Pet friendly Hotels in Hanoi

I rented an apartment at Vinhomes Skylake and truly found the experience exceeded my expectations. The apartment is very clean, modern, fully equipped, and meticulously detailed. The space is quiet and airy, providing a comfortable feeling, just like being in your own home. The location is extremely convenient, right in the My Dinh area, making it easy to get to the city center and other important areas. There are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and green parks nearby – ideal for both leisure and business trips. What impressed me the most was the host. The host is very friendly, enthusiastic, and responds extremely quickly. From the time of check-in throughout the entire stay, any questions or requests were handled thoughtfully, professionally, and with a very pleasant attitude. This creates a sense of security and comfort, especially for foreign guests. If you are looking for a high-end, well-located place with a reliable host, I highly recommend this apartment at Vinhomes Skylake. I will definitely return.

Positive: - Amazing room, great wood smell, a lot of small great details. We had the deluxe room with two saunas. - Motivated staff to support us. We had a bath issue, technician there within the hour. We wanted access to the pickleball field (perfect by the way!), staff came running with the key. - Great decor. A lot of different colorful flower everywhere, fruit tree, pond with frog. Also, thousands of beautiful light illuminates the resort at night. Very pretty. Don't expect amazing rice field though, it's a print out (look at the pictures). - Very calm, away of Hanoi loudness (it took us one hour of transit from Hanoi for d500 000 of taxi). Fresh air! - Good wifi and smart TV, but wasn't able to Chrome cast from my phone. Negative: - Food : Breakfast was literally insta ramen... And Food prices were high for Vietnam (see menu picture). You need cash to pay (can't pay by card), but they allowed us to pay it all on the last day (we booked a cab to a bank 15min away to take out cash). - No English speaker staff: We made it work through WhatsApp and Google translate. - Check in/out: There is no reception desk. We were guided to our room by the 24h guard (positive), but we needed to ask the staff the next day about the wifi password. - No map of the resort or guided tour. Also, the resort is still under construction. - The ”rock” rooms are artificial (sound empty when you kick it). - We didn't use the pool since the water was green. - There is no scheduled weekly activity, so it's really to relax. Staff recommended to visit the ”nearby” national park, but it was 1h away. - Nothing in the immediate area outside the resort, you have to walk 30-40min in either direction to find other restaurants or shop. (We walk it once and booked a Grab the following time).

I stayed here for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was super convenient for getting around. The host was quick to respond, and the check-in process was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

The building has excellent security, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. I had full confidence in the security staff, which gave me great peace of mind. There are also plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés, and other convenient amenities on the ground floor, making everything I needed easily accessible

The hotel is in excellent overall condition. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-notch. During my stay, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made for a very pleasant experience. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby to meet all your daily needs.

Great location, with a large supermarket right across the street. The room was clean, equipped with a kitchen, fridge, and washing machine. The only downside was that the TV only had Vietnamese channels and couldn't be changed. Both check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient.

The room is large, and you can hear the sound of airplanes taking off and landing from time to time, but the noise is acceptable because it is about a 10-minute drive from the international airport. Only a simple free breakfast of noodle soup and a cup of hot drink is provided. For other meals, there are roadside restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There is no night market, which is convenient for passengers taking early flights to stay overnight during transit.

Booked here 3 times over the past 3 years and always happy. Indeed a bit of a young party hostel but it’s clean enough, big enough, rooms can be rowdy or peaceful depending the guests, bathroom adequate, internet works, nice rooftop, friendly service. Located right at front of the noisy beer street, and old quarter center. I’m happy with this place. Better might exist but this one is good and always has last minute space available. Thank you!

The room is clean and in P4. You can call in the lobby to let them know you have arrived. The lady can speak Chinese. Check-in is very convenient. Because it is an apartment, the lady will take you upstairs to check in. You can check out the next day by closing the door and leaving. The deposit will be returned to your account on time. It is convenient and fast, and the service attitude is very good. The key is to speak Chinese.

The staff are extremely enthusiastic, lovely, friendly, and provide excellent customer support. The location is quite close and easily accessible to My Dinh Stadium. However, the equipment is old and difficult to use.
