Hanoi Hotels with Kitchens

"A very pleasant hotel! Excellent service! The rooms are small, but they have everything you need! The cleaning is thorough, and the mattress and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop adds a special romantic touch! The location is superb - right in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to walk to any point of interest."

"We simply have no words! ⭐️ The staff deserves a 100/10 — incredibly kind, attentive, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. We were even given a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The breakfast was absolutely amazing: abundant, fresh, and with delicious fresh fruit every morning. Everything was perfect, from the service to the little details. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️"

"The hotel owner put me in a different room than the one I booked, and it didn't meet my requirements. I was only informed about not getting my booked room less than 24 hours in advance, and the owner refused to cancel the booking on Trip.com, manipulating me through messages. With my mind preoccupied with my departure, flight, and saying goodbye to a friend, I fell for the manipulation. The owner did compensate me for the price difference and extra taxi costs. The room was very stuffy during the first hour of my stay, and instead of relaxing after my journey, I had to deal with stress and messages from the owner, which really spoiled my mood. Now, about the room itself. If you're looking for an inexpensive place for a long-term stay, it's suitable. It's clean, the bed is comfortable, and there's a kitchen, microwave, dishes, and a clothes rack. The air conditioning works perfectly and is well-positioned. There's a laundry room on the ground floor, and no insects. The only downside is the excellent soundproofing, or rather, the lack thereof – there's a large gap under the door."

"Had a really pleasant stay at Aviary Hanoi Hotel & Travel. The team was very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always happy to assist whenever we had questions or needed help, which made our trip much more comfortable and enjoyable. The service was great, and the staff made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. Overall, a really nice experience and I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Hanoi! Highly recommended 😊"
