"Convenient check-in/location: The hotel is close to all the main attractions, making it very easy to get around by taxi! From the room, you can see the Encore Melaka theater. Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, and the overall environment is pretty good! There's a convenience store and restaurant downstairs!"

"Check-in was super easy, and the property is very accessible with a convenient location near town. The place is also quiet, clean, and well-maintained. One thing to note during check-out time: since many guests check out around the same period, it’s better to take the lift up first before going down. Otherwise, you may end up waiting in a long queue depending on the crowd and traffic 😅 Overall, it was a great stay, and a big thank you to the host for being so attentive and responsive throughout."

"Location just right opposite pahlawan parade, with mcd and 7-11 nearby. Walking distance 20mins to jonker street The room is clean but can tell the furniture are all aged. The curtain just one layer if open during the day is too sunny and hot. The corridor towards the room are open not as expected. My friend’s room aircond remote has no screen and the aircond is working, cant adjust the fanspeed. And there is no hair dryer provided. Yes the carpark is free,its indoor. I thought i lost my pillow at the lobby the staff said they dont receive any lost and found for my pillow, then when i check out i found my pillow at the security’s desk"

"I've been to many hotels in Melaka & rated this hotel the best..even location is little bit out of town but I'm puposely chosen this location to avoid jammed. Very nice with big room..only parking too controlled by security..allowing only one part open for parking. Pool also nice & well kept."

"Convenient access to nearby shops and easy to get around. It's only a 10-minute walk to the city center. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old and could use a renovation."

"The price is reasonable but pictures are deceiving.. the actual interior of the apartment wasn't what I expected.. the floor feels Abit sticky and there is a smell of new furniture.. the furnishings used are very cheap kind. Not the premier room standard so I don't understand what is the difference between the deluxe room and the premier.. coz it seems like I paid for premier price but given deluxe room standard. The shower don't have area don't have at least curtains to keep the toilet area dry. Anyways ok la for just for a stopover night, price paid and the view.."

"This was our fifth stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. 1. Check-in The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. I had requested a Queen Bed room instead of Twin Beds. However, I was informed that because my booking was made at the last minute (one day before check-in), only a Twin Bed room was available as all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. We accepted the explanation and proceeded with the room provided. 2. Room Condition Upon entering the room, the first issue we noticed was the air conditioning. Despite setting the fan speed to high, the room remained warm and the air conditioner was not cooling properly. 3. Bathroom There appeared to be a blockage beneath the sink, as water was pooling around the sink and toilet area. In addition, the shower holder was broken while we were using the shower. We chose not to complain and continued our stay. 4. Room Door & Bathroom Door The bathroom door could not be closed properly unless it was pulled and pushed firmly. The more serious issue occurred the next morning after breakfast when our room door became stuck and could not be opened. We contacted maintenance, and the team arrived to inspect the problem. From approximately 8:00 AM onwards, we were unable to access our room. Around 8:30 AM, the maintenance team requested approval from the Front Office to move us to another room because the repair would require additional time. However, they informed that changing rooms would incur an additional charge because we were checking out on the same day. I strongly disagree with this decision. From 8:30 AM until our checkout time at 12:00/12:30 PM, we were still paying guests of the hotel. The room issue was caused by a defect on the hotel’s side, and guests should not be charged extra to move rooms due to problems beyond their control. The Most Disappointing Part During check-in, we were informed that no Queen Bed Deluxe Rooms were available. However, while the maintenance team was accessing our room through the connecting room next door, we discovered that the adjacent room was vacant and equipped with a Queen Bed. If the actual reason was that the room was unavailable due to maintenance, it would have been more professional and honest to explain that from the beginning rather than simply saying all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. This experience has left us very disappointed. Every time we visit Melaka, this hotel has always been our preferred choice. However, after this stay, we have decided not to return. I appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff during check-in, but I sincerely hope the hotel will improve both its facilities and service standards. Thank you."

"Lovely place that maintained its charm. Can work on room maintenance, shower head and water pressure. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!"
