"Starting on the positives, I got my hair done in the hotel salon (Maria’s Salon) and she did such an amazing job. She was so nice, enjoyed her company and was very thorough with my hair. Honestly I don’t like my hair straight but they did it so well I loved it! The reception as well they were very very friendly. The location was very very convenient near the airport since we had an early flight the next day and the price? Absolutely worth it! Next, the downside… the bathroom had a window next to the shower which shows the bedroom. There was blinds and it was a bit moldy which is a bit yuck but if you just leave it up it doesn’t really matter. It just threw me and my partner off. Also the pool, there was algae in the pool making the pool a bit murky. Would not recommend to put your head down. Overall though, not too bad!"

"Truntum Kuta Formerly... The location is excellent and very convenient for travelers. The hotel is right by the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Dina and the slim male restaurant supervisor, who were always attentive and genuinely cared about the guests. Their excellent service made a positive difference to our experience. The hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some renovations. The only downside for me was the air quality in the surrounding area, which wasn't great during our stay. It was uncomfortable enough that I ended up sleeping with a face mask on for three nights. The food selection was good, but I think the freshness of some dishes could be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of the fantastic location and the warm hospitality. With some updates to the facilities, improvements to the food freshness, and a better surrounding environment, this hotel would provide an even better guest experience."

"The location is very strategic. However, based on our experience staying there for several days, the room service did not change the bed linen set at all — it was only tidied up. This happened even though we stayed for more than two nights. Additionally, when we borrowed dining utensils from the hotel, after we finished using them and left the room, we expected them to be cleaned and removed since they were already used. Unfortunately, they were neither cleaned nor taken out of the room. On the positive side, the security, receptionist, and even the engineering staff were very friendly and helpful. However, it is quite disappointing regarding the room cleanliness. The amenities that we used from the first day were not refilled until we checked out, even though we extended our stay and paid the full price as a new room booking. We honestly felt a bit disappointed, and on the last day we finally complained to the receptionist. It is unfortunate, as the amenities were only complete at the beginning. When extending the stay, they were not refilled, and slippers were also not provided."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was so clean and beautiful; every spot was photo-worthy. The staff were friendly and polite, always greeting guests. I injured my leg during my trip, and everyone was so sympathetic and tried to help in any way they could. The Italian restaurant was excellent, but I wouldn't particularly recommend the other restaurants on site. We'll definitely be back, we didn't get a chance to try the spa and gym."

"This was my first trip to Bali, so I was hesitant to book a hotel in a secluded area. I opted for a hotel in the bustling district instead, and it was a great choice. The area around the hotel is very lively, with plenty of restaurants along the street, a convenience store right across the road, and several souvenir shops to browse. It was incredibly convenient. As for the room and hotel facilities, I truly believe it's a rare find to get such an affordable and convenient place. The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially when my airport transfer service stood me up on my departure day. The staff were incredibly helpful, spending a long time communicating with the customer service for my booked transfer. They even helped me find a new car, ensuring I made my flight. I'm truly grateful to them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, but do be careful with airport transfer services, as they sometimes mistake the address for a different location."

"Overall, I rated this hotel as Good. But there are some minor points that needs improvements. I dont know the intentions of the owner. Let me put it this way, if you already have full focus on maintenance and renewal of some airconditioners, then is ok. Because I cant stand the noisy airco's. By the way, the thermostat knob was already broken. The staff are very friendly en service minded. I do give positive criticism for you to improve. If you dont want to improve is also fine. The trash bin in toilet at Ground floor (close to reception), see photo, you need to bend over and open the lid to put something in there, is too much work and your hands will become dirty again when you touch that lid. Then the breakfast: You get what you paid for, yes I understand. A slightly minor comment: Make the closing (10 am) a smooth closing, dont rushing into it, customers are not awake yet. Im getting nervous when personel are clearly making cleaning noises. Overall it is a good hotel. Keep on going make things pretty and sturdy. Terima kasih. Freddy."
