The hotel is amazing! It’s a short trip from the bustling HK. Very peaceful and zen like with breath taking seaview. Alice at the front desk was incredibly efficient, and attentive to all details. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offering suggestions for activities and dining options. She is also fluent in English. We cant wait to go back!

The Penguin Family room size was big enough for 4 of us. We have a King size bed and a single bed. My little girl likes her single bed with the child friendly pillow and blanket. We were able to use the priority access entrance for the Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. They love especially Dolphin Show in the Dolphin Theatre, Sea Lion Show, White Wales show in the Beluga Whale Theatre and High-tech motion simulator film in the 5D Castle Theatre. They had also provided the birthday goodies to my daughter which happens to be her birthday during our stay. The receptionist was very helpful and provide assistance for information on the typhoon status during our last day of stay. Overall, a good experience and will return again.

We spent 3 nights and 4 days at the hotel and visited ocean kingdom and spaceship park. The kids had a great time! The service was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bed! We will come back again. Highly recommend.

Chill House hotel is amazing, it is a very clean, modern and brand new facility in a quiet relaxing science industrial zone. The rooms are very spacious, they include a washing machine and large bathrooms with dry and wet separation. The lobby and rooms are very clean and elegant and they have a large swimming pool and a really modern well equipped gym. The rooms A/C and heating systems work great as well and they all include multiple windows for ventilation. There is a 24 self service store nearby which is really convenient too. The front desk staff is very friendly, attentive, and super patient when it came to helping us with anything big or small considering we would have to communicate via translation apps. The housekeeping staff is amazing as well, as they come by daily and are patient and helpful evens with the language barrier. My favorite part of the hotel is that the hallways have marble floors not carpet floors, which I feel like really shows how luxurious and modern the overall property is. I would 100% stay here again if I ever return to Zhuhai.

For my daughter’s birthday this year ,me and my husband decided to celebrate and we booked at Zhuhai Marriott Hotel .Lobby was big and with beautiful decors.When we entered the room my daughter was so happy to see Minnie mouse and Mickey mouse stuff toy placed on the bed.My son also ran right away inside the play tent.Balloons and birthday card was on the bed too.Room was big enough for my family with 2 kids.Birthday cake was also given to us and my daughter was surprised by it.Swimming pool was okay ,nothing special.We enjoyed staying here.We will surely come back some other time.

the lobby is quite cramped and a bit disappointing. their christmas tree was the ugliest i’d ever seen. room is very fancy and looked very nice, but the bathroom was a bit mindboggling with stained mirrors and a mat that looked so worn that i really didn’t want to touch it. the body wash was amongst the worst things i’d ever smelled. however, staff were helpful and the location is good. the price is pretty affordable for a st regis hotel, so i’m still feeling rather conflicted regarding this stay.

Firstly, the owner responses are rapid. The location of the home stay is convenient. Just the photos showed in the booking.com is totally different type of room type. The owner did not show the room type I booked in the photos. The described stated there was a luggage storage area, however it was not applicable for this apartment. When we asked if we could keep our luggage first, they replied this homestay does not offer luggage storage, however they offer us for early check-in but with extra charges of 50RMB, wave-able if review this stay with 5-star. This apartment has 2 rooms 1 bathroom, can stay up to 4-5 people. It was a great one cause they provide extra blankets. The towel are kind of old and dirty yet they provide single use towels, but 15RMB one disposable towel. The apartment is kind of old, but overall it was an acceptable stay.

I was welcomed with courtesy at the Charming Hotel in Zhuhai. Having arrived early, I was able to leave my baggage in storage and when I checked in later my bags were taken to my room. The room was clean and had all the amenities required for a luxurious stay.
