"The hotel is very close to Capital Airport. There's a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to Terminal 3, which takes about 5 minutes, making it super convenient for flights. You can see planes taking off and landing, and there's a bit of noise when they're taking off or landing in the direction of the hotel. Facilities: A bit old, especially the carpet. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: Good."

"This five-star hotel truly delivers on luxury, and the experience was superb. The location deserves a special mention – it's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Being within walking distance of Metro Lines 1 and 5 makes getting around effortless. Just 50 meters to the left of the hotel entrance, there's a shopping mall with so many shopping and dining options, it’s hard to choose! All your retail and food cravings will be easily satisfied. The room was an even bigger surprise; it was exceptionally spacious, bright, and well-lit. The floor-to-ceiling window offered an amazing view – it was so comfortable just lying there and enjoying the scenery. The amenities were also comprehensive. The pillows and mattress were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a fantastic night's sleep until morning, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, with plenty of choices to ensure a satisfying start to each day. The staff were consistently warm, polite, and always went the extra mile for guests. Their service was incredibly attentive, and they truly deserve a big thumbs up! I had such a wonderful stay these past few days; I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!"

I had several questions about the hotel facilities and dining options, and Colin patiently and thoroughly answered each one, clearly explaining all service policies. He was warm, polite, and incredibly responsive, handling all my requests efficiently. His professional and thoughtful service significantly enhanced my overall experience, truly showcasing the hotel's high-quality service standards. It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel's swimming pool was great; my child played for hours, and the breakfast was also quite good. The suite even came with a kitchen, making it perfect for families."

"The hotel is good overall—it’s quiet, comfortable, and the staff provide a standard level of service. There’s nothing particularly special about it, but it’s a decent place to stay. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. They don’t seem to care whether guests are satisfied or not. My only major issue was the air conditioning. I spent two nights sleeping without a working AC because it wasn’t functioning properly. I had to go down to the reception several times before they finally moved me to a room on another floor. What disappointed me the most was that no one even apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience. They acted as if nothing had happened."

"The most beautiful European-style hotel in Beijing! The lobby, restaurant, and rooms are all very spacious. The service is exceptional; all staff members are respectful, friendly, and attentive to guests. The breakfast is abundant with main courses rotating daily. Although it's an 18-year-old building, it's very well-maintained, and the facilities are comprehensive with a strong vintage feel. I stayed in room 507, which was very quiet. The housekeeping staff are well-presented, professional, and do an excellent job cleaning! Highly commendable."

"My stay at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central for my entire trip to Beijing far exceeded my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Xuanwumen subway station. Getting to Tiananmen Square, the Summer Palace, and the National Museum was a breeze. There are also plenty of traditional eateries and delivery options nearby, making it a one-stop shop for food and transportation. The room was spacious and meticulously clean. Even though it faced the street, it was very quiet. The mattress and pillows were soft, making it incredibly relaxing to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The service was a definite highlight: they offered free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which was perfect for my itinerary of visiting attractions during the day, arriving by high-speed rail in the morning, and catching a high-speed rail in the evening. What truly touched me was the thoughtful gesture. My stay coincided with my birthday, and the hotel proactively sent a beautiful and delicious birthday cake, accompanied by a handwritten card. This little surprise during my trip was incredibly heartwarming. The front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff were all patient and gentle, and they responded to requests promptly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Beijing!"

"The deluxe rooms face Zhichun Road and are all located on floors 11 and below. There's a restaurant downstairs, and hotel guests get a discount, but I forgot to use it. The hotel is right next to the Olympic Village, and Zhichun Road Exit F is just steps away. There are quite a few dining options nearby. The room had a bit of an odor, like the drains weren't cleaned properly, but overall, it was still pretty good."
