beds, which works great to have more space. The staff is also friendly, and the location is pretty good. The smoking area is really small and cold. But all in all we had a great time in here."

"The room was quite spacious for Japan. It's not far from Kyoto Station, just a five or six-minute walk away. There's a 7-Eleven supermarket right outside. They provide small samples of Pola skincare daily. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom are well-designed and very clean. In the hotel lobby, you can help yourself to toothbrushes, disposable towels, and tea, which is very convenient. There's a hot spring bath on the tenth floor; remember to bring your own towel, or you can use the disposable ones from the lobby. The breakfast didn't change over the four days, leaning towards both Western and Japanese tastes. The matcha ice cream was a nice touch. Overall, I was quite satisfied."
