"The hostel is in an apartment building. This 2 bedroom apartment is filled out with bunk beds. I found it a bit small but the overall maintenance and cleanliness was excellent The in house guy kept it well managed and was friendly and easy to talk to. The location is close to the metro station and even possible to walk to Burj Khalifa, but not recommended due to many highways to cross. There is a Pakistani restaurant nearby with very affordable prices."

"Hotel location is the perfect for Subway travelers as it’s less than 5 minutes walk. Hotel staff are very cooperative and they provide their best service. Cleaning is everyday happens. Breakfast is average but you could find a way to enjoy it. Night clubs might cause a problem at levels up to 3. They provide luggage service and it is done professionally. My stay was perfect despite very little issues"

"It's a good apartment hotel, but they call the room a lot from the reception, which is annoying. Especially on the last day when they want to pick up the room, they call from 9 am to 12 noon, which is very annoying."

Furthermore, the room itself was spotlessly clean, and the overall stay was extremely pleasant. The dining experience was excellent . Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious. I highly, highly recommend the room service—it was absolutely delicious, and you won't regret ordering it! A special mention goes to Hanan, the Duty Manager, for her remarkable care and kindness. When I felt unwell, she immediately sent ginger tea to the room, and even offered it again on the day we checked out. This level of attention and genuine care is truly exceptional and not to be taken for granted. Thank you, Hanan! ♥️ The only negative point was an unpleasant incident following our last dinner. We were approached regarding payment for dinner before the staff checked their records to confirm it was paid. While a Duty Manager did apologize, the interaction was embarrassing and left us feeling uneasy and humiliated. In the future, it would be much better for the staff to confirm payment status internally before approaching a guest about that. We were told we needed to pay for the meal again, despite the fact that we had already paid the bill. This lack of verification before approaching us was highly uncomfortable and left us feeling humiliated. Although We received an apology, but the initial interaction was very poorly handled.why couldn't the payment status be verified by the hotel staff before approaching the guest?"
