"This hotel is close to Terminal 3, but you can't walk there due to a wide road that cannot be crossed. You either have to take a taxi or use the hotel's free shuttle bus. The shuttle departs from the T3 shuttle bus area every hour, around 5 minutes past the hour. From the hotel, it departs 5 minutes before the hour (at :55). The ride to the airport takes about 5-6 minutes if there's no traffic. A taxi can be a bit pricey, costing around 60-65 AED! The information on Trip.com was incorrect; it stated there was no shuttle bus, which led me to take a taxi from T3! I've included a picture as proof and hope Trip.com provides accurate information when partnering with hotels to avoid unnecessary trouble and expenses for customers!"

"The location is excellent, right next to a subway station, and there are many Indian restaurants nearby. I'm not sure if it's because it's the off-season, but breakfast has become extremely basic. It's very common to wait twenty minutes for the elevator when going downstairs after 9 AM, and the front desk said there's nothing they can do about it."

"I really liked this hotel. The rooms are clean, and they change towels if you leave them on the floor (there's a sign in the bathroom explaining this). The breakfasts are excellent with a good variety of cheeses, vegetables, and pastries. There's also a lean towards Indian cuisine, but Europeans won't go hungry either. The pool is clean, and they provide towels. There are tennis courts on the property. The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk to the airport, which is great for transit layovers. However, we stayed during a tennis tournament in February, and the walk to the tennis courts took about 12 minutes. The metro is about a 15-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Location & Transportation: Pros: It's a 15-minute walk from the metro station. Don't follow the navigation; it'll take you the long way around. Just head straight in the direction of your destination, trust me, you can walk there. Cons: There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. If you want to eat or shop, you'll need to go to Dubai Mall, which is a 30-minute walk away. Room Experience: The room is tiny. Once you open a 28-inch suitcase, there's barely enough room to stand. The bed is very narrow, probably less than 1 meter wide. The desk space is also small, which is tough when traveling with many small items; you constantly have to tidy up. Amenities: The restaurant is fantastic! They offer special à la carte dishes (one per person per day). We stayed three nights and ordered something different every day, all of which were good. There's also a wide variety of other buffet items, so we always had a full breakfast. The gym is amazing and far superior to hotels of similar caliber in China. The pool isn't huge but looks nice. Overall Impression: The value for money isn't great. The room being so small was quite disappointing, but the public facilities are all good. The location is still a bit far from the metro."

Breakfast (when included or available) offered variety and was a convenient start to the day. Service throughout was polished in the typical Hyatt style—professional and responsive. Minor notes: Like many full-service hotels, it can feel large and convention-oriented at times, and rates (or resort fees at some locations) aren’t always the cheapest. Still, the overall reliability, cleanliness, and supportive atmosphere made it a low-stress base for solo travel. I’d stay again for a similar trip. The combination of comfort, safety, and helpful service without pressure made it easy to enjoy the destination on my own terms."

"the location is very near to Naif Souq and Gold Souq only walking distance... During my stay for 1 night, most of the traveler are African and Indian... I took breakfast in the hotel which only served bread with planta and strawberry jam, paratha and chicken sausage and salad of cucumber and carrots. If you need a comfortable room, this is not the place but just for a sleep and near to the Souq, it is very convenience."
