"The service was excellent from start to finish, with a smile all around. As soon as we got out of the car, a staff member immediately came to help with our luggage and took it directly to our room. The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English. They recommended a nearby Michelin-starred Vietnamese restaurant, which turned out to be the best and most value-for-money meal we had during our trip, compared to other popular spots. They also had a Chinese menu, which made ordering very easy. They arranged a birthday setup in the room with a small cake and also provided connecting rooms. For our extended stay, we even received a complimentary afternoon tea. The swimming pool was small but charming, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure with a separate wet and dry area. There were a couple of minor downsides. The shampoo made my hair feel very dry and uncomfortable after washing; I suggest upgrading it to a different product. Also, the lighting around the pool at night was a bit dim, making it easy to misstep. I recommend adding some ambient lighting. The hotel's location in a residential area was very quiet, with no noise or distractions at night."

"This hotel is super clean and tidy, and it's very close to Hanoi train station, just a 500-meter walk away. The value for money is amazing! The rooms are spotless and neat, and they even offer breakfast. While there aren't tons of options for breakfast, the food is quite good 👍👍👍. Their beds are incredibly comfortable. "The hotel is very clean, and the service is excellent. There's a small bar on the second floor with free drinks during limited hours, and coffee is available 24/7. You can enjoy a bath on the third floor. The restaurant on the first floor offers free breakfast, and you can also dine there for lunch and dinner if you don't want to go out. While the restaurant prices are a bit high, the ambiance is very nice."

"The room was a bit small, but thankfully the location is very convenient, close to Lotte Mart. There's a rooster crowing in the morning, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider another option. The breakfast selection was very limited; you had to specifically ask for eggs and noodles."

"Location: Situated in the heart of the bustling city center, right next to the night market and Hoan Kiem Lake, it offers a rare tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle. Rooms #01 and #02 are exceptionally quiet at night, with virtually no noise. The location is truly impeccable. Service: The front desk staff provided smiling service throughout. Upon arrival, staff assisted with luggage to the room. Registering an account allows for early check-in and late check-out, which is quite considerate. When I encountered some challenging issues, the staff did their best to resolve them promptly, demonstrating commendable service. Rooms: All rooms, from Superior to Deluxe, feature windows with bright, open views against a mint-colored backdrop, showcasing thoughtful design and attention to detail. The 1.8-meter king-size bed is spacious and comfortable. Facilities: The swimming pool on the 7th floor is quite small, only accommodating one person (for petite individuals), making it primarily for aesthetic purposes. The restaurant on the 3rd floor offers consistently good food, a 15% discount, and caters to Chinese tastes. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The shared office area is warm, bright, stylish, and minimalist. Shortcomings: The bed material felt rather rough and wasn't soft and skin-friendly; the pillows were also a bit high. The shower in room 01 lacked a separate wet and dry area, with only a waterproof curtain that easily splashed water. Room 02 had a separate wet and dry area, but the drain was poorly installed, causing the water to drain very slowly after showering, and hair easily clogged the drain and spread outside the shower area. Although the hotel had engineering staff intervene, the seepage problem persisted, likely due to renovations. The water pressure was low and inconsistent; room 01 had no hot water at all. After reporting this the next day, it was too late, and engineering staff needed to repair it on-site, so I could only leave feedback and ask the hotel to make adjustments to avoid further complaints. The front desk provided a room key for another room, indicating I could use the shower area, which was a crisis management measure but still caused many inconveniences. Thanks to Ctrip customer service for their proactive approach in resolving issues. After being told the hotel couldn't offer any solutions, they provided points as compensation. As a well-known Vietnamese chain brand, the hotel should prioritize improving its infrastructure while expanding new hotels; rushing to open without adequate infrastructure will only result in a poor customer experience."
