"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, within walking distance of lots of food and shopping options. The water puppet show is also very close. I went during Tet so I didn’t have an opportunity to experience the amenities such as the sky bar and spa. However, the staff were very kind and helped me to book some nice activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Hanoi."

"1. It was great that it was close to West Lake, making it perfect for walks, and it was quiet. 2. The breakfast was average, but not to the point where it felt like a waste of money. 3. The swimming pool is really big and quite long, so you can swim to your heart's content. 4. The massage at the hotel was excellent value for money, and the massage skills were absolutely top-notch. I don't think there is another hotel massage place that offers this level of quality at such a reasonable price. If you have an evening flight, it is perfect to get a massage, shower, and then head out. 5. Everyone was kind and provided excellent service. In particular, the person named Adam was incredibly kind and seemed like a very competent worker. I highly recommend him and will remember the service I received. 6. Having a washing machine and oven was fantastic. I did laundry every day, washed and dried my clothes neatly, and wore them everywhere. 7. It takes about 35 minutes to the airport by Grab if there is no traffic. It was great that it was close. 8. It was also good to get to the market if there was no traffic. There was some congestion on weekends due to traffic control, but otherwise, everything was great. 9. It is a comfortable accommodation with no inconveniences. As for improvements... it would have been perfect if there had been a clothes drying rack. Thank you."

"We were staying with a group of 14 people, including young children and the staff at l’heritage made our stay so easy. They not only managed to accomodate our individual needs but helped us with storing luggage for 2 days while we were away & giving us real advice about the city & what to do. The staff all spoke perfect English and made an effort to get to know us. Breakfast was great and we even ate dinner a couple times at the restaurant which we all really enjoyed. Thankyou for a personalised experience, we will be back!"

"I booked a skylight room for one night, and they kindly upgraded me to a window room for free. Perhaps my original room wasn't available, but it was an unexpectedly pleasant surprise for just one night. The next day, I was off on an overnight cruise, so I didn't get another free upgrade when I booked a window room for three more nights after that. The window room was a bit more expensive, but it was fine. For breakfast, you have to order the congee, pho, and fried eggs, but you can help yourself to the salad and bread. The hotel is on a one-way street, so tour buses don't pick up right at the entrance. You have to walk two blocks, which is a minor inconvenience."

"It’s really convenient hotel for staying couple of nights if you have transfer flights or decided to spent several days in the capital. The hotel quite clean, staff was so friendly and kind, in the morning they cook simple but tasty breakfast. There were disposable brushes in the bathroom, but there weren’t disposable slippers, only rubber ones. The room has an air conditioner and a fan, and there are some snacks offered for visitors in addition price. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the airport by car."

"Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else in Hanoi—just book Classyc! My husband and I travel quite frequently, and we can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We initially booked the Grand Suite for 3 days and 2 nights before heading off on a Ha Long Bay cruise, then returned to Classyc for the remainder of our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond. Arthur personally escorted us to our room and even checked in with us later that evening via message to ensure everything was perfect. We were also welcomed with chocolates in the room, which made the experience feel even more personal. It’s the little touches that truly set this hotel apart. We received complimentary wine vouchers, spa discounts, and consistently warm, attentive service at every interaction. When we returned from Ha Long Bay, it genuinely felt like we were coming home. Walking into our new room to find a heart-shaped chocolate mousse cake and a handwritten welcome-back note from the team was such a thoughtful and memorable surprise There was also a moment that really reflected the hotel’s integrity and commitment to guest satisfaction. We had booked a signature spa package, not realizing it wasn’t included in the 20% discount promotion. While we didn’t raise any concerns, the staff proactively followed up the next day at breakfast, apologized for the confusion, and extended the discount to us anyway. We were genuinely touched by this gesture—it spoke volumes about how much they care about their guests’ experience. On our final day, we had some time to spare before our flight. After exploring the city, we returned to the hotel and the staff kindly offered us access to the spa facilities so we could freshen up before heading to the airport—an incredibly thoughtful and appreciated gesture. They also arranged a luxury transfer for us, complete with comfortable seats and even a massage function, which made the journey that much more enjoyable! As we were leaving, one of the staff members surprised us with a beautiful ceramic wind chime symbolizing positive energy and good luck. It was such a meaningful and heartfelt farewell, and a perfect end to an already unforgettable stay. A few additional highlights worth mentioning: - A great breakfast spread with plenty of variety - A lovely rooftop pool area to unwind - Reno Bar downstairs, which became one of our favorite spots in Hanoi—fantastic cocktails, delicious bar snacks, a cool retro vibe, and great music. During our visit with some friends they even surprised us with a complimentary tray of shots! Classyc is more than just a hotel—it’s an experience defined by genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and heartfelt service. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Hanoi, just so we can stay here again!"

"The hotel is okay, the service is good, we got a free room update, the location is location far from the centre, so do not expect much of the entertainment around, but still for a 39$ stay in Hanoi, you got a room equipped with everything you need, spacious as well, would recommend this hotel if you have some business around the area"

"The hotel was conveniently situated in the old town. The staff were excellent. However although we upgraded to a delux room, our room did not have a window. The walls are thin and you can hear the comings and goings of everyone on the corridor. Breakfast was good. There was a wide range of choices available."

"Из за своей ошибки пришлось срочно бронировать отель в 11 часов ночи. Надо было близко к аэропорту и стойка регистрации круглосуточно. Такси привез нас но к другому отелю, пока объяснялись с работником, такси уехало. Огромное спасибо работникам отеля с таким же названием но номер 1. На байке довезли нас чемоданами в нужный отель. Отели небольшие, на 1-2 ночи самое то. Номера небольшие но уютные и в них все есть. Сантехника новая, есть и вентилятор и кондиционер. Самое главное что мы в 12 ночи спокойно заселились и смогли с комфортом переночевать и принять водные процедуры. Аэропорт в минутах езды. Дорога была рядом, но за счет застекленного балкона, шума машин не слышно."
