"Our stay at Fruit Hotel during our Dalian trip far exceeded our expectations. It's truly ideal for families traveling with seniors and children, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Dalian. The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated near Zhongshan Square and Donggang Business District, making getting around incredibly convenient. You can walk to Zhongshan Square, and a short taxi ride will get you to Venice Water Town and various shopping malls for just the starting fare. Whether you're sightseeing by the sea or buying local specialties, it's very easy. The subway station isn't far either, offering convenient public transport options. The room was clean and tidy with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and all the toiletries were provided. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, with no unpleasant odors. The room offered ample space, and facilities were well-maintained. Hot water supply was stable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out. They patiently answered all our questions, providing attentive and thoughtful service. There are plenty of dining options nearby, making meals very convenient. Staying here with elderly parents and children meant we didn't have to constantly travel back and forth, saving a lot of commuting time. Whether we were heading out during the day or returning after watching the Donggang fountain show at night, getting back to the hotel was always a breeze. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and our stay was peaceful and comfortable. If I visit Dalian again, I'll definitely prioritize this hotel, and I recommend it to all friends traveling to Dalian."

"Front desk staffer Xiao Zhao was excellent. I was happy with the room, and breakfast offered a great variety. The room was spacious with a good layout. I'll definitely come back next time. They upgraded our room, and it was fantastic. I usually have trouble sleeping, but it was very quiet on the 20th floor, and I slept wonderfully for all three nights. We had two kids with us, and they even waived the breakfast fee for one of them. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"This hotel is conveniently located near the Sanba Plaza station, where you can catch the 201 tram for easy access to attractions (the tram runs about every 30 minutes). There's a large supermarket directly across the street and a local market behind the hotel. Taxis are also readily available for getting around. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly helpful and charming!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Beyond Expectations We had a wonderful experience at Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel during our transit in Dalian. As we were travelling with a young child, several large pieces of luggage, and a late-night flight, we were quite concerned about the transfer arrangements. However, the hotel team went above and beyond to make our journey smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms. 孔, Ms. 赵, and Mr. 姜 (Ginger) for their exceptional service and hospitality. They recognised our family's needs immediately and kindly arranged the airport shuttle service for us late at night. They also assisted us with our luggage all the way from the airport to our hotel room with great care and professionalism. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made a tremendous difference to our travel experience. The seamless airport transfer and warm hospitality allowed our family to relax after a long journey. My wife was particularly impressed by the level of service provided. Although the hotel facilities may be comparable to a good airport hotel, the service standard is truly at a 5-star level. Being associated with China Southern Airlines, the hotel clearly demonstrates a high standard of hospitality and customer care. We would also like to thank the front desk staff, shuttle bus driver, and the entire hotel team for their friendliness, efficiency, and dedication. A special thank you as well for the lovely China Southern Airlines souvenir airplane keychain, which brought a big smile to our little one. "This hotel makes up for its outdated facilities with excellent service. I'm giving it 4 stars because the front desk staff, especially one woman, was incredibly helpful. The first room I was given had a strange smell, and when I mentioned it, she patiently showed me several other rooms late at night. I really hope the owner considers upgrading the facilities. Oh, and the location is fantastic – right next to Dalian Station, and lines 3/5 are just a 2-minute walk across the street, making it super convenient for getting around."

"⭐ The bath towels and regular towels are individually sealed, which is a huge relief for germaphobes. ⭐ The air conditioning panel is right by the bedside table, so you don't have to get out of bed at night to adjust the temperature. The glow-in-the-dark labels are clear. ⭐ The room was clean and comfortable, and there wasn't much of that new hotel smell. ⭐ The breakfast had a great variety, and the dishes changed daily, even the fruit was different every day. My stay was absolutely fantastic! The service and attention to detail were truly top-notch!! Great place, will definitely stay again | Much better experience than an Atour hotel."

After a short walk, you can catch the Route 201 'Centennial Special' tram, which adds to the experience. There are also many local specialty restaurants nearby.
