"The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The host was responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. I'm very satisfied with this experience."

"Pros: The location of the hostel is 10/10, in the heart of old city, close to every attraction. Staff is so nice, welcoming and helpful, with perfect English, especially breakfast staff. Breakfast is simple, but good. Cons: The worst thing I witnessed during my 4 months trip through SEA - when I was checking out, I was still in the room packing and the lady came early and changed my sheets, and just folded my blanket and left it on the bed!!!!! They are not changing blankets after every person, which is unacceptable!!!!!! I've been to a lot of hostels, but never saw anything similar! Clean bedsheets are essential, and if you have to, put higher price but provide clean sheets, it is not the point to give cheap price and used blankets! Shared bathrooms are soo tiny, showers and toilets barely usable. Everything is open, so the bathroom is kinda in the hallway. Is is cleaned twice a day, but anyway it's very dirty. The room is not cleaned, the lady just comes and changes the sheets when someone checks out (but only sheets, not the blankets). And one more thing, which is not hostels fault, the people whom I shared the room with were the worst, and again I haven't experienced anything similar during 4 months traveling in Asia, no consideration to other people in the room, speaking loudly on the phone at any time, slamming doors in 3am, 6am, eating in the room at 3am, turning on the lights during night, packing, unpacking loudly during all night, playing loudly tiktok during night.... It was the worst 4 nights in my life!"

"An Homestay Lakeview Apartment è uno di quei posti che fanno bene al ritmo del viaggio. Non ti travolge, ti accompagna. L’appartamento è pulito, curato, essenziale ma con tutto il necessario. Anzi, con qualche fronzolo in più, c'è perfino un proiettore! La vista sul lago di alcune stanze è il vero bonus nascosto: la mattina entra piano, la sera resta lì a farti compagnia mentre rallenti. Due note sulla zona. È tranquilla, ed essendo arrivato per il Têt è stato un po' più complesso i primi giorni, ma perfetta per staccare la spina dopo una giornata in giro. Si dorme bene, davvero bene, che non è mai una cosa scontata quando si viaggia. Forse non è il posto che urla “wow” appena entri. Ma è quello che, una volta uscito, ti fa pensare: qui ci tornerei. Consigliato a chi ama i soggiorni semplici, silenziosi e sinceri."

"Excellent location near city center Thick walls, that is, no problem with noise My room on block 1 has a really weak heating, they managed to change me to a room in block 3 for free Helpful and heart-warming staff (specially the two female receptionists) Make sure you dont get a room with a weak heating if you want the room with a bathtub, otherwise you wont get a hot bathtub 8/10"

"What a super hotel and so close to the airport, but the sound-proofing is good and you hardly hear any noise of airplanes. The hotel, though like a 4 or 5 star hotel, feels like a family run Homestay...the couple running the hotel were so lovely and welcoming and helpful. The free breakfast was just right, serving both Vietnamese and Western food. Rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Rooms could be cleaned and made each day if you wanted.- I just asked for replacement water and coffee/tea. They also organise taxi to/from the airport. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. They directed me to Motogo, about 10 minutes walk to rent a motorbike which I did and drove to ancient village some 40km away..good service from Motogo too. Probably not the cheapest hotel around, but definitely worth it...I will come back if I can. Thank you"

"A wonderful place! The room is spacious and bright, with a dining table and a separate workspace. I got a room with a beautiful view. The air conditioner is conveniently located. There is a kitchen, but I would like to see a microwave and cutlery 🙏🏻 The staff is polite and friendly, and there are washing machines on the first floor. The area is colorful, with dense buildings and narrow streets. There is a street market, coffee shops, barbershops, and chain stores nearby. I recommend visiting 👍 I couldn't extend my reservation, it's in high demand among guests."

"The room is great with spacious room and balcony. It also has a microwave that I could use to heat up food that I took away. The female staff and security guards are also very friendly and helpful. The gym is also quite well equipped. The best part about this hotel is the location. It has a few convenience stores, fitness centre, hair salon, massage spa, cafe, pharmacy etc all within close proximity. Definitely recommended!"

"The room is good, have fridge, bottled water, cabinet, beds, chairs and tables and also a heater in the bathroom, and also toiletries. But no blower for hair, and the water is too hot sometimes and there is no control for the water temperature, no lift. Still a good hotel, recommended for overnight stays. Very near the airport"

"I booked room with queen-bed, bathtub, balcony and floor 5-8. none of this i got. Bed are 2 single bed put together. The floor was 4(finally i dont care, but i guess my original room was sold again). Balcony is inside the building. No wind and very hot. I planed to stay longer but i am already used that the descriptions are never right in Vietnam so i left next day. Outside are many small eating place at night and bussy but room still quietly. Bed not soft and would be good if it would have the right size."
