"The hotelroom has everything needed, such as water bottle and cleaning Service erverday or fresh Towels. The bed was a little to firm for me, so it took me some days to get used to it. It was clean but the toilet could be more clean. The hotel staff is very kind and made everything to have a good time there. They even offer Service, so you can order from outside and deliver it to the hotel The location is quiet and you don't hear the streets, but is a little far from the metro and the city Center. But a nice surrounding if you like the residential area. Would recommend!"

"The hotel's location and surroundings are absolutely top-notch. It's just a few minutes' walk to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and Wangfujing, and the courtyard is very quiet. The front desk and room service staff were both warm and attentive. We stayed in a family room, which seemed to be partitioned from another room with a wooden wall, so the soundproofing wasn't great. We could clearly hear conversations from the hallway and the adjacent room. The only unpleasant experience involved the security guard at the entrance. I won't go into detail about what happened, but even though the lobby manager intervened immediately, the security guard remained very firm in her attitude. I was in a hurry to find my family, so I didn't say anything more that evening. On the day of check-out, the lovely front desk staff (a woman and a man) kept apologizing and even offered an red envelope (which I didn't accept). Considering the excellent service from the front desk and room service, I won't leave a negative review. I just hope the hotel can strengthen its training for service awareness and communication skills."

"We landed at 10 PM and didn't get to the B&B until almost midnight, but the owner still messaged us and waited up for us. The B&B also offers breakfast and a free shuttle service! I'll definitely book this place again next time I go to Universal. The environment is lovely, and there are even little cats. It's a shame we only stayed one night."

"This hostel completely exceeded my expectations! It was incredibly clean, even the corners were spotless. The beds were comfortable and had great privacy curtains, so I slept really well. The owner was super friendly but also gave you your space. The common areas were cozy and inviting, and the location was convenient with excellent value for money. "This trip with my father was honestly a full 10/10 experience. It was his first time staying at a hotel of this caliber, and he felt comfortable from check-in all the way through to departure. Special thanks to Cathy Zhang at the front desk for kindly upgrading our room — that really made the whole stay even better. My dad is in his sixties and had never experienced anything like this before. One night, he stood by the floor-to-ceiling window just watching the city lights and traffic below — the view was incredible, and you could tell he was completely immersed in the moment. He ended up taking hundreds of photos and even video-called his friends multiple times to show it off. It was genuine happiness. To me, the joy of staying somewhere while traveling comes down to two things: comfort and value for money. For older travelers, the latter often matters even more. This hotel managed to deliver on both, and the upgraded room was honestly quite stunning — my dad was more than satisfied. I personally hold elite status with several luxury hotel groups and have stayed at many high-end properties, but this room still left a strong impression on me. It was exceptionally spacious, with a layout that exceeded expectations — it literally takes about a minute just to walk around the entire room. Overall, the level of comfort was outstanding. The location is also a big plus, with Sanlitun, China World Trade Center, and The Place all within walking distance, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring the city. All in all, this was a stay I would highly recommend. Hopefully I’ll get lucky again next time and be able to enjoy a room like this at a similar price."

"First off, the room was super spacious, especially the bathroom, and there was even a walk-in closet! Plus, the hotel is right on Wangfujing Street, making it really close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The location is absolutely fantastic."

"Cloud Hotel Daxing Airport Branch is a real gem for transit travelers! It's only 5km from the airport, and they offer 24-hour free shuttle service, so there's no need to panic if you land late. The rooms are clean and tidy, with soft, skin-friendly bedding. The whole place has underfloor heating and high-speed WiFi, which is super thoughtful, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and they can even provide travel tips. It's also convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The value for money is amazing; you get a comfortable experience for around a hundred yuan. It's the perfect place to stay if you have an early flight or a red-eye."

"I can't give a good review. The front desk staff were aloof and unhelpful. In all my years of staying in five-star hotels, I've never encountered such a situation. There was no concierge to contact me in advance to ask about my preferences. The front desk really needs to improve their service awareness. The restaurant was also a letdown. Breakfast ended at 10:30 AM, and at 10:20 AM, they didn't even have takeaway boxes. They told me it was because there were too many people and they ran out. Are they not going to solve the problem? I had swiped for two people, and one couldn't come down, so how were they supposed to eat? Only after repeated urging did they finally resolve it. The next day, the lady at the front desk with glasses told me she would give me one takeaway box, saying I could only have one if I dined in. I explained that it was for someone taking it to go, not for me, and only then did she reluctantly give me one. It's just breakfast; how much can one eat? A five-star hotel shouldn't be like this. It's truly unbelievable."

"I always stay here whenever I visit my child at university. It's right next to the Universiade Village student dorms and very close to the subway station, which is super convenient. The stay was comfortable and satisfying, and the service was warm and welcoming, especially Mr. Zeng and Mr. Qian. Thumbs up, I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"I paid extra to upgrade to Building C. The room was large and new, but ordering takeout was inconvenient as there was no robot delivery service. The front desk offered to help, but I usually order several deliveries at once, so I felt bad asking them to do that. If you're someone who orders a lot of takeout, I'd recommend staying in Building B instead. Although Building C is closer to Tiananmen, the side gate is closed late at night and early in the morning, meaning you have to walk all the way around to Building B to get in and out, which isn't ideal if you want to see the flag-raising ceremony."
