"I brought my kids to Tianshui and booked this hotel because of the 2-meter bed. First, let's talk about the location. It's a bit far from popular attractions like the ancient city and Fuxi Temple. There's an uphill slope from the main road to the hotel, which isn't ideal for those who don't like walking. Across the road, there's a downhill path leading to residential areas where there's a morning market, which is much better than tourist-heavy streets like Yusheng Lane. The hotel service was excellent. There was an aroma diffuser outside our room that sprayed every once in a while, and the scent was very strong. After I reported it to the staff, they unplugged the machine for us, as we couldn't stay in the room otherwise. I also suggested they change the scent, as it was too sweet, cloying, and overpowering. The facilities are quite comprehensive. Although the gym isn't big, it's sufficient, and the equipment is all new. The availability of towels, water, coffee, and tea was a big plus. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast on the first day was good, but not so much on the second. I ordered wontons first and then went to get other dishes. When I went to pick up the wontons, they said they were out and gave me noodles instead. There was one fried egg left, and one side was burnt. When I asked the chef to fry another one, he said the machine was broken... I'm not sure if it was really broken or if he just didn't want to turn it on for one egg.
