Hi,just the friendlyness that greet you when check in and check out,by all the staff at reception. Overall clean rooms,and around the whole hotel. Breakfast area very nice ,with a variety off meals. Hotel is alo close to all amenities. One particular reception staff member,zhu xin yu,went out off her way to accommodate us when we ask her to store our luggage. I've been booked into this hotel several times and the service was always good. Thanks, Andre Augus Julius.

The location of this homestay is very good. It is very convenient to eat, shop and play. The sea view is very beautiful. The room is clean and hygienic.

We had a wonderful stay in Quingdao. The apartment was amazing, very spacious and with amazing views . The hotel also have a nice lounge where you can wait after check out. Happy to be here in good hotel and good facilities especially the laundry that makes me bring back home very clean . Haily and Koala are good front officers to take care us . Recommend to stay here if you want to visit Qingdao . It’s the best location and convenient to take sightseeing around

Amazing stay The hotel is behind the Intercontinental hotel, right in the marina. It’s close to 4th May square. We have had a family room as it’s 6 of us and it was still great. The only thing is that’s only one shower, but we managed. The room is on 2 floors, upstairs big bedroom with a double bed and a toilet and downstairs one double bed a one single bed. The breakfast was nice, my kids loved it. Really great value for money. And the staff was very nice, very attentive to our needs. There’s also a Landry room, the hotel provided us with the detergent, free of charge. Totally recommend the place !!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and while there were some great aspects, a few major issues affected my experience. Positives: • Comfortable Bedding: The mattress, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. • Convenient Location: The hotel is within walking distance of the sea and the train station, making it easy to explore the area. • Helpful Staff: The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. • Breakfast Options: A good mix of Chinese and Western cuisine was available. Negatives: • Air Conditioning Issues: The air conditioning only provides heating, with no option for cold air. Even when set to a cooler temperature, the system remains in auto mode with a fixed degree, making the room uncomfortably warm. We had to rely on the stand fan provided to avoid sweating while sleeping. • Bathroom Odors: The ventilation system seems to circulate second-hand smoke, likely from other guests smoking in their bathrooms. At times, the air carried either cigarette smoke or urine odors, which were very unpleasant. Keeping the door closed helped slightly, but housekeeping would leave it open after cleaning, causing the room to smell bad upon returning. Overall, I would consider staying with this hotel brand again, but not at this particular branch due to the air conditioning and bathroom ventilation issues. The service from the front desk was good, but these factors significantly impacted my stay.

Husband and I came on a business + leisure trip. Convenient location, and super friendly and helpful staffs. Initially we booked this place for 2 nights only, we decided it’s so good and booked the remaining days here also and extended a few more nights! Both rooms we stayed in were amazing. The rooms are nice and clean. Definitely is coming back next time! The place is a good stay for both family and couple; business or leisure.

The service was very good, the hotel is beautiful, excellent location. However, there was no halal option available for breakfast. The swimming pool was free, but guests were required to buy swimming caps.
