Everyone was very considerate at night, leading to a great night's sleep. ✅ Thoughtful service: The front desk proactively offered travel tips for Hanoi and even provided free luggage storage, which was incredibly helpful for someone catching an early flight. ✅ Practical facilities: The common areas offer free coffee and hot water, as well as lockers and comfy beanbag chairs, making it easy to relax and socialize."

"Absolutely loved the convenience of the location of the hotel, but I kept waking up from my sleep because of the train announcements and construction around the area. They have guest bathrooms available on the 2nd floor and a lounge area if you need to wait until it's time to take the train. There's also self-service laundry area (washing machine and dry cleaning, ironing board) which are pay-per-use. The room was nice and clean as well. Breakfast was alright, but not enough options for vegetarians. You can order food and drinks from the counter as well."

"Great hotel for a layover. The airport is close by, literally a 5-7 minute taxi ride. Just don't book a room on the 5th floor – it's a smoking floor, and I had to switch rooms. Quan, the guy at the reception, was very pleasant and nice. He changed my room and booked a taxi for me in the morning."

"For our final day in Hanoi, we decided to stay at Mia Noi Bai Airport Hotel because of its close proximity to Noi Bai International Airport. Even though our flight was scheduled for early afternoon, traffic in Hanoi can be quite unpredictable. I’ve always believed in the principle of “better safe than sorry,” so staying near the airport felt like the right decision. When we arrived quite late at night, the staff member on duty immediately rushed out to help us with our luggage. He was the only one working the night shift, yet he still made the effort to assist us warmly. We really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. The room itself is relatively small but very clean and well organized. Interestingly, the bathroom takes up almost a quarter of the room — quite spacious compared to the sleeping area. I jokingly told my girlfriend that the bathroom alone could probably fit a family of four! One small improvement the hotel could consider is adding a wall socket near the TV area. The only accessible socket was located low near the trash can, which meant I had to unplug the TV and connect my travel adapter to the extension cable meant for it. It worked, but it would definitely be more convenient with an outlet closer to the desk or TV. The bed was solid and comfortable, and I especially liked the bedding setup. The blanket had an additional sheet layer, which not only makes it more hygienic but also easier to clean and maintain. Ventilation in the bathroom could be improved slightly, but overall it was still perfectly functional. One highlight of our stay was breakfast. Instead of a buffet, the hotel offers a simple made-to-order style breakfast, which I believe is outsourced to a nearby caterer. Personally, I think this is a smart approach — it helps reduce food waste compared to buffet setups, especially when the hotel is not fully occupied. The breakfast was simple, tasty, and satisfying. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The attentive staff, clean rooms, and convenient location near the airport make this a great option for travelers catching an early flight. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Hanoi. ✈️"

"Parkroyal hotel definitely gave me the best first time experience to Vietnam. Located right next to the lake and can easily reach most tourist locations in 15-20 minutes of car ride. The room was big and fully equipped with everything you need, from laundry to kitchen. The staffs were the most attentive I’ve seen. Some issues: the pool was not always warm and it’s not clear why. The gym did not have sanitizing wipes. The internet was poor in the bedroom. I like to play with my switch and I could only do it in the living room. The breakfast had good variety but a lot of the meat was kind of burnt and charred, which is unhealthy. There is terrible smog outside and it may not be wise to book a room with a view…because there would be no view."

"This hotel is quite far from the city center, about 10 km away. The price is attractive though. There's another hotel in the center with the same name, but reversed, and it's more expensive and better located. This area is very local, with nothing to do, and it's far from everything. You'll need to factor in about 8-10 euros/dollars per day for Grab rides in Hanoi. If you want to save money, the bus only costs 35 cents, but be prepared for an hour-long journey depending on traffic."

"Beautiful new hotel. Everything is brand new. TV in the living room, not in the bedroom. There was a new asphalt road laid during my stay. Beautiful city view from the quiet and peaceful rooftop on the 9th floor. However, a kettle, pots, and pans would be helpful for longer stays. New washing machine, new fridge, microwave, and induction hob – everything is new. Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Very clean and quiet."
