They took the remote control for the air conditioner, no hot water the last day. Not much cleaning, no elevator, no free breakfast. Tiny room, and tiny bathroom

Didn’t get a city view room and has like bathrooms flushing going all night, you won’t sleep at all

The front desk staff was so friendly and went above and beyond by giving us food options and marking on the map everything that would be good to visit!

The best part about the place was the staff! They were excellent and super helpful. Every day somebody from the desk would give us locals recommendations to eat, and to visit!

Tiny room, no elevator. Normal for Europe. Very close to Duomo, great restaurants and train station. Clean and safe.

6 floors. Very narrow stairs. No elevator! Super small bathroom.

We stated 2 nights, after 1st night we realised that the bedsheets were not changed and that is not acceptable!!! We didn't make a fuss just asked to change them. When we came back in the nights we discovered that the bedsheets weren't changed! When I completed to the receptionist he stated that it is 2* hotel and next time I should get 3* or 4* hotel, it was unacceptable!!! We requested clean sheets and we changed by ourselves. Next morning I made complain to the director of the hotel, he apologised for the behaviour of the receptionist. Still I don't recommend hotel with dirty cheets!!!
