"Highly recommended this hotel. The location was great, infront of 钟楼station exit H. Short Walking distance to 钟楼 & theres a mall opposite hotel. Surrounded by food street & push cart food. The room was clean and spacious, comes with a living room and a bathtub. The check in counter staff, 小轩，小何，Sharon,Jason, their service was excellent. My parcel from taobao was sent wrongly to another hotel & 小轩 help me liaise with the delivery guy & resent it to Novotel. They help me with my 美团 app too. This hotel everyday 2-5pm provide free teabreak snacks at the lobby. Every night they will wechat me if i want warm milk & dessert. Upon my check out, i was given a souvenir. I will definitely stay in this hotel again if back in Xi’an."

"It was a really great stay. When i came, the receptions were not able to speak english so we used translator app. The check in process was fast. They even allowed me for early check in, bravo! First time visiting a hotel with no coffee but they have 2 selections of tea in a jar, how cool is that! It has a laundry room. Bed was comfy and the room was alot bigger than i thought. There are many restaurants nearby and convenience stores. When i check out the reception was not able to speak english again but well, only checking out. They also have designated room for luggage storage. Highly recommended!"

"We enjoyed our stay tremendously! This is probably the most luxurious hostel we have ever visited and we loved every part of it. Rooms are classy, clean and silent. Breakfast is a varied mix of Western and Eastern standards. Staff is super helpful and proficient in English. After our flight got cancelled, we immediately booked an extra night and we were genuinely happy to stay one more night!"

The location is extremely convenient, right next to the subway station and a night market, so there is no need to worry about food options at all. It is also close to the Bell Tower. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. They were attentive, helpful, and always greeted guests with warm smiles. The hotel corridors had a pleasant fragrance, and the room was completely free from cigarette smells. It was quiet and peaceful, which we truly appreciated. Housekeeping was efficient and friendly, with the room cleaned promptly every day and amenities replenished daily. We were very impressed with our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. The price is very reasonable and offers excellent value for money."
