"A hotel that exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is super convenient. You can walk to Dubai Mall and easily explore the entire mall plus the Burj Khalifa in one day. For dining, they've brought in a Fridays American restaurant. It's a mix of à la carte and buffet style, and everything I ordered was pretty good, no duds. There's also a convenience store right next to the restaurant with a great selection of bread, light meals, and snacks. The cleanliness is very well maintained; everything is spotless, and hot water for showers and such is always available. I'm quite sensitive to noise. My room faced the Burj Khalifa, and I could hear some traffic noise, but it was very manageable and didn't disturb my sleep. Overall, I still highly recommend it! Even though there was a premium due to peak season, I still feel it was worth it."

"The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Every time my son walked by the front desk, they'd offer him juice. Once, my son asked for a rubber band to play with, and the staff member brought him a whole big bundle – it was hilarious! 😂 The overall decor has an 'old money' vibe, and the lobby is adorned with many humorous takes on classic oil paintings. Most of the guests coming and going seemed to be business elites. There's a metro station right outside the door, and it's quite close to Dubai Mall – you can actually walk there. The only minor downsides are that the facilities are slightly dated (though still perfectly fine), and driving is a real pain. Because it's so central, you can get stuck in traffic for half an hour right outside the hotel during peak morning and evening hours (no exaggeration!)."

"Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The reception staff were not welcoming and appeared uninterested, which did not reflect the overall standard of the hotel. A more caring and friendly approach at check-in would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall, I had a very good stay at the Hyatt Al Rigga, Dubai. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably well maintained. The restaurant offers an average breakfast, and I would especially like to thank the restaurant team—they were genuinely warm, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff were also very good, and their contribution deserves recognition."

"Excellent hotel with a convenient location. There's a Spinneys supermarket nearby, and also an alcohol store not too far away, which are quite rare in Dubai. It's about a 30-minute walk to Burj Khalifa, factoring in the long traffic lights. The metro is also relatively close. The only downside was a noisy construction site nearby, but we couldn't hear any noise in our room. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The staff were polite; I'd especially like to commend Samir and Bella – very pleasant and smiling employees who were always ready to help."

"Seriously, you can't always trust negative reviews; everyone has different expectations, and when we're on vacation, the goal is to be happy and satisfied with everything. I remember one day we returned to the hotel early, and our room had already been tidied. My sunglasses, which I'd left out that morning, had a new cleaning cloth next to them, and my child's phone cable was neatly organized with a cable clip. It was incredibly thoughtful. After resting for a bit, we went to the hotel pool. The outdoor pool on the M floor offers views of the Burj Khalifa. I didn't expect the room to be cleaned again, but when we returned, it was! All my valuable jewelry I'd left on the nightstand was still there. Later, when we went out for dinner, we actually ran into the two young men doing the turndown service, and they greeted us politely. Honestly, after a tiring day of exploring, returning to a tidy and welcoming room every time, who would even think about finding fault? My only regret is not having exchanged enough foreign currency for tips! 🙉 The Kitchen6 restaurant is enormous. You might think you've been seated in a really out-of-the-way spot, but there are coffee machines, toasters, and even duplicate food stations everywhere, even in the far corners. It couldn't be more convenient. Although this hotel was recommended to me because it had Chinese food, I never actually ate any. There's no need to insist on Chinese food. The steamed fish, however, was excellent; I had it twice. Everything else was random, and my stomach was incredibly stable for days. Oh, and by the way, the cappuccino the hostess made for me on the first day was so thoughtful – she even gave me a milk pitcher and a shot of espresso on the side. Have all the 'five-star' hotels I've stayed at before been fakes? 🙉"

"This wasn't a very satisfying experience, and I'm disappointed with Ctrip's ability to handle things. What would be a 3-star standard back home costs over a thousand here. Dubai is expensive, I get it. The room was basic, with no special amenities. The towels were a bit yellowish/worn, and the deadbolt was broken (if you're bothered by this, beware, or go with a companion/bring your own doorstop). The kettle had a tiny capacity and would overflow every time I used it. They provided one glass bottle of drinking water daily, along with the most basic tea/coffee packets. The hairdryer was locked in the drawer (probably to prevent theft/they're very thrifty). The toilet paper was too thin, which really reflects a hotel's quality. There were only two pillows, and Dubai in winter can be a bit chilly; the AC made it cold, but without it, it felt stuffy. The breakfast looked lively, but there weren't many tasty options. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all very enthusiastic. There's a free shuttle to several shopping malls, parks, and the airport. Unfortunately, someone in our group got sick, so we checked out a day early. The hotel refused to refund the room fee (even with Ctrip's intervention). Most hotels, both domestic and international, typically offer this service, but this place was very unyielding (they even grandly called it 'contractual spirit,' which is just baffling). As a service industry, you need to provide good service and a good experience. If you can't, and others can, then you're out. I won't be choosing this hotel again. 🙂↔️ I suggest Ctrip lower its recommendation rating!"

"The hotel offers a free shuttle bus from Airport Terminal 1, running every 15 minutes or so. They also provide complimentary shuttle services to two or three other locations. The hotel environment is quite good, with a supermarket and convenience store nearby. The surrounding dining options tend to be more Indian/Pakistani cuisine. There's also a pharmacy and a bus stop close by. Overall, it's pretty decent."

"This was our first stay in Dubai, and the front desk lady was incredibly nice, kind, and patient. Even with my broken English, she politely and patiently answered all my questions, giving us very detailed guidance. I've forgotten her name, but she was really beautiful. I even chatted with her using a domestic AI app, and although the conversation wasn't perfectly smooth, we had a great time. I actually feel a bit embarrassed now because we hadn't adopted the custom of tipping back then. There are many mosques in Dubai, and there's a beautiful one right next to this hotel. It's also very close to Dubai Mall, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to both Dubai Mall and Kite Beach, which is super convenient and thoughtful. Thumbs up!👍"

"First off, I need to mention that this hotel has a mandatory breakfast charge for children. Since my child usually doesn't eat breakfast, when I booked the room, I only included breakfast for two adults. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed us that according to hotel policy, children must pay for breakfast even if they don't eat it, simply by being guests. So, despite my child not eating, we were charged 75 AED per day for breakfast, totaling 225 AED for our three-night stay. I usually don't write reviews, but for the benefit of future travelers from my country, I felt it was important to share this situation for their reference. To be fair, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's incredibly close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, just a 10-minute walk away. However, getting to the metro station is a bit of a trek; I'd recommend taking a bus near the hotel that goes directly to the metro entrance. While the room was spacious, the bed was quite small and uncomfortable. The breakfast quality was very average; the eggs seemed to be cooked without being washed first (you can see in the pictures). On the bright side, the restaurant environment was pleasant, and you could see the Burj Khalifa from there. The staff were all very nice and enthusiastic in assisting with any requests. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and I won't be staying here again."
